I got debited for bounce charges thrice where i received sms from ltfs that due to bounce of emi next emi will rs. 6680/-
I. E. This emi + next emi + bounce charges = 6680/- due on 3 may 2019.
But when i checked my statement you have put thtee request of emi (Without any notification), and due to that bank charged my three timefor bounce charges. (590*3=1770/-)
Is it right way to treat your customer...??
After that your collection agent called me and ask for due amount recovery...
When i got sms from you that you are going to charge me with full amount on next emi date then why should i pay to your recovery agent??
Kindly check the issue and get back to me with resolution... On priority.
Note:- i don't want to damage my cibil score due to your mistake.

Yesterday I spoke with your executive and added My loan account Beneficiary in My Bank account and I also inform him that I will pay the 3250/- amt.
Then also without informing me you tried EMI...

My issue is not resolved yet, I received a Call from Mr. Gangadhar ( [protected]) who told me to send my Bank statement by whatsapp but when I ask him to send his email ID to forward my Bank statement, he has not shared it yet. where as today I received another msg as Follows :-
"Dear Customer,
The total charges payable against your L&T Finance loan no. 4315832 stands at Rs. 1732. Amount of Rs. 500 will get presented within next 48 hours. Kindly maintain sufficient funds in your bank account. Thank you."
Why should I pay this amount which is forcefully charged due to LTFS fault.
Kindly rectify the same and revert to my Email...
