I had a two wheeler Loan, I approached the Chennai Branch to preclose the Loan on 1 at of November.I was informed by the security personnel that the servers are not functioning and the office is shut till 7th of Nov for any transaction.when I contacted the customer Care on 7th I was informed that the office would be functional by 11 th Nov . When I walked into their Chennai Branch, I found a discrepancy in my name, Which was sorted with much difficulty and the only initiative of their greivence redressel executive Ms Naina.I somehow closed my loan on 19/11/2019 .I was informed that the NOC would be available by 29/11/2019.I called upon the executive incharge for NOC Mr.Chidhambharam, At first he said the NOC is Ready.then in a jiffy when I requested him whether the name change is effected, he replied that the RC Book is not updated.I escalated the problem again to the greivence redressel cell .They checked and told me that my RC book is updated and will contact the executive regarding the issue and will get back to me.The information now is my Registered number of the vehicle is updated, but the engine and chassis number are yet to be updated.Is the details in the RC book got soo much data for the backend to update the data for days together.The total data of a RC Book data would be in kB and not even Mb or GB.Now a new promise is made that the issue would be solved by the 2 nd of December.Team L & T is showing soo much interest in closing the complaints on social media, but they are not keen in solving the problems of the customer.In my case also they have just posted that my case is solved to my satisfaction, wherein my problem is still not solved.I am behind them from 31 st of October to close the loan.I had taken a loan from the local financier to close the loan with L&T, if I get the NOC, I will sell my vehicle and settle the payment for the financer.Can anyone show one company which harress the customer for their poor infrastructure and their faulty procedures.And who gave them the rights to Alter My name as per their wish, This is my 5 th Vehicle loan in the past 9 years and I have never come across such a agony in dealing with a corporate.I request the executive in consumers complaint to interfere in this regard and have a check on the customer Care of L&T for just closing the issue without proper resolution.The Complainant should be allowed to counter comment when the executive says that the complaint is resolved.Because once they close it the Complainant does have any options to comment.
