But 10 days completed and coriur has not delever by you

    Hi team,
    The laptop received was completely damaged. Shattered completely. I am highly disappointed. The local courier owner is behaving very unprofessional. Not even ready to acknowledge the complaint. Please help me out. Please contact me. I need the insurance money. It's a very expensive laptop. Atleast remiburse me for the amount I took the insurance for.

          My consignment # P[protected] has arrived in regional office on 17th June however the partner has not attempted the delivery and upon calling them they make excuse of no delivery guy or no vehicle and asked me to come and collect it.

          This is not the first time and i have faced the similar issue 6-7 months back tooo.

          I would request you to please look into it, the regional office very smartly played this card knowing sunday would be lockdown here and they get one more day.

            Firstly this thing has happened twice..garments in the parcel were destroyed completely..it was a very expensive dress..parceled on 22nd May and after making 100s of calls I got back in such condition that you can't keep it..now I want you guys to pay me back..I want my 2100 from you guys...you destroyed my suit completely..such an unprofessional behavior you showed..### about your profile which you display on website

              My cosingnment no is P[protected] it was about to deliver on 15 th june and i have tracked it online. As it was an urgent parcel so we went on 15 th june to collect the parcel at the regional office at kota, Rajasthan by ourselves. The staff behaviour was too bad and when my father told her that you always didn't give delivery at home like for the previous parcels and she said that you only hire the boy for me to deliver the parcel and started talking in a very bad tone so we also started talking like in her way in the end she told us that she will not give us the parcel and do whatever you want to do. Its 16 th june today we have called the regional office in rewa from where the parcel has sent he told us that we will get the delivery by today but now no one is receiving our call. Plz get the parcel delivered.

                I have infrom to you I have book a courier at 01.06.2021 from Jabalpur to sehore Courier no is [protected] date 01.06.21 but now till date the courier is not delivered I have visit the sehore branch and enquiry the above courier but not any proper response.

                    My parcel is being missing, i havent received it yet. They have dispatched it on 6june but it hasn't come to chhattisgarh also and it is missing in the middle
                    I called the repective authority but no help from there side infact they are not picking my call after once.
                    I have my final year books in that and from 5 july i have my finals medical exam
                    Please try to help me as soon as possible.

                    Or the last option which i have is to raise complaint againt customer service!

                      Very late service by Madhur courier.i have booked one parcel on date 02/06/2021 from Sagar to Raipur and another parcel from Sagar to Amravati but till today both parcel not reached.so it takes almost 8 days instead of 2-3 days.so am not happy with this kind of services and in future i will choose other courier.
                      Please do the needful.

                          Your serviec proivder also not response properly . Bad services i request to our team please block the couier at immedate level. Last three days our couier was recived at destination place but not deleveired and when i was call agent he was told i am not send you will collect at our office i am not able to send i dont have delivery boys

                            I have submitted the amount of rupees 2000/- (two thousand only) at Bhopal (M.P., Indrapuri) office of Madhur Courier for my courier of Activa scooter. First of all, he has not given the receipt when we asked the manager to give for our deposit of rupees 2000 through UPI PAYMENT, also when I received the product at Sagar(M.P.) it has been received in damaged condition as well as when I check the receipt received it has been mentioned the amount of rupees 1000/- (one thousand only). I have a doubt about this so I called the manager who received the amount at the Bhopal office, he replied that maybe it was done by someone & then from last one month I am taking up the follow ups but he is not responding clearly. Please take strict action against him & Madhur courier services.

                              My parcel with tracking number P[protected] was dispatched from Mumbai on 27 May 2021 to Jaipur.
                              Its not showing any tracking report on site neither i am getting satisfactory answer from neither origin nor from destination.
                              Mumbai office dont pick call and jaipur offic has no idea...
