It's been 2 month i submitted my parcel to be delivered and it got lost then after a month 1 raised a claim for my lost product and now it's been 1 month raised the claim request till now i haven't received the claim amount they are just saying to wait for 15 days wait for one day wait till monday and so on, also the person sitting at madhur courier office indore is also worst and not responding propperly and his behaviour is worst. no way...

The parcel which i have received was torned from inside and some items were missing from it. And it was clearly indicated that someone has opened the parcel before delivery. The Persons sitting in the office in delhi and kanpur are ignorant, they don't listen to anything and Don't even pick up the calls

They book the parcel to be delivered to my home, but in last moment now they are telling you have to pick up from the office wherein their office is hardly 3 kms from my residence, so poor customer support and irresponsible behaviour...

This is to inform you that we are regularly tracking our material but at one point the material is got stuck and not moving from one destination to another, please check and confirm the reason behind this asap.

Our customer is from Government Department, hence they are calling us on a daily basis. Once the Delivery date will get expire we will have to pay late delivery charges to them.

I have ordered a parcel. The parcel is shipped from Jaipur on 4th December 2020. The final delivery destination of the parcel is Dhar[protected] Madhya Pradesh.
Moreover, when I track my order, it's showing the parcel has left from Jaipur on 4th December and reached Madhur Courier's Indore office (Scheme 78) on 6th December, 2020. Even the Indore office shared the status as "Received".
