Me sheikh gufran betul Madhya Pradesh 460001 se mene ek parcel nagpur madhur corrier se book karwaya betul ke liye 24/05/21 ko mughe 26/5/2021 ko parcel recive ho jayega esa bola gaya tha but aj 30/05/21 hai mughe mera parcell nahi mila online track kar raha hu to uski location jabalpar shadol dikha rahi hai mughe vo parcel urgent tha us parcel pr mera mobile number likha hua hai adress betul ka hai main betul ke madhur corrier office gaya to unne bola ki nagpur se book kia vHa contact karo mene nagpur office se contact kia to unhone call recive karna band kar dia please solve my issu this is madhur corrier tracking number of my parcel ...[protected]

I ordered two handbags on 30th april.
My dealer send them through MADHUR COURIER SERVICE (P[protected] on 5th May.
From 5th may to 29th May, it is shown that the parcel is in the way of mumbai to Delhi. If we spoke to customer care of mumbai and Delhi then they blame on each other. No one solves our complaint.
Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

This complaint is regarding the courier number no. P[protected],
and distribution center Madhur courier service hasanpur hub, Mr. Satish Mishra refused to deliver my parcel and its been staying at their service center for since 24th may, 2021. My parcel is laptop send by my company from Mumbai. And Mr. Satish Kumar don't even pick phones and when he does he has numerous reasons not to deliver the parcel while other courier in the same area are actively delivering the parcel, when he picked the call he mentioned that i can come on Saturday to pick it and when I arrived shop was closed and he again refused to deliver it and said to come by 4 as its there timing while no such thing was told before hand, i will be going back again to pick my parcel which ideally should be delivered to my home, I hope that a strict again should be taken regarding the matter.

I have dispatched courier from Kawardha 491995 to Mumbai on 10/05/2021 but it has been 28/05/2021, still it has not been delivered. On enquiry in Raipur office, they are saying it has been dispatched from here but when it will they dont have any idea.
Its look like madhur courier is doing fraud or scam they are taking courier charge more than speed post still they dont know where they are sending parcels, no tracking.

Parcel consisting of important books has not been delivered. Its been over a month now. The parcel was delivered back to delhi to sender's address.

I am waiting my parcel to recieved since 30th aprl 2021.
Parcel dispatched on 30th aprl from chirayu hospital bhopal. Last update shows dispatched from jabalpur to narsinghpur on 3rd may and no update since then.
Its very disappointing that I am not getting proper response from bhoapl, jabalpur and narsinghur branch.I have chasing that very badly but still no success. Doscument is about my mother's discharge summary which I need to submit for claim within 1 month which is already passed due to delay from courier service.
Please response me.
If Insuranse company will not accept claim I will take legal action againt madhr courier.

I have contact many time in head office Bhopal and Gwalior office also but not yet get any response.

In bhopal h.o.- neither get any satisfactory answer nor any suggestion, will only give the number of Gwalior branch and ask to speak there or else give the number of Ahmedabad branch and he will ask to talk, according to which the customer is stupid and worth bothering. They are only support and care people from the Madhur courier other state branch who can bother the customer. no matter the inconvenience but for them, there is no action or complaint tool.

I have not had this kind of problem for the first time, it has happened many times before. I declare the Madhur courier service as the best bad courier service provider and never use the Madhur courier again in my life, as well as those who do business with me, if the Madhur courier in the transaction with me I would prefer not to do business with them.

Sir my parcel is submitted in indore at 24 April, I know about current situation but today is 22 May, the time span is very long.then betul office called me on 13 may that I received your parcel at 5pm and collect it before 6pm today, because madur courier open till 6pm but it is not possible to get parcel in that short hour, after till now I am not able to contact any of mobile number which provided on google.Phones are busy or switch off all the time...this very unprofessional behaviour by madhur couriers, if you are providing contacts please make it useful, please work on your service and point of contact...

My courier has been dispatched from Mumbai to Jirapur (Rajgarh district Madhya Pradesh) on 8th May 2021 and has been informed that I will receive courier within 3-4 days. Till now I have not received the courier. Parcel has my daughter's books and it's an urgent parcel.They are saying now buses are not operational so they can't send my courier.You should inform the things earlier as the conditions here remains the same today what it was on 8th May.My daughter is suffering as she is unable to study because of books.Do something.

Online status showing that it is reached to gwalior on 13may 2021 but it is where now, not showing office name, Area, and didn't got any call or msg about my parcel. And very important item in that parcel, highly urgent. Help me out as soon as possible

If there is a lockdown issue, it's ok, atleast give the right information.
Your tracking website shown, courier received delhi main branch, but the staff of karolbagh decline to have courier of this number.

My package p[protected]from gwalior to umargam disst. Valsad gujrat) is unnecessarily withheld by madhur courier at ahmedabad and on web while tracking they are showing that it is non serviceable area then why the dealer took the package from me if they can't deliver it... At the time of deal the dealer promised me to deliver it very soon in 4-5 days and now he is not responding...
please resolve the issue and deliver my package at destination otherwise I have to move to consumer forum and I have good grip their and have family background as well...

I have submitted a order no. 2297 on dated[protected]. today i received a call from Krishna photo state. curriers service. anupgarh that they not delivered this item to home and return back and misbehaving with me...

I have sent a parcel to Kanpur and the boy is telling me to pick the parcel from the office. If you can’t deliver then why are you collecting parcels

Stull not get the courier of Raipur to raipur... and bad thing is that your staff not picking phone

My self Abhishek Pandey and I have courier a parcel from your Waidhan (M.P) office to Bilaspur (C.G) on 15th April.
My Tracking No. Is [protected] and still the parcel is at your jabalpur office. They were taken 300 rupees for delivered but after 20-25 days the parcel is at yours jabalpur office only and while I am calling I didn't get any response.
Please follow up about my parcel.
