We have mailed and requested for the same on 6th of April-2016, but till date we have not received any reply.

I have bought Gixxer S[censored]sing L&T finance, each and every month they are asking me to pay the amount by visiting their office which is so far to my localities. Also I have raised this issue to their executives many times but they are not willing to solve this problem.
I have given my cancel cheque leaf also.
Kindly do the need full, every time I cant pay by visiting their office directly.

This is subhankar das, i had a 2-wheeler loan with family credit (L&t finance) in bangalore. Finished with all the emis almost 2 months back, but inspite of several reminders they are not providing the noc of the loan.
I had maintained a flawless record for the loan
Very bad customer service and very bad communication department of l&t finance (Family credit). Not sure whether i will get a noc for the loan or not?br...

Family credit is taken over by L&T finance. Our first loan of two wheeler was going to end with them hence they called us again for personal loan and we agreed. After documents collected from our home they said adress verification was negative and even not ready to do it again. Their reason is totally wrong and fraud. Kindly assist.

Dear sir I have finance a van from L&T. and pay 37 Emi.and some Emi are panding because my van was in police custody last 5 month and my son was injured in accident so I can't pay the Emi . On 20th Feb I release my van from police station. and start working.on 20th Feb I go to company office and meet Mr Khurana and Rana and told all about this and promise to pay my Emi on date 28th Feb. And I promise that if I never give Emi I slander my van. They're agree.and come back. But on 27th Feb company employees name Sony m no.[protected]. Who is a dragged man came in my house and thread to me and my family. I told all about this and give ₹7500/ cash. He punch 👊 me and forcedly take over my van and my document and all my cash in the van.please help me and take some action to this company.because I am ready to pay EMI.

Sir/Madam, I have taken a two wheeler loan on the name of Mr. Karthik Arunagiri from Puzhuthivakkam, Chennai - 600091 with L&T Finance. Loan Agreement No: 2433065 for an amount of Rs. 92000 with ECS debit authorized for Rs. 8395 per month for 12 months with due date falling on 5th of every month. Loan EMI started from September. But the finance company is not debiting the amount from the account on 5th even though there is sufficient balance in the account. Later they call and claim that there is some issue with the system and sending a person in-charge to collect a cheque. I am yet to meet the manager as there is no customer care department to address my issue also . Can you please take necessary action on this as this is the 2nd loan on my name and it will hugely impact my credit score? I dont want to attach my bank statement in a website. So if you can drop me a mail while taking action, I can mail the bank statement with all ending balances as on 5th for both September and October. Kindly check with the company and do the needful.

I had two loan accounts in L&T Housing Finance Company, M.P Nagar Zone 2 Bhopal, Housing Loan Account BOPHL14000120 and BOPHL14000152. I had made full payment towards the foreclosure of this loan. Due to misguidance of one of their employees, Miss Akanksha Sharma, I had to end up paying one months interest extra for both the accounts, which is a total of around Rs. 15, 450/- I have submitted a number of complaints with this company through phone and email, but they have not responded to me. While setting up the loan account I was informed that it is mandatory to sign up for their insurance, which I did. This company has not provided me the papers for that insurance policy as well and they are not providing me any refund for the extra payment that I have made. This is my sincere request to you to please go ahead and take necessary legal steps against this company because what they are doing is not the proper way to do business and this is simply fraud.

This is in regards to Loan Account Number : BOPHL15000152. I had made a payment of Rs 26, 723/- INR (Twenty Six Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Three) by cheque, (cheque by Standard Chartered Bank, Issue by India Infoline Housing Finance Limited, Cheque Number : 108645), on 9th July 2015, for loan takeover/transfer from L&T Housing Finance to India Infoline. I have been informed by L&T Finance that the cheque has bounced, however they are not providing any reason or written documentation regarding the same. They are not returning the cheque as well. Due to this I have to end up paying interest to both L&T Finance, and India Infoline and I am not able to meet my other payment commitments. The personnel of India Infoline are stating that the loan account that I hold with them cannot be foreclosed until I return the bounced cheque, and that the cheque that they have provided is accurate and cannot bounce. I have put forward the same information to L&T Finance, however they are refusing to return the cheque, and stating that I should complete the due payment with cash instead. I have explained to L&T Finance countless number of times that I would make the payment by cash, but at least provide me a written confirmation/evidence of the bounced cheque, or else return the cheque to me so that I can claim the same from India Infoline, but I have been denied. They are holding my property papers as well and have refused to release the papers.

This is to bring to your notice the fraud racket run in Mumbai by below person posing as an employee of L & T Finance. I had sent mails to sp.[protected]@mahapolice.gov.in, cp.[protected]@mahapolice.gov.in,
cp.mum.addcp.[protected]@mahapolice.gov.in & dgpms.[protected]@mahapolice.gov.in but have not recieved any response also i have mailed [protected]@mahacid.com and even from there is no revert. Had contacted Bandra police but they also diverted to other stations.

This is a very big racket involving many people and they are advertising in local trains running around harbour line in Mumbai.

Please arrange to nab these people before they dupe many innocent customers.

I hereby state that we are from L&T Finance Limited(Microfinance) - Madurai and in our department there are around 51 Retail Associates are working with an annual pay of Rs.75000/Staff and per month they are paid with Rs.6250/Staff.And in their Monthly pay our company had been deducting Rs.625/- from their monthly income of Rs.6250/- and they are paid only Rs.5625/-.
In order to Non- deduct the tax amount ( Rs.625/- per month) our company is in required of Non - Deduction of Tax certificate issued by the Income tax officer.
We had approached the concerned TDS section at Madurai but the officer had told us that it cannot be issued.But the same certificate had been got from chennai IT office.
We may not know the reason for not issuing the certificate at madurai.Kindly give a solution for this.

I have purchased vehicle from the L&T finance Ltd. through my office.
The pre-closure amount for settlement of loan was informed by the company and say X amount is taken from me for NOC.
Later on, on rechecking, the final amount was less than the accepted amount, say Y..
The difference of Invoice value against payment collected by finance company was supposed to be returned by the company, immediately after finalisation of account ; which was not informed earlier.

Now, after asking for the refund of difference amount X-Y is being returned by the company without
any interest.
Please let me know, if I am eligible to get the interest on the refund amount; which was with the finance
company for more appox. 3 months; after encashment of cheque for X amount by the finance company.

Please advise and revert.
