Vendor - lt online store india mumbai,
Order no #[protected] & #[protected], i was requested to cancel order and complete money reimbursement since, it was delayed for more than a month through email [protected]@ltonlinestore.in. It was paid and deliver type order.
At the time of booking on 7th may & 13th may 2020, i was expected these order to get delivered [as mentioned on lt online store portal] with in 3-4 days time span, at worst case 10 days but, it crossed more than a month.
Till 5th june 2020 there was no response over phone numbers [protected], [protected], [protected]. And email [protected]@ltonlinestore.in no one attending the phone call, maximum time observed line busy, after 1-2 hrs trying, if rings, no one attending. It's annoying. For order #[protected] partial reimbursement initiated massage received yesterday but, not yet credited on my account. As lt online store cancellation policy if order delays more than a 10 days lt online store will reimburse complete amount to customer, refer attached order details and cancellation policy for reference. Hope i will get the complete reimbursement asap, total amount 1639.50 inr.
LT Online Store customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Greetings for the day!
Yet there is no any response from Lt online store. Please help to get money back since, it's with Lt online store from more than a month. Is Lt going to pay back money with interest? How Lt online store can keep customer money on hold? How any vendor can treat customer in such bad manner (Taken order with money after that no response). After login complain also there is no any response.

Updated by Rameshnaw After giving request on email to cancel the order #[protected] / [protected] still Lt online delivered this item to security gate intentionally ... denied to reimburse the amount against his cancellation policy mentioned on Lt Online portal even delivered item after 40 days ... why customer has to suffer ??? i want ASAP rearrange for pickup the item and reimburse complete amount since item delivery delayed more than 40 days...
