Sir,
my courier was comping with madhur courier jabalpur with POD no [protected] on dated 21/04/11 ansd it is received by madhur courier waidhan on dated 22/04/11.
But till dated 26/04/11 it not deliver to me i e party.
So pls solve this issue as soon as possible.

My parents send me the courier from Korba to Bangalore from madhur courier Consignment number [protected] on 09/04/2011. In tracking tool of courier site, it is mention that courier reached to Bangalore on 15/04/2011. Till now I didn’t get this consignment. Is it the policy of courier service to go and collect the courier or my consignment is given some interest to the company that is why they kept it for long?...

We had taken services from Madhur Courier for a consignment delivery - (Consignment No- [protected]. Dt. 06 Apr11 ) .

But While Tracing it , I found that Courier company has returned the consignment on 11th April back to Origin( Ratlam) .The reason they conveyed that Madhur Courier don't have services to desination.

I had sent two couriers through Madhur Courier Services on 28.03.11 to Chandigarh and Mohali respectively. The one for Chandigarh was delivered after two days but the one for Mohali has still not been delivered on 06-Apr-11. The above courier company refused delivery of my parcel [protected] inspite of having upfront collecte the payment. The staff was clueless on my parcel and when i insisted on urgent delivery they claimed that i could collect it myself and made my staff wait in their office endlessly. A parcel sent from indore on 23rd feb could not be delivered by them till 1st march in mumbai. The company is still working in stone age it seems....

My father has sent a parcel no # 52120612, which contains the receipts of LIC Premium & Birla Sun Life Insurance Premium for the financial year 2010-11, dated on 9.2.2011, from Distt- Ashok Nagar M.P, to Beawar - Rajasthan. At the time of delivery it is verbally committed to deliver the parcel within 2 or 3 days at the destination. But the parcel is not delivered on time even within one week.

on 10/2/2011 i made a courier through rishinagar ujjain to napier town jabalpur c/no[protected] which deleiver at jabalpur on 14/2/11.As per schedule it should delivered on 12/2/2011. What is the reason for delay,are you not capable to deliverd courier on time?

On 25th Jan'11 a courier on the name of Mohammed Fareed with docket number [protected] was sent from Indore (Madhur courier) to pune (Mohammed Fareed C/O Vcustomer India,3rd Floor,Nyati Business park,Survey no 9/10,Vadgaon Sehri,Near kalyani Nagar, Pune -411014).

Till today 8th Feb'11 i have not received my docket, i called several time on the mentioned contact numbers[protected] Indore office,[protected] pune office...

i m arvind soni, my friend sent a parcel for madhur courier service rewa to panchkula with docket no. [protected] but the parcel do not deliver to the destination and they have a website to track the parcel but all phones numbers they given in it are wrong. they are playing with the emotions of customers

please take a strong action against this irresponsible courier service

Dear Sir,
One number of consigment was booked from Korba to Ahmedabad on 23.12.10. Till date the courier has not been delivered. On enquiry to booking office , the incharge is misbehaving and giving no response. Even Head office of Madhur Courier were intimated but they only escalated the issue asking to confirm from booking office. Please help, since we are suffering because of non delivery of important consignment.
