This is tarak from west bengal.

Last saturday on dated 27th june 2020 i have ordered one call center headphone with mic and the company was hp, model no - b4b09pa.

And i have been paid the full amount.

After that i got a mail from lt online with invoice.

Now i can't tracking my order, when i going to do the order tracking the site is sawing enter the order id. But i don't know what is order id.
The company (Lt online) doesn't share order id to me.

I have called so many times on your given number, but nobody takes the call and also send a mail but no reply till now.

Let me know this organisation is genuine or not.

Can i expect to get my money back if i cancelled my order but how?

Or can get my order?

I have purchased (Order no. #[protected] one item (Logitech c 170 webcam) on 17 June 2020.

Purchased online from ltonlinestore.com, in 1469.10/- (One thousand Four hundred Sixty Nine rupees Ten paisa) on 17 June 2020, 7.43 pm by using SBI Credit Card.

The item was not yet delivered to me till date.

I have tried to call them several times but phone is never answered by their representatives (The phone no as per their website contact us information).

I have tried to email them several times informing them if they cannot deliver please refund my money but there is no response.

I need some clarification about my items status, in order to take decision whether to go with other supplier or not.

I placed order for webcam on 21-jun-20 with a 2 days delivery and paid delivery charge.
No updates in one week. I tried calling phone no. : +[protected], +[protected], +[protected], +[protected] but no one picking calls and calls always busy. Sent mail [protected]@ltonlinestore.in but no response.

Its 9 days and order not yet processed nor anyone is responding.

To me looks like they are fake and fraud. Takes money and never delivers order.

I had ordered a router on 09/06/2020.
Now 20 day have been passed but still order status is processing.
I think this company is totaly fraud.
I had already made payment of rs.890.

I placed an order for a webcam in lt online store on june 19th 2020, order #[protected] for ₹2, 170.22, the website states that the delivery time is about 2-4 days.
The status of my order says it’s processing since i placed the order, and all the contact numbers listed in the website are busy and their emails are set to auto-reply.
I just want the order to be canceled and issued a refund from them.
Kindly help with this.

I have placed a couple of orders on sunday 28-jun-2020 and i wanted to cancel them as i made it by mistake. I emailed lt online store for 2 days continuously, but no response from them.

I have placed a cancellation request even before the order is shipped. But they are taking the shipping charges also plus 5% of the order amount.

I purchased a logitech webcam by lt online store on 18 june 2020 with full payment (2087.42) including 57 rs of dtdc charge.
As per their policy they deliverd purchased item with in 5 days, but they do not delver the item till write this email even they do not pick any call on their number[protected], [protected]) or not replay to my email.

Please help to refund my ammount

I have placed the order on dated 19.06.2020. But till now not received my consignment.

I have order for webcam in around of end of may, after multiple followups on email (As they never pick up their phone), on 12-jun they informed me that my order is canceled and after deducting 5% balance will be refunded. Till today 28-jun, i haven't received my refund nor any communication from there side. I am writing them every alternate day but they are not replying to emails or updating on the refund. Please let me know what can be done in this case.

Item two: canon 47 black printer cartridge

Purchased online from lt online store, in 1234.28/- (One thousand two hundred thirty four rupees twenty eight paisa) on 04 jun 2020

These two items not yet delivered to me till today 27th jun'20 with status showing as processing

I have tried to called them several times but phone is never answered by there representatives (Phone no.[protected]. I have also tried to email them but they didn't responded on that too (Email : [protected]@ltonlinestore.in)

Due to this scenario i am facing problem and its disturbing my daily printing jobs.

I have placed the order on jun 1st 2020 and today is june 27th 2020 and so far there is no progress on the order. I have sent multiple (5) mails but all come with an autoreply. This company cannot be connect over phone also and no once picks up the phone. My order number was #[protected]

Be aware of lt online. I have ordered for Web cam for online lectures on 14th June 2020 and i have been calling after 1 week just to get the update of the status of my order. I have tried all given mtnl nos . From last one week none of the calls has been taken neither the status of My order is changed .It still says processing.

I have been sending mail to the email id mentioned for no of times but i get auto reply As below Lt Online Store

Above no are not answerable. All those who are buying please be aware. I stay in mumbai i will be visiting the above address after local trains resume for all passengers.

We have ordered a logitech webcam on 4th June 2020 but we have not received the product till now.
We made full payment of Rs 1577 with extra charges for fast delivery through credit card. Even we tried to contact them on the numbers provided on their website but we did not get any response.
On the other hand, we had dropped an email on their
