My name is sourav routh my registed num [protected] i took a hero glamour bike form siliguri westbengal on 29th march this year i fananced fron l&t finance - account is 4673773 but for last two months they are not cooperating with me and i had to give case although i maintain my account when i visit office their behaviour is very rude and i hade to give cash although i was told ecs will be done from my account i am very much annoyed from their behaviour plz take action they decereased my cibil score plz take immediate solution or i will complane fir against them

I don't have any documents for my tow wheeler loan, and I don't understand what is the out-standing balance, and I don't know that what I can paid or what amount I will pay?

I had taken a two wheeler loan from L&T finance Loan agreement number is 3693588.
I did pre-closure of this loan with all effective charges and outstanding balance.
Now the concern is this loan closure has not yet been updated in CIBIL report and that is highly impacting my CIBIL score.
As asked one of employee of yours, he said it take 1 months to update in CIBIL for this closure but it has been more than one and half month after closure.
Could you please update and close this ASAP.

On 22/4/2019. But still pending for redemption at your company level. So i reuest

To redem my debentures immediately and oblige because it was very longtime request pending with your company.

I am shubham kumar dwivedi, i have taken a loan on two wheeler with a/c no:-t[protected]. My 2nd emi is due on 3/06/2019 and 1st payment was made through cheque. I was expecting that my emi payment was made automatically through my account by nach, but i have received calls and messages that i have to submit amount physically in l&t branch by i don't have time to do that.

I have contacted to customers care but no one is listening my problem.

So its my humble request to you that please solve this issue and please apply nach system in my folio.

I have a two wheeler loan with this agency and today morning i got an sms having words that inr 1, 116rs has been debited from your account. Whereas my loan amount is 2506 and is always debited on every 5th of the month.

So i just want to confirm the entire mess but because of forgetting lan no. I am unable to get relative information regarding my today's deduction from customer care.

Even when i asked to tell me my entire loan status through my mobile no. They said your no. Is not registered with us. Whereas i am using the same no. For years.

I am writing this email concerning an agent name shruthi or swetha since she has been changing the names frequently but i am very certain it is one person.

My loan account registered under phone [protected] for two wheeler. The lady as mentioned above have been following on the assigned account for the payment of late due of Rs.800/- which was already paid. However I have told her clearly that I am stuck with some family issues and unable to collect the NOC. However I visited the office to escalate the issue and got the receipt for 800/- paid in full and the person from the office also tried calling the number to confirm where the calls are coming from and she denied giving the details to the employee too.

She started yelling on the call stating how can you not pay the 800 which was not the concern for me as I paid for the bike in full and paying 800 to collect the NOC will not be a point of concern.

She has been terribly unprofessional and threatened on call that I can escalate to whoever I want and has been intentionally ignoring the calls landing to her extension.
