The parcel which i have received was torned from inside and some items were missing from it. And it was clearly indicated that someone has opened the parcel before delivery. The Persons sitting in the office in delhi and kanpur are ignorant, they don't listen to anything and Don't even pick up the calls

Sir my name is Nikhilesh Kesharwani. I live in Raipur Chhattisgarh. My Madhur Kuriar has got an important documents from Ambikapur on 16.12.2020 but I have not been given the courier yet by Madhur Kuryar's boy and my phone is not even receiving. There is no response even after calling in his office, so I request you to take strict action against Madhur Kuriyar Raipur which has happened to me again. It should not happen to anyone again. They book the parcel to be delivered to my home, but in last moment now they are telling you have to pick up from the office wherein their office is hardly 3 kms from my residence, so poor customer support and irresponsible behaviour

This is to inform you that we are regularly tracking our material but at one point the material is got stuck and not moving from one destination to another, please check and confirm the reason behind this asap.

Our customer is from Government Department, hence they are calling us on a daily basis. Once the Delivery date will get expire we will have to pay late delivery charges to them.

Kindly take the matter seriously and do the needful.

Hi,

I have ordered a parcel. The parcel is shipped from Jaipur on 4th December 2020. The final delivery destination of the parcel is Dhar[protected] Madhya Pradesh.
Moreover, when I track my order, it's showing the parcel has left from Jaipur on 4th December and reached Madhur Courier's Indore office (Scheme 78) on 6th December, 2020. Even the Indore office shared the status as "Received".
However after that the parcel has not been left for Dhar. On getting delayed, when I enquired about the parcel, Indore office is not taking the ownership of the parcel and said they have not received the same. On following up regularly I am not getting any response from Indore office or Jaipur office or any other Madhur Courier office. I tried to raise this complaint with Madhur's customer care, but the service is highly unprofessional and no response from their end as well.
The cost of the parcel is 1500/- INR.
Out of frustration I am forced to raise this complain as I am not getting any other way by which I can get my parcel or my money back.
It's highly unprofessional from Madhur Courier's end to resolve the customer's queries.
I need my money back from Madhur Courier.

Hello their, an fellow company sent me a package of almost 5kgs after few days of dispatch the package arrived at my local town and then the operater ordered me to come and collect it from their office...what kind of nonsense is this...if im not getting doorstep delivery then what's the use of such ### courier service

I am writing this letter to recover my delivery package that was handed over to your madhur courier guys 15 days ago. I am very distressed with the poor service offered by your courier service. I have placed multiple calls to highlight that my package has not reached its destination. As the package has not been delivered back to me, this means it has been lost in the way.
I am having mentioned the delivery details for your reference. Can you please investigate my request and advice if my package has been lost or it is yet to be delivered?

There is a courier having Consignment Note No-[protected], booked from Sendhwa, Madhya Pradesh, on dated 08.12.2020 with speed courier. Your office charged Rs. 150/- for the same. Now three days past still my courier not delivered to my place at Bhopal. Your Company charged so much make fool of people not delivering the courier on time. Your company representatives promised to deliver the courier within two days. Please update your management or dont charge such huge money for the small packet of courier if you people are unable to keep your promises.

I have post my documents on 8th december and till now it is not reached. And I called to shajapur centre then their behaviour nit good.

My parcel was sent on 24/11/2020 but today has not arrived even on 05/12/2020. If this continues to happen, how can we trust anyone? I am having a lot of problem due to late parcel, please remove this inconvenience.

I got my consignment in broken state on 26 Nov 2020, I asked the delivery boy, how is happen. he could not replied satisfactorily. I contacted to Madhur courier services New Market, the employee replied in rude way that courier services are not responsible for any breakage.
The consignment is of Coffee maker (Skyline Company), Its cup made of glass has broken completely. The receipt and video, I am attaching for necessary action.

Courier has been delivered from Indore to Bhopal on 28th Nov and on 30th Nov was delivered from Bhopal to delhi but still I didn't get any courier and I am still waiting

I received a call from delivery boy on dated 1st of November 2020 that he will come only up to Soma Talav which is 3- 4 kilometre from my place and pin code is 39000 4 which is serviceable area shown in your website however with the lot of attitude delivery boy told that I will make it return or else you have to come to my suggested location
