I would like to bring your companies attention to a very important aspect.
I order a parcel from Jodhpur to surat which was sent to me through madhur courier service.i ordered it on 12 Th November This month And Now its 21st November but still i havent received my parcel yet.
When i traced my parcel on the website it was shocked to see that its status was already showing delivered. when i called the madhur office of surat they have no idea about it. they are saying that it has already been delivered. and i dont know whom the hell it was delivered.
Its worst of your services a customer cam expect from a courier company. their is a serious miss management in this courier service.i will sure deny anyone choosing this company again. I want to know where is my parcel and how will be i able to get it or not.?
And i would like to mention a name ashok bhai..he is the major theif behind this activity. he put it delivered and tool it to himself.
It is a fraud for which i would surely put a case in consumer forums soon.it would be great to me if this mail get a reply and a quick solution from your side.

Hi I have booked an consignment with C-Note Number : P[protected] on 6th November from Pijore, Panchkula to Lucknow and the consignment has not been delivered till today and the status on website remains same since 8th November. Mr. Nikunj from their Delhi Office is not picking up the call. When we enquired more than came to know that the truck was caught by Agra Police and The truck was released on 19th Nov but still we don't have any news of the consignment. I contacted their Lucknow office today, they informed me that Mr. Nikunj has to clear the claim to Sai Loaders then only he will release all the parcels to them and then the delivery will happen. I need my consignment urgently As I am flying back to Mumbai on 24th November and I need that consignment.

It's been almost one year, my orders have not been delivered by you, police report might help.

I made a courier on 31.oct 2020...
And it was very urgent parcel the receiver want it most urgent...
So i choose madhur courier...
But i thing this was my mistake ..

I made 5 complans to the customer care but yet i didn't receive any update...

Please solve my problem and deliver the courier very very very soon

I dispatched a parcel on 09 Nov. 2020 from Barmer (Raj) to kandivali mumbai.
On 10 Nov. 2020 document out from jodhpur but not arrived mumbai still now.

We have sent a courier with madhur courier service and they confirmed us that it will be delivered in 5-6 days but now it's being 7-8 days and still the parcel is not delivered and we are not able to track it and they aren't giving us a proper answer that where is our parcel and when it will be delivered . We have sent it from Rajasthan to MP

I have already ask him with patna branch and purnia branch they are not ready to take responsibility. I have booked courier on 07/11/2010 but online it showing booked on 10/11/2020.
You have confirmed this will deliver with in 4 day but still courier showing in delhi location.

I have been using Madhur Courier Services since years..! I am from Ujjain Madhya Pradesh. Your service provider is taking 4 to 7 days for Ujjain-Indore parcels. Hi, my Shipment ID is P[protected]. It is showing same tracking status since last 7 days and not at all updating. My parcel is showing "BAG FORWARDED BY DELHI TO INDORE" from 23Oct and it is 7 days now but yet it is not updating status.
I called Delhi/Indore/Bhopal head office and all the contact number available on website but they are of no use. Firstly they don't pick the calls or if they receive it they don't have any details other than what even i can also see over tracking website.
Need immediate update on my shipment with proper explanation of it delay.
