I had Booked A consignment On 26th August . From Bhopal to Borivali Mumbai . During Tracking The Parcel was delivered to Borivali office at 29 but still not Reached home . The parcel contains food items . And Now Probably it's Gone to Waste . Who will refund me on this ? The parcel is wasted . Why can't parcel Reach the Adress on time ....

Parcle submitted on 22-8-20, coudnt able to track my parcle even after a week.....

Beware guys.. Deal with Madhur Courier only if you are totally fed up with life or have loads of money to waste. Absolutely Crap service. Bunch of irresponsible Idiots. Biggest of the lot is their Manager Rajesh. They pick up critical c/ments and don't deliver them. If asked for POD, they give fake POD details and follow up for payments. When we discovered that the c/ments were not delivered in the first place and confronted them, they are...

Mera courier ka doc. No p[protected]/8/2020 ka ambala main hi hai... Wnha par contact karne par wo bolte hai ki mera area mandi himachal pradeah hai wnha hamari services nhi hai. Agar mandi himachal pradesh main aapki services nhi hai to delhi main book kaun kiya......

I m very dispointed with your service... My packet arrived gurgaon before 2-3 days but packet not deliver in our office...

Please provide detail of my parcel. It has been shown dispatched since 2 as 24 August days. Even it has to delivered today as 26th August. And I got know the other parcel which is sent by same day is delivered to others but my parcel is still dispatched. It is urgent consignment so I prefer madhur courier but it is so irresponsible behavior by this courier. Let me know what is difficulties to deliver and when it will be reached to hi destination....

Sir I have paid already all charges for delivery but when delivery doing on my address delivery man taking extra charges for delivery at delivery time .
And doest taken any receipt for this extra charged....

Behavioral not good, tall me he is call me you take your courier from our office. Or if you can't can't take I will be returning your item....

Package was supposed to be delivered to lalitpur but went to jodhpur, what kind of system do you guys follow...

today is 17.08.20 and still i hove not received my courier ...
When I visited to your office today, I got your courier boy's number ([protected])from there.And when I asked him to send the courier, then he is abusing me and telling "JAB MERA MAN HOGA TAB DUNGA TESE JO BANTA HAI KR LE MAI YAHI LOCAL KA HU ..."

I don't get my 27january's parsel till now...

I have couriered it 20 days ago on 24 july and now even after 20 days the courier is not received by my relatives so as per courier rules violation company must refund my money back or i will contact to higher authority....

I am from village nimbodiya khurd near nagda. You center on nagda madhuri courier, he is not delivering the courier at address. He says you visit nagda and collect your courier, i am not delivering your courier at you address...

Have dispatched the courier on 25/072020 with ref no. P[protected] from jalgaon to gwalior.
The courier received by indore branch on 01 aug 20 at 1.20 pm but till 04/08/2020 the courier was in indore branch only.
And after continues call to indore branch, gwalior branch and mumbai branch, no one was answering to the call.
The worst ever courier experience from here.
They spoiled whole mood of rakhi celebration....
