- On 24th May we placed an order with the online store for Logitech H600 Bluetooth Wireless Headphone.
- The payment was made for this vide my credit card.
- No one picks up the customer care number[protected] and no response on email [protected]@Ltonlinestore.in
- Not sure if they have stock of the item or are taking advantage of the corona situation.
- Raising complaint to get a refund.

    No response

    Kindly deliver the item immediately as in a small pre-school required this for small children

      Hi,
      We ordered apc back-ups 600, 230v without auto shutdown software product on may 6th 2020 with prepaid option. We received an email stating the status of your order #20-21-2#5#3 has been changed. Beyond that there is no communication. We have been trying to call customer care and have written multiple emails on this topic to lt online but no response.

      We are expecting the company to provide a refund if the product is out of stock, keeping the customers in dark not answering the calls and not responding to emails is not the way.

        I have purchased TP-Link RE205 Wi-Fi Range Extender, AC750 on 31st March but still not received the product.
        If you are not able to delivered then pls refund my money.

        All contact number mentioned in site are not working.
        I sent many mails but no replay. You are a big cheater. I did mistake to ordered from your site.

            Order no.[protected]. I ordered hp m104w laser printer on 15th april, 2020. The order has not till been sent by the company, which was urgently required by me. I tried to contact on the company on telephones, but no response was there.
            I again requested the company through email on 16th may & 20th may, to send the order immediately otherwise cancel my order and refund my amount immediately. But again i haven't received any response.
            It is requested to pursue the company for immediate resolution of my issue.

              I had ordered some computer hardware about a month ago, as on may 18th 2020 and i had also paid on line rs. 7, 785.64. The products ordered were lg - dvd rw writer, wd - 1tb internal sata hardware and wd-t1 external hardware. The order no. Is[protected]. It is over a month and we have not received the product. Consider this complaint seriously and kindly get back regarding delivery of the product. We have been calling the numbers given above but no one answers the telephone.

                I have purchased one logitech c170 webcam and one artis mini multimedia speakers and paid rs. 1832/- inclusive of rs.71/- courier charge in professional courier and igst rs.279.36 on 11.6.2020.

                My order no. Is[protected]. They promised delivery within 3 days. I am not able to contact them over phone and they are not responding to mail sent to their customer care address.

                I need the product urgently or get me the refund without delay. Whether they are paying igst collected from me.

                    I have ordered a Amazon Fire Stick on 24th of May. Which is yet to be delivered. I have wrote a dozen of emails and called them many time but no reply from their end. I guess this company is a fraud. and we all should do something about it.

                          I purchased a sony cp ab150 data cable on 14th may.
                          On 16th may, i received a mail from them that the order is processing.
                          Till now, i haven't received the product or any other email. Moreover, they do not answer any calls on either of their several phone numbers.
                          I have also gone through several other customers' reviews about the same incidents. However, the customers do not seem to be happy at all with the response on this consumer complaints portal as well. I have no idea how my money would be refunded or the product would be delivered.
                          I think, maximum of the market is full of frauds, and there is no answerability at all.

                              I booked a webcam with lt online store on 17th may (Order - #[protected]. Even after a month, i am just seeing the status as "processing". Customer care is pathetic and i have not been able to get anybody online though i have been trying to reach someone for the past 20 days. I have sent 6 or 7 mails to the email id but didn't receive any response. I have sent a final seeking cancellation of order and refund of the amount. Very horrible experience and pathetic service. I am looking for a way to get my amount back.

                                Immediately i received a mail stating my order status is changed to partial refunded

                                But i have not received my refund

                                Ordered on jun 9 thru credit card
                                Cancel requested on jun 10

                                Still no refund

                                  Vendor - lt online store india mumbai,
                                  Order no #[protected] & #[protected], i was requested to cancel order and complete money reimbursement since, it was delayed for more than a month through email [protected]@ltonlinestore.in. It was paid and deliver type order.
                                  At the time of booking on 7th may & 13th may 2020, i was expected these order to get delivered [as mentioned on lt online store portal] with in 3-4 days time span, at worst case 10 days but, it crossed more than a month.
                                  Till 5th june 2020 there was no response over phone numbers [protected], [protected], [protected]. And email [protected]@ltonlinestore.in no one attending the phone call, maximum time observed line busy, after 1-2 hrs trying, if rings, no one attending. It's annoying. For order #[protected] partial reimbursement initiated massage received yesterday but, not yet credited on my account. As lt online store cancellation policy if order delays more than a 10 days lt online store will reimburse complete amount to customer, refer attached order details and cancellation policy for reference. Hope i will get the complete reimbursement asap, total amount 1639.50 inr.

                                  Greetings for the day!
                                  Yet there is no any response from Lt online store. Please help to get money back since, it's with Lt online store from more than a month. Is Lt going to pay back money with interest? How Lt online store can keep customer money on hold? How any vendor can treat customer in such bad manner (Taken order with money after that no response). After login complain also there is no any response.

                                  After giving request on email to cancel the order #[protected] / [protected] still Lt online delivered this item to security gate intentionally ... denied to reimburse the amount against his cancellation policy mentioned on Lt Online portal even delivered item after 40 days ... why customer has to suffer ??? i want ASAP rearrange for pickup the item and reimburse complete amount since item delivery delayed more than 40 days...
                                  More than one and half month over still waiting for reimbursement...I will suggest at present situation don't purchase any item online since, after booking no guaranty of delivery on time, there is no any coordination... Even no money reimbursement...
                                  I requested for reimbursement ASAP, received email for 'thanks for reorder ...better call on [protected] to understand the problem regards

                                      Non receipt of kaspersky av purchased on 22 apr 2020 online. Order is shown as processing still (Today is 11 jun 2020).

                                      Nobody picks up phone at your customer care when it rings and rest of the time its kept engaged.

                                      Low standard service, no degree of commitment, and no owning of responsibility.

                                      Please cancel the order

                                        Pathetic company. If they cannot fulfill orders then they shouldn't accept payments or provide online cancellation. My order was placed on april 30th and till date (11 june 2020), the order says processing. No customer care. Either keeps ringing or says busy. Some a*hole is there but not picking the call. Return my money with interest.
