Dear Team my relative has sent and urgent documents by courier using Madhur Courier madhurcouriers.in from Shivpuri Madhya Pradesh on 13th July 2015 and tracking number for the same is [protected]. I tracked the same on 16th July and status was 15 Jul 2015 10 00 LOCAL OUTGOING DISPATCHED FROM DELHI HUB TO MAHIPAL PUR DEL Mobile No. [protected] Mr Suresh I called on the given number [protected] on 17th July at 10 AM to ask for the status of my courier the person picked the call and replied there is some delay in load coming from main office and please sms me address and tracking number i will send asap. i have sent the message on 17th July with the details but no update since than till Saturday Evening so i called again after 6PM the same person picked the call and said that i have left the office can only check and update on monday morning at 11 am. I waited till monday and called at 1110 hours to get the update of my courier same person again picked the call and said i am out of office please send me sms details of courier and address i will update in 2 hours. I have sent a parcel from jodhpur to new delhi via pod no. [protected] on 08 / 07 / 2015. I have checked it online the same has been reached new delhi on 09 / 07 / 2015 and out for delivery since 10 / 07 / 2015. But still it has not been delivered to the expected destination and its already 16 / 07 / 2015. I have also called the concerned person whose number has given on ur site but no satisfactory response was there. So plz check as very important documents were inside the envelopes.

Hi, A courier (Number:-[protected])has been sent from Guna (M.P) to NOida (U.P).while i was tracking my order it says the courier has been sent to noida hub on 10th of july 2015 but they havent dispatched yet. I have sent a parcel from Amritsar to Indore via POD no. [protected] on 07/07/2015. I have checked it online the same has been reached Indore on 10/07/2015 and out for delivery since 11/07/2015. But still it has not been delivered to the expected destination and its already 14/07/2015. I have also called the concerned person whose number has given on ur site he is saying he dont have any parcel. So plz check where is the disconnect whether website is giving wrong information or concerned person.

Your delivery guy missed my very important document during delivery, He said he that he delivered parcel at given address but where he delivered the parcel is a wrong address i confirmed from that address .What are you go to do now please let me asap because that document is V V IMP for me.. My father sent me a courier from Korba (CG) to Pune. First they did not delivered it and then when we pressurized them they sent back the courier. My father when got it back the package was opened and the chains etc were STOLEN. the loss is approximately 5000/- INR. They have not taking any responsibilities. Sir, We recieved our parcel packet at 8 pm today i.e 16 may which was sent from bilaspur C.G to us vide docket no. [protected] . The delivery man deliver the parcel and ran away shortly. No sooner we saw the parcel which was a plastic container, was badly broken, damaged and its seal was also broken. The container has gift packet in it which was also opened and empty . In brief the parcel packet has no gift which was stolen by delivery man or agency holder. Imediately the matter was brought into the notice of agency holder Mr.puspendra on his number [protected]. Who assured to sort out the matter. We also contacted to the H.O of bhopal office on number [protected]/132 at 8:14 pm but no response was their. It is further submitted that this parcel was booked on 5 may and the same was reached to mandideep office on 8 may as per trackingrecord from net and the same was delivered tous suprisingly on 16 may at 8 pm which indicate malacious motive of agency.
