I had placed an order with lt store online and paid the money on 27 may. The website says that it will deliver within 6-10 days. My order status has been processing for 3 weeks. There has not been any update at all about the status of my delivery. Their phone is constantly busy and i have not received any reply to my emails regarding the delivery. So now i would like a refund

I ordered wacom ctl -672 / k0 - cx graphic pen tablet on 11 jun 2020.
I paid the amount 8104.24 rs for the order.

On 17th jun 20 i have ordered (Order no.[protected] dt. 17/06/20) a i-ball 4g/ 3g wireless router from: lt online store, mumbai (D. M. Dhadhi (Proprietor) address : lt online store, ground, floor, 17 podar chamber, store lane near rbi bank, behind axis bank, fort, mumbai, 400001, maharashtra. Accordingly, i have paid rs 928.66 (Including rs 50/- dtdc courier charge) through debit card. Still after one week item not delivered. And also, not refunded my money. They do not reply to emails, do not attend phone calls. (Their phone nos. +[protected] /[protected] /[protected] they are totally fraud and doing scam online desperately. Please someone stop them. They should be banned and blacklisted in the e-commerce platform. Police should be informed and get them arrested and punished. Please advise how to get money back.

I have placed an order for toner for my cannon printer on 2nd june 2020. The order number is order #[protected]. Till now i have not received the order.

I tried calling the customer care +[protected], +[protected], +[protected], +[protected] but no one is picking up the call.

Dropped 4 reminder emails at [protected]@ltonlinestore.in but there is no response either.

I really doubt whether they are doing genuine business or doing fraud with the customer just simply duping away with customer's money.

Need assistance in getting my money back as i know they will never deliver the order.

Prepaid ordered webcam on 01/06/2020 and got update on 04/06/2020 as processing...and from that day no update till today. No phone response. If we send a mail automatic alert will come

It's so disguising as your company sent an automated reply that you have received the mail. But even after 3 days no answer. Will you please cancel my order and refund the amount. As you are not prompt in sending the product even replying my mail. My order no is #[protected]

I have ordered one logitech headphone h600 cost rs. 4500 on 14th june with order no #[protected].

Its been 10 days, i have ordered this product but still not received any update on my order.

Customer care numbers are always busy and even if bell rings sometime, no one picks it.

They never reply back to mail on customer queries. Always automated reply received.

Also, no option to cancel my order.

Can someone help please to get the refund from this store?

I had ordered the abovementioned product from m/s lt online store through online portal on 24 may, 2020. However, the product is not yet delivered nor has the money been refunded by the company. Further, the customer care number of the company is not answered and the mails i wrote to them are also not responded. Also, there is no tracking no. Or order id that is provided to me. May please take the urgent necessary action against the company and the amount may be refunded to me at the earliest. The screenshot of the purchase order is attached for your kind reference.

Its been three weeks since my order being placed and i have got no updates.

Such a pathetic service i had ordered the product on 1june n till now it is in processing and i dropped a mail to them several time but not getting any repsond... Fake site...

I ordered a Wacom One By CTL-472/KO-CX Graphic Tablet on 9th of June 2020 from ltonlinestore.com. I paid Rs.3805 (including shipping charges). Today is 22nd of June 2020 and I do not have any update on it except the status showing processing. I tried contacting the customer care but the phone does not connect. I tried emailing them but all I got is a computer generated response that they are unable to reply to my mails due to less staff.

Also, there is no option on their website to cancel the order. This means my money is with them and I don't know for how long, and I cannot even cancel the order and get my money back.

This is not letting me get my money back and puts me at the mercy of LTOnlineStore to return my money. This is fraud.

I have made payment for ink bottles on may 26, 2020 and company claimed that it will be delivered to me within 10 days, but they don"t delivered yet.
As per company policy that if they failed to ship the product in 10 days they are liable to refund 100%. But they are not answering my calls and emails.
I want my money back.

I would like to inform you that today i received a call from mr. Rahul singh via mobile no. [protected]. He represented himself as a staff of lt online store customer care.
He informed me that my order of the webcam 310hd logitech has been canceled and he will refund the amount via alternative account number only. He insisted me to provide bank details and a registered phone number. I told him to send the cancellation info via the registered mail.
Now i am not sure who is taking care of lt online store and who will respond to me and inform me of the status of my order.

I purchased logitech h151 stereo headset with noise-cancelling mic on 12th june through lt online store. Payment is already done but so far not received my item.

No response on telephone or email.
