Logitech C170 Webcam Order #[protected] dated 13 June 2020 is not yet delivered to me.

I have tried to called them several times but phone is never answered by there representatives (Phone no.[protected] |[protected] |[protected]. I get a automated reply to every email sent to them ( Email : [protected]@Ltonlinestore.in)

Looking at so many complaints raised against the company on this website, this clearly is a case of intentional fraud.

We have ordered 4 nos of logitech b525 hd webcam through ltonline on 8th june'20.

Sir i have ordered one graphic tablet writer for which i paid rs 4210 on[protected]. They have still not delivered product. Neither i got any feedback for supply. Please help me to get the product or money refund. It is realy painful for disastrous service.

I placed an order on 15 june for a mouse. Did not receive it till date. No one answering in customer care. No email response apart from payment received and order processing. Fake website. Don’t buy

Hi, i had order a logitech keyboard from lt online store. But not get any update from that time. Even nobody picking up the phone. It seem that company is fraud and cheating with customers. I want to refund my money back, if possible.

1. They are not replying to the mails after the payment is done through paytm.
2. Their mails were working when the order was in cart and they were mailing me to checkout that you haven’t checked it out and now no mail after the payment is done and no customer care is picking any calls tue to lockdown.
3. I am having the paytm receipt as a proof of my payment and the mails by my side but they are not responding and site is showing the order is still in cart.
I have asked please tell the status of my order i wished i have read your store reviews earlier they are very bad indeed and now i understand why. But still they are not replying. I am adding the screenshot as a payment proof o[censored]pi. Please help me and contact the company as i have asked them for refund in mails but no reply.
I am complaining again after a month as now they have automated reply that your order will be dispatched soon but when i logged in there is no order history and product is not even in the shopping cart. Seems like a total fraud so i have attached my payment proof please help me to resolve this issue.

Hopeless Company Not Shipping Goods even after 21 days passed after we placed order.

We have given order on 12th june 2020 via order id:[protected]. They are not dispatching the goods not even picking up calls.

I have ordered a product from lt online store
Product name - quick heal total security 3 years 1 user
They told that it will take in 7-10days the will deliver it via email.
But it's been 20 days i didn't recieve the product.

Despite repeated unanswered calls, order still not expedited... Nearly a month ago.
Site says order and stays at that.
Matter needs to be reported to mca for cancellation of registration of this company and also to police for economic and financial scam//fraud.
Proprietor mr dadhani needs to be prosecuted and legally framed for delays and non deliveries.

As reference to our order no-#[protected], which placed on 2 days back, we have not yet received any updations and dispatch status

They picked the phone once and promised to dispatch the product by may 28 which never happened.

No one pick call, no reply to email. I am not able to understand where to go

I have ordered black cartridge on 25th june.

Chor company, don't buy anything, i placed order of web cam on this store on 6th june 2020, till date neither get product nor refund. No customer care number is functional. One day they picked up the mobile phone. [protected] and asked about the delivery they told me that material is not available. Cancel the order. They cancelled the order but money not refunded till date. Now not picking up the phone.

With ref. To order #[protected]. I had placed an order of dlink cat 6 100m ethernet cable on 10th june 2020 (*attached image). Its almost been a month, i haven't recieved the product and neither do they reply or provide any update regarding the shipment.

My payment was done online as a prepaid order with shipping charges also given.

Ordered 1 headphone through LTOnline on 27th June, till now they did not provide any status on shipping the order, I paid around 650Rs, they don't pick call in their provided customer care nos and also not replying to my emails for last 3 days.

I want a full refund and cancellation of the order. Kindly help in taking this up and update me ASAP.

The product order was taken 10 days before and still hasn't been delivered.
On calling customer care no one picks the call multiple emails have been sent none replied back.
Need the money refunded.

I have ordered ink for my printer but it is showing only processing status. Nobody is picking up my call. They are behaving as if they all are dead. I have sent a mail for my refund but no use. They left ltstore without any staff.
