Above order for google home mini was placed on 28 th April The terms required me to pay full amount as advance Hence I paid Rs 3100/-while placing the order.Thereafter after waiting for two days I rang them up but they did not respond.My mails on the subject have not been answered. I have called them at least 25 times every day on number given on their page but no one picks up the phone.I am in a fix what to do when I came across your forum I decided to seek help from you in either getting the appliance or getting my refund

I did placed an online order for laptop charger "lenovo 65w ac adapter, laptop charger, 65a-in" "sku: 65a-in,[protected] hsn:85043100"
From the "lt online store" merchant, on january 28, 2020. But the merchant did not delivered the product in its maximum time of delivery 10 days.

I called the merchant after 10 days, they said because the product price has increased we can not deliver. Either you have to pay the additional
Amount or cancel the order. So, i asked them to cancel the order and they did cancelled it. I asked them how long will it take to refund the amount?
They replied it takes maximum 7-10 business working days. Since the order cancellation date i contacted the merchant 5-6 times, they said they will process it.

On 21st april, 2020 i sent one mail that if i do not receive my refund amount i will complaint in consumer forum.
Within the 5 minutes of my email sending, they changed the order status to refunded, i thought they might have initiated the refund amount. But in
Reality they only changed the order status in their system, and did not initiated the refund.
The merchant is a complete cheater and fraud in its business.

I placed order for a lan cable & wifi usb adaptor on 06.04.20, payment was made through google pay for rs.173.46/ which is including delivery charge as shown during check out; until today (15.04.20) i have not received any confirmation nor any order no. From this seller, no body is responding to atleast 7 emails sent and neither of the phone calls are responded. I called up professional courier which is listed on their website, he responded saying no packages as such and due to lock down they are not dispatching any items, and he is getting many phone calls from customers directly like me, instead he don't understand as to why this company has kept their website opened for orders!
I can't rely on this company until i receive confirmation on process / dispatch of my ordered items.

I had placed the order of tvs gold mechanical keyboard ps/2 order id: #[protected]. I tried calling their customer care since there was no option of cancellation. I tried emailing for change in the product, the response was changed to use a keyboard which was not convincing since the exact detail was not mentioned. Either should provide me tvs gold mechanical keyboard usb type with the gst bills or they should refund total amount of money with an apology email.

Purchased quickheal total security from lt online store. However, the activation key does not work. And no response from lt online store also. Beware of lt online store, a fraud company. Qucikheal is equally responsible for supporting and helping lt online store to cheat and do fraud business. Order #[protected] quickheal antivirus software purchased on 31.03.2020 from lt online store doesn't provide an activation key. Follow up through email ([protected]@ltonlinestore.in) and calls at +[protected], +[protected], +[protected], +[protected] / [protected]) do not respond. So, customer is harassed and loss of valuable hours in following up, still no use. It is a fraud company and do not purchase from them.

I have purchased iball piano 423 high speed 4 port usb 2.0 hub on feb 24, 2020 09:38 am with order id [#[protected]]. But still not received.

I have tried to contact with all possible way but they din't reply / response on it.

This site get online pre payment. I have paid 338/- for this order.

I hope this help to get resolve my issue and band this site as it looks fraud.

I had placed an on line order for k7 total security system by disc type for 1 computer 3 years on 24/01/2020. The courier charge by professional couriers was also paid. Till date no delivery. On contacting on line stores office staff give vague reply that courier no good or delivery will be made today. I feel they are cheaters.

I had ordered online color print cartridge on 15th jan 2019. The website promised to deliver the product in 2 days in metro cities.
After 5 days, i started following up, first through emails and then through phone calls.
Emails remained unanswered.
Executives on phone were rude. They would put me on hold for 10 mins and then disconnect the phone.
Couple of executives promised that i would be getting the tracking number in a day and get product in 2 days. That did not happen.
Finally, i cancelled my order. Now waiting for refund of money.

