LT Online Store Complaints & Reviews

I have placed an order on 28th june 2020. On 29th june, status changed to 'processing' thereafter there is no update. I have dropped 3 email to them but unfortunately not getting any reply from them.
I have also tried contacting them through telephone but they are not picking up the phone.

Please help me either getting the product delivered by end of this week or else initiate the cancellation and refund the entire amount.

Ordered a webcam and made payment. No news after that and they are not reachable. Dont respond to emails.

I have ordered logitech webcam c170 from lt online store mumbai on 21st may with order number[protected]. But till day the material is jot dispatched by lt online store.

I have sent series of we mails and also tried to call the land line numbers given at their website regarding dispatch of my order - logitech webcam from the store but there is no response on email or on phone.

Lt online should immediately dispatch the item or if they can dispatch it now then should arrange for refund of the paid amount.

This is completely unprofessional approach of the lt online store mumbai.

My order number[protected] dated 8th may 2020- but till date product not received - so many email been sent but no response - phone not being attended - amount paid through credit card.

I have booked for one HP printer catridge 818b on 8th may 2020- and amount was credited from my credit card- but product not yet received- no response for my many email sent to them- no calls being attended. Pl look into

Tried several times to contact... But no one lifting the phone.
Sent several emails regarding status and finally to cancel and refund.
But no reply.
Am not going to leave them and i will sue them for online fraud.

They have shut down customercare numbers, e-mail not responded and hence they have blocked all contacts from customers. This is fraudulent activity, Should be reported and the company needs to be brought to book.

I ordered for a Wacom-CTH-490-KO-CX-Pen-and-Touch-Tablet Black/p/96591003 and paid Rupees 8024.00 online in advance on 3 may 2020 as it was very urgent for me. They mailed me the bill and generated order no. [protected]. Till 28may 2020 they have not dispatched my order. Website shows prcessing. But now they neither are picking the phone nor answering my mail. So I cant cancel the order or talk to them. What type of this online store is? Very...

Online website we have no option of canceling the product if product not getting delivered and we need option of refund back the amount we have paid.

I have purchased (Order no. #[protected] one items (HP printhead kit) on 14 May 2020

Purchased online from ltonlinestore.com, in 1447.87/- (One thousand four hundred forty six rupees eighty seven paisa) on 14 May 2020 at 5:53 pm by using my SBI credit card.

The item was not yet delivered to me till date.

I have tried to called them several times but phone is never answered by there representatives (Phone no. :[protected],[protected],[protected]. I have also tried to email them but they didn't responded on that too (Email : [protected]@ltonlinestore.in)

Due to this scenario i am facing problem and its disturbing my daily printing jobs. I feel like i have been a victim of online fraud.

I have place order for a webcam, order #[protected] from lt online store on may 18th.
No response till now on mail or phone, fraud website.

I have order 2 product Tenda AC10 MU-MIMO Dual Band AC1200 Gigabit Wi-Fi Router and 100 Cat 6 patch cable from LT Online Store with the order#[protected] on 2nd May 2020. Till now I have not received the product or any update on the status of the product. I have written many email and also call the contact nos provided in website, but there is no response.

I had paid the full amount online still i have not got delivery inspite of 23 days neither they pick up the call nor they respond on the email.

Request to please help.

The order was placed on April 2 and I was in need of speakers for my online job requirements.
Till now They have not answered anything.
I tried to cancel my order. tried to call them over phone. But no response. Sent emails. No reply. The website says that there is no customer care due to corona.
But now things have changed and every one is responding, after some delay.
But this company is accepting payments and doing a scam by utilizing the situation.
Later I searched internet and found that this company is notorious and already many people have made consumer complaints.

I tried to talk to them several times but in vain.There is no response to any of my mails also..Kindly update as to when they are going to dispatch the modem router against my above order..I can understand the covid lock-down situation.As a courtesy, they have not responded to any calls.Money is paid on line.I did a mistake in placing the order with out verifying abut their background.
In case the do not respond to my complaint, i will blow up unproportionally and write a bad review on this fraud company.
I am not happy with this stores from day 1, i placed order.

1. They are not replying to the mails after the payment is done through paytm.
2. Their mails were working when the order was in cart and they were mailing me to checkout that you haven’t checked it out and now no mail after the payment is done and no customer care is picking any calls tue to lockdown.
3. I am having the paytm receipt as a proof of my payment and the mails by my side but they are not responding and site is showing the order is still in cart.
I have asked please tell the status of my order i wished i have read your store reviews earlier they are very bad indeed and now i understand why. But still they are not replying. I am adding the screenshot as a payment proof o[censored]pi. Please help me and contact the company as i have asked them for refund in mails but no reply.

I have ordered a mouse on 9th april and canceled after 15 days as got no response from lt online store, now wince last 25 days i have not recived my money or mouse but their website is showing as partially refunded, no body is responding on email but the same same time they cancelled my item on first email request of cancellation after that no response, i dont know for 400 rs only why people cheated to other. I am thankful as i have not given any big order to cheater lt online store.

Hi, i've brought router from online store on april 1st, till now i didn't received any kind of response from the store and there is no cancellation option the website. I lost my money and time making me totally depressed. Please i don't need the product, at least refund my amount if it's not possible send me the product asap. And please take care of this online website, they need to keep cancellation option and also if product is not shipped within a week make it auto cancellation and refund the customer. Rich people won't buy from your site, only middle class people who have money concerns will go for it as products coming for little less price. And you're eating there money and cheating them. That's not good for your health. Thank you
