Dear Sirs/Madam,

I have purchased a bike through L & T Finance Service agreement no. 4565574 and made EMI payment till date properly.
But due to some personal issues there is some problem with my HDFC Savings account.I called customer care several times and stated my situation, finally there provide me the information with NEFT details for EMI payment and assured that payment can be made through NEFT before due date.

Kindly refer the Conversation 1 & 2.

After that i have started to make payment through NEFT before due date for Month June, July & Aug 2019. once payment made i will mail the payment receipt to customer care immediately.

Also i have made call to customer care every month after payment to conform the receipt of payment.

I were informed by customer care executive the receipt of payment will be reflected in there system, only after seven working days from the date of payment made. They were assured me that bank or extra charges will not be raised from there end.

Kindly check your voice recorder in my log at L & T Customer Care, They have assured me every month while i calling.

Please find the attached payment receipt for your ready reference

Kindly note while i mailing the payment receipt every month. They have replied only that the payment update can be done only after 4--5 working days.

They did not inform about the cheque bounce charges to me by mail or telephone.

Under this circumstance on 19.09.2019 Thursday 1.03Pm. I have received the text message that i need to pay INR.1240.00
against the cheque bounce charges.

After this i have call customer care and mailed several times. But I did not get any proper reply or solution for this issue.

I have stated clearly that as per your (L& T) instruction, I have made all my EMI payment in advance. hence i will not responsible or accountable for any bank charges and extra charges from your (L&T) end.

In chennai branch there are not all giving any response for this issue.
Contacting Customer care is useless, there just call me several times all asking the completely story, but no one solved this issue.

I need talk with person who can solve this issue in call r mail. but there calling more than 10times, which so irritating, but problem remains same.

I have completed all my due of the loan by last month only, but they are not providing NOC due this bouncing charges.

Kindly do the needful.

I sarvoday kumar have applied for a loyalty loan on dated 26/02/20 with application no. Cl[protected]#. Regarding which i have called so many times. They informed me on 08th march that only disbursement process is remaining. Butstill after 8 days situation is same. Yesterday i was informed that still bank approval is pending. Kindly check n resolve my issue.

I had worked in l&t finance from 2014 to 2017... But i i didn't get my pf after long time...

I had purchase suzuki gixxer sp (Matte grey) on 31/01/2017, registration number tn 11 v 4421 from jain suzuki, pallavaram and the loan was financed by l&t finance, i have paid all the installments without fail but i forgot to take noc from the financing company. They will have all my details including proofs, why can't they send a noc as a pdf, i'm at bangalore currently. It would be best if they can send it to my chennai address. Hope you do the needfull.

Worst finance. L&t finance wants to make money by charging bouncing charges even after paying the emi+bouncing charges. How many times do l&t finance charges the account? Its been 3+ times that they are charging the bouncing charges. After every 5-10 days they are charging the account.

I'm very unhappy with this. Kindly provide me the extra bouncing charges that you have charged my account. My detail can be found (L&t finance complaint status update [id: 2572285] my loan account is t[protected].

This is regarding the emi for 2-wheeler loan.
The two wheeler was purchased from *avisek autombile, adra, purulia* which was financed by *l&t finance*. The monthly emi was calculated as *inr 2510.00* which was deducted on monthly basis (3rd, 4th & 12th) till jan-2020. Suddenly, in february 2020 the emi was not deducted and instead fine of *inr 590.00 was deducted thrice in the span for 2 weeks, * though the balance (*inr 2984.00*) was available in the account. Now the l&t folks are calling continuously and asking to pay the emi without listening to our words. The emis in the previous months were also deducted 4th & 5th as well.

For emi of inr 2510.00 l&t finance charged inr 3032.00 of total fine with total amount of inr 5542.00. When sent multiple emails asking for the evidence / term & conditions regarding the fine charges. They are not providing the same.

This is with regards to my two wheeler loan and LAN is 4239859. I had to manually clear off the dues as my bank account was not functioning for a couple of weeks. I was a day late and had cleared off my EMI, still without getting in touch with me directly, the spokesperson called my reference and asked him for an update. How unprofessional is that! My friend however tried to convey him the message that the loan emi has been cleared kindly check the records. Next day this same person calls me and says I had sent you one link, have you cleared it. Tell me if you have cleared off your EMI. Is this how you speak to your customers? Now above all that, after good 15 days, I have received a message saying *Dear L&T Customer, your Two wheeler loan CBC & LPC charges remains unpaid. We are representing the ECS to your Bank A/C on

I would like to inform you that i purchased spolnder bike 15th aug approx 2017 or 2018 after that i paid all emi within 6 months timely after 6 months paid all amount in your barakhambha road cp office they told that your loan has been closed now i am checking that there is showing laon is active i write a mail to customers care then want laon number but i am not able to fetch loan loan
Paid sleep not appearing clear i i have provided all information expect laon number then can't check the details.

I am deepak vishwakarma. I reside in navi mumbai, juinagar sector 24. I am getting call's and sms from lnt finance every day morning afternoon without any concern of my. I have personally called them thrice in there customer care to remove my mobile number from you'r data base, also i have got twice call from there recovery telly caller i have informed them as well but they also provide me fake assurance. They gave me fake assurance that you will not received any call's and sms but still the problem is same. I have received a call from there recovery agent on 17/02/2020 at 5:47 am but i did not answered him. On 18/02/2020 in the morning i received his call again at 8:49 pm.

L&t finance is worst finance provide company in the world.
They dont have any customer service. Their website portal is useless and of no use.

Interest rate i am paying 10%, where as they are offering less interest rate to new customers.

Even no response on email (Lthfl communication)

I want to transfer my loan to any reputed bank.

I have taken two wheeler loan from l&t finance ltd, i have paid all the emi but he is not provided my noc, he is raising penalty for rs. 727/-, which is wrong however i am ready to paid penalty amount. How to pay this amount from my place and how to collect noc to my place.
Loan has been complted as on nov 2017
Please help me for collect my noc, there is no l&t branch in ghaziabad, how can i payment and how to collect noc.

I was fully paid loan for a Two Wheeler in the year 2017 against which EMI period time to time.
But due to some technical fault from your end EMI could not be deducted from my account and against which I had to bear the pain of paying the EMI in cash for 8-9 months consecutively. However for the last 7 months EMI was deducted from my account.
Now as the EMI has been fully paid, I have applied for a NOC to be issued against the closure of the loan.
But I am really surprised to hear from your office that I had to pay a penalty charge against the interest.
I had already paid in cash due to the technical fault from your end.
I now want a clarification from your end that why I have to pay the penalty due to no fault of mine.
Also you are requested to issue me a NOC against the same immediately .

But Currently not issued my NOC. and effect my CIBIL score. last 3 years
