due to which it stuck in bhopal fro more then 4 days bhopal brnach has not dispatch my parcel from 3 days .

Two parcels have been sent by my client from Jhabua on 16 November 2020 to my Indore address in my name. These parcels have been received by the Madurai Courier's Saket Nahar Office at Indore on 19 November 2020, but the parcels are not being delivered intentionally to me from this office. Madhur courier at Saket Nagar, Indore, spoke to Mr. Markan over the phone, admitting that the parcels had been found, but he was unable to deliver me due to lack of time. I have important documents in this article. Due to not handing over the parcel to me on time, I am losing Rs 10, 000 per day. Please hand over my parcel and after 19 November 2020 till now, should be compensated at the rate of Rs. 10, 000 per day.

When I talk to area incharge me suresh kumawat having mob no [protected] he is so rudely talk with me and told us that delieverd men is not available parcel was not delieverd
Please look into tha matter on urgent

Courier document and box on 19th but still i have not got it and when yesterday i called to jaipur office some girl tell me that today courier boy on leave tomorrow we delivered sure but today no one visit for delivery and phone is also not reachable now what to do very pathetic service i have never seen this type of service any courier company.. when they charge for fast courier but delivered in 8 to 9 days its for diwali gift but i must thought that its reach me on next diwali 2021...

I would like to bring your companies attention to a very important aspect.
I order a parcel from Jodhpur to surat which was sent to me through madhur courier service.i ordered it on 12 Th November This month And Now its 21st November but still i havent received my parcel yet.
When i traced my parcel on the website it was shocked to see that its status was already showing delivered. when i called the madhur office of surat they have no idea about it. they are saying that it has already been delivered. and i dont know whom the hell it was delivered.
Its worst of your services a customer cam expect from a courier company. their is a serious miss management in this courier service.i will sure deny anyone choosing this company again. I want to know where is my parcel and how will be i able to get it or not.?
And i would like to mention a name ashok bhai..he is the major theif behind this activity. he put it delivered and tool it to himself.
It is a fraud for which i would surely put a case in consumer forums soon.it would be great to me if this mail get a reply and a quick solution from your side.

Hi I have booked an consignment with C-Note Number : P[protected] on 6th November from Pijore, Panchkula to Lucknow and the consignment has not been delivered till today and the status on website remains same since 8th November. Mr. Nikunj from their Delhi Office is not picking up the call. When we enquired more than came to know that the truck was caught by Agra Police and The truck was released on 19th Nov but still we don't have any news of the consignment. I contacted their Lucknow office today, they informed me that Mr. Nikunj has to clear the claim to Sai Loaders then only he will release all the parcels to them and then the delivery will happen. I need my consignment urgently As I am flying back to Mumbai on 24th November and I need that consignment.

We have sent a courier with madhur courier service and they confirmed us that it will be delivered in 5-6 days but now it's being 7-8 days and still the parcel is not delivered and we are not able to track it and they aren't giving us a proper answer that where is our parcel and when it will be delivered .
