NOW TODAY I RECVD. MY ANOTHER COURIER FROM KHANDWA WHICH WAS POSTED ON YESTERDAY HAVING DOC. NO. [protected]. SO WHEN I ENTERED THIS NO. ALSO IN YOUR WEB SITE SO THEIR IS ALSO THE SAME MESSAGE.
SO, I REQUEST TO U THAT IF YOUR STAFFS ARE NOT ABLE TO DO WORK ON INTERNET THAN GIVE THEM PROPER TRAINNING OR OTHERWISE CLOSE UR WEB SITE.

myself manoj shrivastava who has booked a parcel with insurance 0f 1000/- on 17 Nov 2010 to alirajpur district 240 kms from indore whose consignee no is 36792387. after 10 days is on 26 nov i called up the madhur office and register a complaint of non receive of the parcel they told me that it has been delivered but after 5 times of calling they accept that your parcel is laying at indore office but after calling to indore office they told me that your parcel is not even received at bhopal. than again i've called to madhur bilaspur the told me that the whole consignment was arrested by the sell tax officers and will be reliesed only after 2 days. after enquiring on 2 december 2010 there is no reply. On 6 dec 2010 there is no answer from madhur side.

I, Rejy John sent some original bills from Raipur having value of Rs.12970/- to my head office at Katni in the name of Mr.Anil Gupta. Docket No. is [protected] dated 03/11/10. Till date the parcel not reached at the destination. When I enquired about this, Madhur Courier Services very carelessly told me that the parcel is misplaced. Also they advised me to send another bills !! They were not at all bothered about this. Now my Employer is started procedure to deduct the said amount from my salary.

You are requested to take necessary action against Madhur Courier Services for compensation of the said amount.

I have sent a parcel from Madhur Courier Services (Faridabad ) on 18/08/2010.The consignment # is 85766620.The destination point where the parcel has to reach was Mumbai-Andheri East.
As per internet the parcel has gone from faridabad to Delhi and then to Shahdra.And there is no update after this.I have been calling up the courier person since then,they gave me 15 nos to call but in vain.Inspite of several followups no action has been taken.
Now the condition is that the courier agent is not picking my call.

I myself belong to service industry but i have not seen such a pathetic service in my life.

Kindly look into this and revert.

Dear Sir,
I sent a packet of medicine on 10. 08. 10 from Nagpur to Aurangabad by Madhur Courier for my son who is suffering from asthama from last 15 years. The Courier No is 29016092. Courier company assured that the medicine will reach at Aurangabad on 11.08.10. When I track on the site of Madhur Courier I found that Packet reached at aurangabad on 12.08.10. Many times I contacted Auragabad and Gandhibag, Nagpur office of Madhur Courier for delivery of medicine. But from last six days my packet is lying in the Madhur Courier's Aurangabad Office and upto 7.00PM of 17.08.10 they have ot delivered the packet and my son is suffering from acute Asthama. Madhur Courier is Cheating the People, Harassing and Damaging the People so I request very strong action against Madhur courier. I also request from Government to cancel its licence.

But after one week of sending I didn't get that parcel. The serial no. of parcel is [protected]. So please sudden attention to my complain. I have contectd many times local Madhur courier Office but they are not taking it seriously and not paying attention properly.

We in Bairagarh (Bhopal) are regularly facing the misbehavior of the Madhur courier company agency in charge Mr. Duru. He along with his assistants never behaves properly with the clients rather shows an arrogant and insulting attitude. We strongly oppose to it. We humbly request Madhur courier company to either the agency of the above person be discontinued or appoint an another agency in Bairagarh (Bhopal).

This is not only in the interest of the local clients but also necessary to keep the image and reputation of the courier company unaffected. We hope that the courier company shall consider the matter seriously.

Vatsalya builders &developers Pvt. Ltd, Agrasen square, Indore has already sent me a letter ([protected]) to O.F. Itarsi at my addresse on 16/06/2010 which is not delivered to me yet. I have contectd many times local Madhur courier Office but they are not taking it seriously and not paying attention properly.

The courier packet sent from Delhi to Mumbai (Kalyan) sent 7 days back, never received.

What worse, there is no person who can attend to customer complaint. You call one center, they refer you to some other center.

At last, after 2 days I got the final number of the Mumbai, only to be informed that "Sir, we have not received the packet at this center and hence we cant help you. Check our website to track your delivery status?"

Now final blow :- Website doesn't work? I dont know what to do with the tracking number, the courier company has provided me

I have lost all hopes of getting the packet and have requested my relatives to fax me the papers sent through courier.

I want your kind attention towards your very bad madhur courier service in siwani,bhiwani district, haryana.
On june 02,2010 i gave a courier to your staff person, & till now after 8 days my courier is not sent at proper place even i don't know where my courier is.
I enquired from hissar branch for my courier from Mr. Shanker(Ph:[protected]).
But none of your staff person is providing satisfactory answer & replying that they have no record of my courier.

The supplier has supplied within one day of after place of Purchase order due the urgency but it is shocking that the Courier Service has not yet take any action regarding delivary evern after 24 hrs.

My father has sent me some important docs from shahdol(MP) to Pune,which i needed before 1st April.He has sent this docs through Madhur courier Shahdol and the consigment number is 37423553.I didn't received it till 31st of March and when i tracked it,it came to my notice that it has been delivered to Pune on 25th March and then sent back to shahdol on 27th March without contacting me.When i called the office i got from website "http://madhurexpress.net/madhurnet/login.aspx" they said that they are not sure about it and ask to contact the delivery boy Laxman at [protected],when i contacted him,he said he even didn't came to delivery it,he has kept the consigment in his box to deliver it next day but someelse has sent it back to Bhopal,he even didn't called me for the same.When i ask him to give his superviour details he misbehaved and asked me to call the office and disconnected the call.

I called the office again loacted at Mangalwar peth,below are the details of the office.The lady was quite surprised to know that and she handed over the call to his malefellow.He again didn't provided me any reason why it was sent back nor admited there mistake and ask me to contact Bhopal office as they are not responsible for the incident that has happened.I ask him his supervior name and again he with a laud vioce ask me to contact the Bhopal office and disconnected the call.

I am quite surprised that the customer is facing such an issue,as if we have not paid any amount for it and they are our boss.I am not sure how helpful it is to post it in customer complaints but expecting some positive response, posting it with a hope that i will get some help through this forum and no one should face such issues again.
Madhur courier should learn a lesson to respect there customer and stop misbehaving with them,if they have commited any mistake they should atleast admit the mistake and ready to help the customer as much as they can.

Horrible experience with Madhur courier and hope no one else should experience it.

I want to let you know that kindly avoid using the services of Madhur Courier. This is the worst courier I have ever seen. After 15 days of booking my parcel it havnt reached to the desired destination. When i contacted the head office in Indore (after trying for so many long hours), they just told me to contact some other person and so on. This is my advice to all using the courier service that please avoid using such hopeless delivery service and save your energy, time and money.

Baroda agent gave moble number of boy who deliver our courier at pune.Pune party talk with courier boy he mis behave and not answer properly.Please avoided use of Madhur courier services.Authority to ask for expliantion from Registerd person who own this Courier services to avoided repitation of such misbehaviour of it's staff.
