Hello,
My self manjunatha n, and my loan no is apc152032r[protected].
I have closed auto loan which is taken from l&t finance on 2years back, but l&t finance is not updating my cibil marks correctly, all the points were showing negative like 45days late, 50days late.
Require your attention to clear my negative points in my payment history (Ecs pay is missed for 2months) but i have cleared all your fines dues etc.
Now the problem is we not able to take any loans because of this.
So rectify the above issue on priority.

I was summited ecs from dated 11/10/2019
As per your excutive ecs activate in 45 day but ecs still not activated and now when i visit your branch they tell us your ecs is rejected due to signature mismatch.
I dont have any information regarding my ecs rejected no email no massage.
This is so cheap service and this is really desponted to me and i never refer to other in future.

Hi i am taken a loan for bike in my wife name after the some month my wife ac is not working reason is some technical issue so i am close this ac and i am paying money to my ac directly to your *family credit bank* who is provide me this information your third party calling set ups after that i am continuing paying 6 months direct this ac but payment is not reflecting in loan ac it is okay but i am going to your belapur office also i am coordinating with your customer services but no one can give me proper resolution also after 5 day's my bike is ceased. I am suffering so much. I am going again to your belapur office give it to your ops and your sm to all original bank statement to for the remapping all transactions but there's also no update after that i am paying emi every month by paytm to direct loan ac but there's again same problem not reflecting in my loan ac at present i am paying all the emi on time but your loan ac statement showing 9 emi dues and also my bike is ceased and i am paying to the close all the required wind-up this # and recollect my bike with paying more then extra 8000 bug's.

My question is why customer suffering so much it's totally your coworker problem and system problem who is the responsible for the all overdue and interest i am really fully regretfully saying your services is very bad....

Give me the resolution with all my emi patching with my loan ac and waveoff the my all dues...

Legal resource to (Bike) recover the outstanding dues on bike loan.
Recovery agent pick my bike with perfect condition and with original parts
I also have photocopy for same. I paid all the pending emi with the panelty

I am dawood ali muchale. I have taken bike loan from l& t finance in january 2019 which is activa 5g... My bank reference number is '[protected] '... All my emi gone properly... Not a single emi has bounce and even november 2019 emi is also not deduct by company... Company has charged to me 590 rs on 3rd dec 2019 of ecs... Can company explain me why this deduction??? I'm manoj.. I got a two wheeler through l&t finance.. I request you to change my emi date from 3rd to 11th... Because my salary was credit in my account only on 11th of every month... Due to this problem i missed my due... I'm not able to pay the emi correctly... Due to this my cibil score is affecting... I had a two wheeler Loan, I approached the Chennai Branch to preclose the Loan on 1 at of November.I was informed by the security personnel that the servers are not functioning and the office is shut till 7th of Nov for any transaction.when I contacted the customer Care on 7th I was informed that the office would be functional by 11 th Nov . When I walked into their Chennai Branch, I found a discrepancy in my name, Which was sorted with much difficulty and the only initiative of their greivence redressel executive Ms Naina.I somehow closed my loan on 19/11/2019 .I was informed that the NOC would be available by 29/11/2019.I called upon the executive incharge for NOC Mr.Chidhambharam, At first he said the NOC is Ready.then in a jiffy when I requested him whether the name change is effected, he replied that the RC Book is not updated.I escalated the problem again to the greivence redressel cell .They checked and told me that my RC book is updated and will contact the executive regarding the issue and will get back to me.The information now is my Registered number of the vehicle is updated, but the engine and chassis number are yet to be updated.Is the details in the RC book got soo much data for the backend to update the data for days together.The total data of a RC Book data would be in kB and not even Mb or GB.Now a new promise is made that the issue would be solved by the 2 nd of December.Team L & T is showing soo much interest in closing the complaints on social media, but they are not keen in solving the problems of the customer.In my case also they have just posted that my case is solved to my satisfaction, wherein my problem is still not solved.I am behind them from 31 st of October to close the loan.I had taken a loan from the local financier to close the loan with L&T, if I get the NOC, I will sell my vehicle and settle the payment for the financer.Can anyone show one company which harress the customer for their poor infrastructure and their faulty procedures.And who gave them the rights to Alter My name as per their wish, This is my 5 th Vehicle loan in the past 9 years and I have never come across such a agony in dealing with a corporate.I request the executive in consumers complaint to interfere in this regard and have a check on the customer Care of L&T for just closing the issue without proper resolution.The Complainant should be allowed to counter comment when the executive says that the complaint is resolved.Because once they close it the Complainant does have any options to comment.

My two wheeler vehicle no PY-01-CG-9388 Honda Activa 3G model, i taken loan from L&T finance, i was paid EMI and finished my loan by 2017, Hence they suppose to release NOC for the above vehicle, but so far i am not getting my NOC, i had done so many follow up through phone.kindly check and do the needful.

I have a 2 wheeler loan with l&t finance with loan account number 4236653. I had to decided to pre close my loan and had approached the office on[protected]. Since their servers where not working, they requested me to contact their office on[protected]. I visited their office on the[protected] and found that my name in their records is wrong. The name in their records is raj v g. My correct name is raj v gopalan. If there is a discrepancy in the name in the noc they provide, i won't be able to cancel my hypothecation in my rc book. My proof given is in the name of raj v gopalan, my rc book, insurance and even in their agreement copy it is in the name of raj v gopalan. My bank account is in the name of raj v gopalan. I requested for the correct name change and give me the noc in the name of raj v gopalan. Till date there is no response from them. Whenever i call them they say tomorrow it will be done, but that tomorrow has never come. Sir i am already in debts and planning to sell my vehicle once i preclose the loan. They are not closing the loan and forcing to keep paying the emi, i requested for a hold on the next emi because it is their mistake to have my name wrongly entered in their records, for that also they are not agreeing and harnessing me. My peace of mind is gone because of this and they mentally harnessing to the core. Kindly interfere and solve my problem. My contact number [protected].

This request for noc, we are very responsible customer, we have timely deposit all the emi. I have requested to l&t please issue my noc and dispatched my courier address. As far as concerned delay emi as on 05.12.2016 i have available balance as on my emi date but not deduct the emi on same.
And delay emi as on 05.06.2017 i have available balance as on emi date but not deducted the emi on same but i remind by call on customer care...

Dear l&t team,

Pls note that my loan payment was closed in th month of june'19 but till now i have not received the loan statements and noc from ur side. I went to ur branch office for the same multiple times but this issues are not yet.

I am quite surprised how can a company like l&t is not able to resolute a customers complain since last 4 months. I have done all the payments hence i should receive the docs proactively.
