            I booked parcel from bishrampur to indore on 4 september 2021 now parcel is showing delivered in bilaspur and no one is giving any information about my parcel

            Consignment booked in jabalpur for bhopal on 07.02.2024 with commitment of delivery date 09.02.2024 but till 11.02.2024 @2.30PM consignment not deliver. As per tracking consignment reached in bhopal on 08.02.2024 & showing out for delivery on 10.02.2024. but still not deliver also time o[censored]pdate in website not showing, this is cheating. C NO IS[protected]. Overall 7 ka shipment 9 tak any how deliver ho jana chahiye. Yadi 11 ko ho raha hai to ye kahi ka kahi managment ka loop hole hai jis karan customer suffer kar raha hai.

              I booked a parcel to be delivered in Indore(M.P.) from Bishrampur(C.G.) on 4th of September 2021.
              At the time of booking, the employee at Bishrampur Madhur Courier confirmed that the parcel will be delivered to the given address in 4 working days.
              Today, on 8th of September 2021, I checked the status of the parcel on my online. It says that the parcel has been delivered in Bilaspur(C.G.).
              How's that possible?
              The address was clearly written on the parcel with the receiver's name and contact number.
              How could you deliver it to some other person living in another city?
              It's really disappointing.
              Please look into this matter and return my parcel to me in Bishrampur(C.G.) ASAP.

                  I am sending a parcel by madhur courier, kishangarh on 25 August 2021. The agent told me that they don't have tracking number slip so the slip was stick in jaipur. But till today my parcel is Missing. No one give me tracking number. Many of times I made calls they didn't receive my calls and many of times I had visited the office but they always said mam we will get you tomorrow. But they don't . Kindly update me . It is very urgent for someone because it is medicine inside the parcel. Please update me

                        I booked a parcel from Damoh to Indore, At the time of booking on 28th august (Saturday) I ask the shopkeeper, when will the package get delivered his said it will get deliver on Monday 30th august or on Tuesday.

                        And it is received in indore madhur courier palasia office but they are not ready to deliver to the recipient nor on Monday neither on Tuesday. And when on Wednesday my person went to the office personally to pick the parcel they said their boy is not going to your area everyday. He only cover bicholi area once in a week.

                        This is ridiculous. Will not courier next ever from madhur ...

                          Sir, I received my parcel (consignment no
                          P[protected] after 7 days but it was empty. The product was missing. I called at their customer service and told them about the matter but they keep saying they are not responsible for theft. It's their duty to deliver the product safely. They should be accountable for any loss. Such company and people to be punished involved in this kind of fraud. And want my product back.

                            My parsal rakhai packet not received till 31 /08/2021 after the festival of rakhi and janmashtami they making different different excuses
                            Pichhle ek hfte se unke office ke chakar cut rhee hai lekin wo koi respond nhi kr rhe bolte hai kl aana abhi ladka nhi hai uske ps hai parsal, delivery boy mobile number continue out of service, delivery not delivering the parsal till now.

                              We have sent two couriers
                              1 pathankot to ludhiana : they took rs 50 during booking and then they kept courier for 3 days in ludhiana office then asked rs 100 to deliver to address. They are thugs

                              2 pathankot to gurgaon : we sent courier on 25th aug and they promised to deliver on 28th aug but we still not recived on 30th aug. Pathankot office is not picking call. Contact person in gurgaon is asking to come to office to take the courier which is 8 kms

                              They are thugs so don't use their service. We lost our two customers because of these unprofessional service

                                    Rakhi packet received by madhur courier city office 2 days before. But as per their habbit they call customer to pick it.
                                    Even after two day they have not shown entry in software about receiving packet in city. Delivery boy demands for charges at the time of delivery.

                                    Rakshabandhan is festival of RAKHI. Now, what's the need of it after 22 Aug. 2021.

                                    Its a bed habit not not professionalism.
                                    Why you book our packet if not able to deliver ...not on time...asking for money.

                                      Since than we are trying to contact the nashik agent phone no [protected], but every time he say today it will be delivered, I am will delivered once in a week only and last four day we had talk with him but still the parcel is not delivered, . My sister had send rakhi in advance so that it will reach in time. Now today is rakhi and your agent now switch off his no. Last year also same thing happened
