I purchased one piece of tvs speed sp40 plus ribbon catridge from ltonlinestore on 07/03/2019 vide order id[protected] delivered by professional with damaged product the matter reported through mail and the photograph relating to the damage was sent to them on the very same day not response till date the product purchased for a government office. They are not considering the value of time and loss of money of the customer may please do needful to clear the issue

    I had ordered a motherboard from www.ltonlinestore.com on 24/07/2018 for rs.4, 430.90 (Including tax and shipping cost). They were not dispatching the item even after a week from the date of purchase so i emailed them asking why are they not sending the item. Then they replied they need an additional amount of rs.1711 as the product cost increased. This is a major fail from their service 1. Asking additional amount after purchase 2. Not informing me about this until i asking them. Still, i asked them how to pay the additional amount no reply from their side. So i told them to refund the amount that i paid. Still no reply from their side. I tried calling them on phone and whatsapp still no response from their side. What should i do next??

      We purchased printer cartridge from them. It did not function. At their request we return it to them. In return they send us wrong printer cartridge (Instead of Colour they return Black) and then no replacement further. We have to call them many times. We have to pay Courier charges to return cartridges. They are again asking us to return wrong catridge supplied by them.
      I shop cartridge online from lt cartridge borther dcp-j105 color yellow, cyan, black, magenta but only cyan ink cartridge r working so please advise what i do thanku akash patodia

      we have buy a combo fast track watch when i received parcel and open box this item difference product and one watch lado company watch received and the box is down side already opened box please kindly solve it.

          They confirmed my order. But nxt day the canceled my order because the original price was high.
          How they can do it?
          Nxt daythey started refund without consulting me.
          When i talked with their representative they said they have product but they cant give it to me because the accidently put low price online.

            Printer ink cartriges no 802 qty 03 order no[protected] dated 6.12.17
            Item was paid fully amount.. Rs1737 29
            Stiil till 21.12.17 neither item came not there is any confirmation from thier side. I have talked to customer care and a lady told they will send item. But nothing happens. It appears they are on line thieves and matter should come to notice of police before they fraud with more people and run awaay.
            I am retired person with no sorce of salary etc. And cannot affrd to lose money like this
            Pls look into and arrange to send item with in one week otherwise i will be constraint to report matter to police for help as lt store is silent on when they will supply.

              I ordered a canon printer through lt onine store website on august 24th. Paid nearly 13500 rupees which included bluedart air shipping, costing nearly 1100 rupees.
              Order number[protected].

              I received a email next day confirming order processed and when i called and enquired, a sales lady confirmed it was shipped through bluedart.

              For next 4-5 days i did not receive any tracking update/shipping update from either lt online or bluedart.

              I called lt online customer care once again on 30th and the sales lady this time mentioned that the printer was in bluedarts office without any shipping consignment number. She clearly was aware of the printer status and location. She also at this point gave an excuse that because of the rains in mumbai which affected the business day tuesday (29th aug), all the delay was caused, giving me an apparent lie as i ordered thursday (24thy aug) of last week. She also mentioned that even though they charged for air shipping, the product will be shipped only through surface.
              During the same conversation i asked the customer care rep to cancel my order and refund me as i had no information on the product, to which she responded that i cannot cancel at this point and have to wait till the printer is shipped and delivered. And at the time of delivery she suggested that i deny accepting the delivery for cancelling my order and after they receive the product back they will issue me a refund.

              I waited some more time and finally i received a shipping confirmation email on 1st september with the professional courier services not bluedart.
              And ever since i have been waiting as i haven't received the product so far.
              The tracking update says it is in hyderabad and being shipped back and forth between the same stations.

              I have no information where the product is as date and lt online denied my order cancellation and refund.

              I want lt online to take a immediate action and solve this by end of this week.

              Also i would never recommend lt online to anyone because of such incompetency, deceit, misleading information and keeping the customer in dark.

              I was about to order a printer of 20K from LT-Online but thought of doing a research and reached your complaint page. So it is not to believe this type of fraudulent companies which doesn't have Cash-On-Delivery.

                I had placed an order for epson l485 printer where the product price displayed in portal is rs.13029 which is cheaper than other online portal, but in final payment page it was rs, 16889/ where they added rs.3694 as tax amount + shipping & packing charge.

                By mistake i placed the order and requested to cancel the product immediately after order placement. They replied that they will charge 5% + product shipping charge... Where they havent shipped the product at that time. I requested them for 5% waiver as i placed cancel request immediately.

                While the discussion was on, they shipped the product after 2 days and told they will charge the amount which is unfair.

                  I have ordered hp mouse qty 2nos in "lt online store". I have received with package crushed box " (See the attached image).in which 1 mouse is working and another 1 not working. Even unable to click the left button itself. Kindly replace it and send the new one.
                  Your customer care person saying that we have to contact hp customer care.
                  Horrible... While receiving itself we got defective one, why we need to contact hp customer. You are the responsible for delivering good product to the customer not defective one.
                  If it become defective after usage or a month old then is the reason for going with hp customer care.

                    Be aware of lt online. Had very pathetic experience with them. They are not able to ship the order after six days of payment. Everyday when i call they say that the item will be dispatched today. Disgusted by this, i requested for a cancellation. Now they are charging 5% as cancellation fee. The are also charging the shipping fees even though they have to shipped it yet. Very rude behavior by the customer care people. I have logged a complaint...

                    I ordered 3 copies of Microsoft Office Home+Business 2017 on their website on 17 March 2017. They charged my credit card for a total of Rs. 43, 411.70 which included Rs. 803.92 for shipping insurance, a charge which was never disclosed until payment.
                    On 24 March at 7 pm I received an email from them asking for an additional payment of Rs. 3, 293. This was followed by a phone call on 25th March morning asking why I hadn't paid the extra amount. I pointed out that the order was confirmed and paid for 7 days ago and that now they could not ask for anything extra, and that they should deliver the product immediately. They directed me to their website and said it was part of their terms and conditions and that they could not do anything. They offered to cancel the order but the money would be credited only after 15 days.
                    The resolution I want is for them to immediately deliver the product as originally agreed, without asking for extra payment.
                    You probably have to bring these into consumer complaints which is handled by government of India and not 'here'. Or visit to the nearest consumer affairs court and log a case against the company.
                    Chor company, Don't buy anything, I placed order of Web cam on this store on 6th June 2020, till date neither get product nor refund. No customer care number is functional. One day they picked up the mobile phone. [protected] and asked about the delivery they told me that material is not available. Cancel the order. They cancelled the order but money not refunded till date. Now not picking up the phone.

                      I ordered Epson ink of Rs 309/-, on 25/09/2016, order number[protected] with tracking number kur[protected] by professional courier, but after one month I have not received it, both company are fraud and cheater.so how to get refund or ordered product?
                      I have order projector on 23/05/2017. But still its not delivered yet.
