My parcel is not in time check attachment

Madhur courier had denied the service to us stating that delivery boy has refused to deliver courier and i have to pickup it from their office

My parcel no.P[protected] is at Hasanpur, Delhi from last 2 days but still not delivered to me and landline number is ringing but no one is ansering, mobile of Mr. Mishra contact person's switched off.

I had booked a parcel from JOGESHWARI FROM MUMBAI on 28 september, I had booked it to Kenny Dunwell, 31 Samta Colony, New Indra Nagar, Charoda Bhilai. Distt. Durg. Chhattisgarh. 490025 ( via kumhari) mob [protected]. my personal address.
I had paid Rs.1170 for it.

The consignment has reached bhilai and lying there from 6th October.

They are holding the consignment and did not delever it till now. this is not the first time these bhilai office is doing this. After few days they will phone and ask to pick up. If I need to pick up then why do you take payment for home delevery which is your responsibility.

My medicine receive bhilai office in 3rd of October 2020.But i am not receive parcel. 4 month ago same problem done. I visit 2 times but no response in your office. My doc. Number is[protected]. Jabalpur to bhilai.

I had booked an important document through Madhur Courier on 15/09/2020 from Ambikapur(CG) to Kolkata(WB). But still it not received by my family at Kolkata.
The most worst things i watched that neither they have proper information nor any customer care no. The two number they showed in the website are wrong.
In online tracking my courier shows different information on 03/10/2020 once is ready to out from Bilaspur to Camac St and another one is ready to out from Bilaspur to Nagpur. At the moment i had contacted with Bilaspur, they told its out from our end and may be in Kolkata. I try to contact their Kolkata no but that no also wrong, From Bilaspur i got the no of Kolkata person (+91-[protected]) but continuously i tried to contact him but he don't receive my call.
Kindly help me in this regard, there is a very important document which need to received immediately to my family.

i have sent my very important and valueable documents from indore (madhya pradesh) to tikamgarh (madhya pradesh) on 20th march, 2020. with C/No. [protected].

and now it almost more than 6 months that till today i have not received my documents.

its taking more than 5000 Rs. for getting the copy of those documents(which i sent through madhur courier). Now i am feeling very helpless.

please help me as soon as possible other wise i may have only last choice to knock the door of national consumer court.

Brown box docket no. P[protected] person has send my material by courier from madhur and not entry my parcel docket no. On there website and is missing from last 45 days for 2 kg parcel they have taken 5 kg parcel amount so let us know how should i will find my parcel.

My consignment no is p[protected] booked on 25 sep 20 is not delivered.

I have parcel courier to my customer and it have been received in bhopal on 24 September 2020, my customer have even contact to service and even my self but still not yet got any proper respond and haven't taken any action towards the complain and even I have gave them another address so
Is yet it so slow is your service which so many days to deliver a one courier

[protected] बंद बता रहा है।
उक्त संबंध मधुर कोरियर ​घंटाघर निहारिका कोरबा के विरूद्ध fir में दर्ज कराया जावेगा। जिसके लिये वे स्वयं जिम्मेदार रहेंगे।

I have booked a parcel from wide AWB no.[protected] on 08th September 2020 from Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi to Jammu. Parcel reached jammu on 11th September 2020. But mr sharad having phone no.[protected] talking very rudely to our client that your phone number was not written on the parcel. We wrote the address on parcel but the phone number was left or not written by mistake. But this is not fare reason for dispatching parcel and misbehavior with the client. Mr sharad is asking our client to come & take the parcel which is not possible for lady client because courier office is 6 kms far from her address. I request to please dispatch our parcel as soon as possible.

I had book the parcel (P[protected] on 9/9/2020 at ajmer (Rajasthan) 305001 toward to chhatarpur (M. P.) 471001. The executive told me that the parcel would be reach with in 4 to 5 days but now its long time approx. 10 days but the consigned item should not be reach at the destination. Even your company member failed to give me the update about the item. I am very disappointed with your courier services. Your company does not understand the things and they thought we people are fool.

You should provide good services your company take the charge of 120 to reach the product timely we spend the money but as a result you don't give us any update

I will give suggestion to all out side people if you want to send any item then you good chose another company.

With reference to above, i draw your kind attention to the sorry state of affairs at your md ali park, calcutta office. I was told by the kota office branch, while i made the payment on[protected] that by a week the consignment will reach my residence. I made the payment in full, got the receipt and left kota on[protected]. Presently i am at my residence at barasat. It is some 20km away from your md ali park branch, calcutta (My assumption, as i have no knowledge of calcutta city). This morning, over phone your calcutta office staff informs that my consignment has already reached their office and i have to collect the same personally. As i objected, in total surprise, they simply repeated the same that, in covid situation, they are in no position to deliver the items at my door-step. I heard a lot of your good quality service at kota town. But find it suddenly disgusting for myself.
And being quite helpless, i seek your kind intervention in the matter to help me getting my items delivered at the earliest.
