Hi, i ordered[#order no] on 9th june 2020 and no response from the store yet. I tried to call their support number. No one is picking the call. No response through email as well.
I sent number of mails to cancel the product, again no response. Now it is almost 12 days they haven't shipped my product nor refunded the money. This is pathetic service provided by the store.

I have two orders pending. The first is ordered on 24/05. I am waiting for product to ship. Not yet happened. I understand due to pandemic there is delay. But the company should define time and most, should pick up the customer care phones.
I am attaching photo of the order status here.

I place order for logitech webcam c270 on 13th june 2020 with

I live in mumbai and expected the order to be delivered within 2-3 days. It is still showing 'processing' on lt-online website and their phone is never answered.

After seeing multiple complains on the web against ltonline stoere i'm worried if i made a mistake placing order with them.

If i do not get my order within 1-2 days or refund
I'll have to approach consumer court or police to register online fraud complain.

I purchase vide order no.2410 on 2.6.2020 payment already done but goods not rec'd. Till date and i call very times but not pick the phone.

I have ordered hp toner cartridge - my order no.#[protected]. Since they not able to supply due to covid 19 lock down i cancelled order 0n12 june 2020-information received as cancelled and partially refunded - still i have to receive the money from their end.

Above mentioned product purchased from the LT online store via online and the courier charges of DTDC has also been paid. As on date, the product has not been dispatched and I am unable to track the order status from the link after sign in.
Email and all contact nos seem fake. They are not reachable by any means. Email response sets autoreply with an acknowledgment only. No action is seen from their part, although for a metro city the delivery time and other commitments are stated well to trap the customer. Sent request to know DTDC tracking number but they remain non-responsive. Necessary action should be taken to save many more people like us.

Till date the same has not been delivered, their customer care numbers do not respond and mail are replied auto generated, i dont know the status of my order either they should deliver or refund! Please help and pursue on our behalf!

My order was booked on 23/05/2020 i. E. Prepaid but neither i did get any status of order nor the receipt of th eorder. I am very much disappointed with this site. Please look into the matter and revert.

We have purchased (Order no. #239480 two items (Keyboard+ mouse) that is dell keyboard mouse combo, kb216+ms116o nline from lt online store, in 708.00/- (Seven hundred & eight rupees) on 10 june 2020 at 11:59 am by my current account (Lwand traders) from axis bank. After booked order succuessfully they have raised gst tax invoice no.[protected] and send me soft copy in reply email.
While purchasing online they have mentioned that delivery time out of mumbai will be 3 to 4 days, but till today no response from their cutomer care. We have sent email on [protected]@ltonlinestore.in asking that pls. Send us delivery status but not responded. Also called several times on their office landline no. As given on their website as following +[protected], +[protected], +[protected], +[protected], but not responded too.
Raising complaint to get a refund.
