Your courier team told me come to the office and get your parsal so i ask why u get money from us. My pod-[protected] they not deliver my parsal in my office and there distance only 100 meters.

    I have requested for a courier on 01/09/2020 from madhur courier gadarawara to bangalore, it is still not delivered after 14 days and i am not able to track it, they have given me receipt that mentions gms worldwide express pvt ltd, when i called gms head office and asked about it, they are saying that this tracking number is invalid that means courier is not assigned yet.

          I have sent a parcel from the Madhur courier shopping complex Indore to Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, my parcel is not getting delivered by saying that the delivery area is a non-serviceable area so I have to pay them more money for delivery. I have spoken up with the head person of this concerned area but they are saying talk to this person or that person but not getting any proper response. I am giving contact number of all of them :

            My parcel is not getting delivered by saying that address is non serviceable area. But i have seen there serviceable area on there website and courier tracking status. I have called them many times but they are keep on saying that talk to that number or this number. This is mental harassment. If they dont wanted to deliver why they had accepted. My parcel was from indore madhya pradesh to shahibad, ghaziabad (up),
            i have sent books through madhur courier.

I have trust on madhur courier and book parcel /gift for my mother. Kindly take better steps for your service, otherwise no one booked parcel in your company, how is responsible for delay.                   I had Booked a Parcel containing food on 26th August . From Bhopal to Borivali Mumbai. In Tracking I can see the parcel reached Borivali on 29th August . The food is wasted the parcel is wasted . Why can't a simple parcel reach the address on Specified date ?

                    I had Booked A consignment On 26th August . From Bhopal to Borivali Mumbai . During Tracking The Parcel was delivered to Borivali office at 29 but still not Reached home . The parcel contains food items . And Now Probably it's Gone to Waste . Who will refund me on this ? The parcel is wasted . Why can't parcel Reach the Adress on time .

                          Beware guys.. Deal with Madhur Courier only if you are totally fed up with life or have loads of money to waste. Absolutely Crap service. Bunch of irresponsible Idiots. Biggest of the lot is their Manager Rajesh. They pick up critical c/ments and don't deliver them. If asked for POD, they give fake POD details and follow up for payments. When we discovered that the c/ments were not delivered in the first place and confronted them, they are now holding c/ments hostage and demanding payment they don't even deserve.
                          Manager Rajesh has the audacity to tell us to go ahead and do whatever we can.. Worst company to deal with... Horrible

                                  Please provide detail of my parcel. It has been shown dispatched since 2 as 24 August days. Even it has to delivered today as 26th August. And I got know the other parcel which is sent by same day is delivered to others but my parcel is still dispatched. It is urgent consignment so I prefer madhur courier but it is so irresponsible behavior by this courier. Let me know what is difficulties to deliver and when it will be reached to hi destination.