Hi, i ordered a software to be delivered via email. Their support staff said it would take 1 week. They must be kidding about time for software delivery. They are worst support guys ever i faced. Looks like company owner don't care. Further when i asked for refund, they said they will deduct 5%. Seriously? They are big thieves and can just do business like this and cheating customers. These kind of online shops should be shut down by authorities and proper actions should be taken against owners of such companies.

Item one: lt 852 black printer cartridge and
Item two: lt 855 tri colour printer cartridge

Purchased online from lt online store, in 1171.74/- (One thousand one hundred seventy one rupees seventy four paisa) on 09 oct 2019 at 9:21 pm by my current account debit card (Rasa aesthetic) in bank of baroda.

These two items not yet delivered to me (24 oct 2019).

I have tried to called them several times but phone is never answered by there representatives (Phone no. :[protected] |[protected] |[protected]. I have also tried to email them but they didn't responded on that too (Email : [protected]@ltonlinestore.in)

Due to this scenario i am facing problem and its disturbing my daily printing jobs.

I'm a 13years old boy who likes heavy music. I've ordered an approx. 3k rs jbl speaker. Paying this high, i expect a notification via mail or number. None of them is received yet. It was lately i realized they don't provide a quality online service to constumers by checking the reviews. Expected date was 2-3 days but today is the 5th day & not even a single update. Majority of reviews state that the product might not get delivered at all or maybe very late delivery or maybe damaged product delivery. I hope nothing happens in my case : (Where is my product? I'm worried. I want refund for my product or atleast a successful delivery asap without any problem to product. Please help me out!

I got attracted to the products and prices, and i went to book it added flat 28% gst which is not really the case, i did not realize as well while booking. Later on i made the payment online. Next day when i called them as to when it will be shipped they customer care guy was talking in hindi and sounded fishy.

Secondly, they don't have a cancel option on their website. The customer care guy asked me to send a email to them for cancelling the product. I asked them about the cancellation process and he says it will take 7 days to refund. Not sure why in digital india something online would take 7 days.

Finally, i've been calling them since then they are not picking the phone.

Please do not pay any money to these guys. I'm in for logging a cyber crime complaint. Save yourselves from going though this hassle.

I have booked material on 25th july'19 through lt online, yesterday online person confirm to booked the material and will delivery with 2 days.

But till now i didn't get the materials. And asked to lt online person[protected], he is saying will pack by today and send.

Why this much delay and when i will get the material.

I ordered one Ream JK copier paper vide order No #[protected] and it was delivered about 10 days ago and on opening the outer cover I was surprised that the paper ream was damaged as if pressed on both top/bottom sides causing wrinkling of the paper sheets. This kind of sheets could not be used for a computer printer as it would cause jamming of the paper. I contacted the LT online shop by e-mails for a replacement also sending a picture. As they did not respond I gave a reminder but to no avail. I think their intention is to make me accept the same as it costed Rs 288 only. Such companies are not trustworthy for online trading as they are interested in treating a consumer respectfully & don't believe in not causing loss to them. Please take any action necessary that could make them replace the item with a good one or refund the money to my bank account from which it was paid

I had ordered and paid for Brother Label Printer Roll on 17.06.2019 but even after 24 days the same was not delivered. When contacted they promised it would be delivered next day but even that did not happen. Never deal with this company as they will take money from you and will not fulfill orders. So frustrating within Metro city they did not deliver the product for so long

I bought iball computer cabinet from lt online store. But they sent it on damaged condition and refuse to replace it. Very pathetic service and consumer support is very arogant.

3 days back i ordered a software named quick heal antivirus from their website & chose delivery mode - activation key via mail.
At their site they have claimed to deliver digital key in 0-1 days but it is already surpassed. I need a refund or product urgently possible. They not picking calls too.

I purchased one piece of tvs speed sp40 plus ribbon catridge from ltonlinestore on 07/03/2019 vide order id[protected] delivered by professional with damaged product the matter reported through mail and the photograph relating to the damage was sent to them on the very same day not response till date the product purchased for a government office. They are not considering the value of time and loss of money of the customer may please do needful to clear the issue
