Madhur Courier Complaints & Reviews

I m Sachin, i performed in one of the national seminar at bhilai dur to lack of time i came back to my hometown i.e; jabalpur and one of the teacher send us the parcel containing certificate and souvinoir on 27/04/2008 but i didnt get that parcel till today i.e; 9/06/2008. I enquired abt mt parcel at city office so they said to me that we r not responsible for ur parcel. I dont know what will i do.
Can anyone do something for my parcel....

we are awaiting for one of my small parcel which was booked by madur courier docket number 22002470 dated 30.05.2008 from mumbai to Jamshedpur.
I did not recived any thing till date. When I asked madhur courier they are not able to find out that where this parcel is lying.
We do not know how this company is operating as a couirer service.
We would like to request to all people that, please do not use...

on 7.5.08, a letter was sent to transtutors, HauZ Khas, New delhi, from Korba, Chattisgarh.Till yesterday they were telling at korba, that due to distance, it is being delayed.Today they are saying that it has lost.Why this happen to this courier so frequently, can anyone say? Is there any body of couriers orgn, to whom we can send our complaints for redressal?...

The courier packet sent from bhiwani (haryana) to bombay (Bandra) sent 7 days back, never received.

What worse, there is no person who can attend to customer complaint. You call one center, they refer you to some other center.

At last, after 2 days I got the final number of the Bandra (Bombay Center), only to be informed that "Sir, we have not received the packet at this center and hence we cant help...

till the date due to bad response of courier service i have not able to recieve the mail courier sent by shri jai kumar mishra from birsinghpur pali to jitendramittal, morena....

My father has sent one important document on 26th March 2008 from Jaipur to Bangalore. The said courier company has not delivered the document & docket receipt has been signed by delivery man himself or some other person. Now concerned Bangalore branch manager & their subordinates are saying, we have delivered the courier & we do not have time to solve the problem. There should be some govt regulations to get license of a courier...

Madhur Courier accepted Doc. C/N no. 80120879 on 25.01.2008 for delivery at Jaipur;
But, the statutory declaration forms under CST Act, which were sent in the subject Doc. C/N, have not so far been received by the addressee, who has again reminded us to send those C forms for submission to their Sales Tax Authority at Jaipur;
On enquiry at the booking office of MADHUR COURIER at Azadpur, Delhi, we are being advised to recheck...

MADHUR COURIER SERVIVCE is black spot for the courier service industry even they dont have any complaint site. they are the most irresponsible and worst in service.
