after telephone discussion ([protected], [protected])he not response and he replay rudely behave and he say not deliver this courier in our center so you please sole this matter and given our courier in our Dainik Bhaskar Alwar Office.

mad people. They just want to take your money and are not at accountable for the delivery. It took 5 days for the parcel to be dispatched between adjoining cities and after that they say to take it back..after multiple calls also no response.
will never use it again.

I send my product on 17/9/2015.on my product upper side address of deliver written but not yet send to adress.. so i request you to please return my product . my mobile number is [protected]. i[censored] want to any type of query please call me.. i also call to your delivery boy his name is raju randhar he told me that i dont know about your product.. please help me .. i also call to your main office they also told me that your product has delivered but the reciever told me that he has not recieve the product.. Show me the signature of the product reciever if he recieve..i also have a reciept photo i[censored] want i send u . now i am unable to send photo to u bcoz the size of pic is about 3 mb and i not have a software to convert it into small size

I purchased online item from ebay.com. On Friday 6th Nov 2015, someone from courier company called me to confirm my address and said they will be coming to deliver it on same day, but till today 17th Nov, the parcel has not been delivered by anyone. Whenever, I call them (+[protected] no one is responding to calls anymore.

Booked a parcel from Gandhidham (guj) To Gurgaon

But Still Not delivered to said address ( Today is 10th nov, almost 12 days from booking)

Very rude and no proper response from Gandhidham and gurgaon off.

Madhur courier service is the worst service i have ever seen if they are not able to handle it then they should quit from there services they never go to deliver at your home or nearby location always they just call and tell to collect the parcel from the office.. as you can see many peoples are having problem from this courier service so so serious measures should have to be taken against madhur courier services.. my parcel was booked from indore to bina on 6/11/2015 it reached bina on 10/11/2015 and still they are calling and asking to pick from their office then what is the use of giving them courier charges and all and the guy is talking very badly and have no ethics and he is telling i[censored] cant pick your parcel then he will returned that parcel to source..these guys are really ridiculous and so is madhur courier service

Disgusting service from Madhur Courier. I don't know why they commit the delivery timings, when they can't do that.My rakhi booked from champa chhattisgarh to Bhopal M.P. which distance 800 KM & document No.[protected] on 18.08.2015. Document was deliver on till date inspite of our 15 to 20 telephone calls to destination & origin office of the courier co. and at last they call to me to collect the document in their head office. this kind of service is completely disgraceful and not at all reliable.We would like to lodge a formal complaint against their dis- service and advise others not to use this courier service .

Dear Sir, I sent one important document through madhur courier from its Rajgarh (Biaora) branch vide document no. [protected] dated 30th july 2015. The same has been returned back to the courier's Rajgarh office on 5th august 2015 stating that there is no service at addressee place at Gurgaon. I was not informed by courier office about this, although my mobile number was mentioned on courier packet. After a long wait we checked at the destination office and came to know that packet was not delivered. When I approached Rajgarh office on 31st August 2015 to inquire about this the person concerned was reluctant to entertain me. When I requested him he misbehaved me. After lot of persuasion he was ready to give me details. Ultimately he found that my packet lying there undelivered that he handed over to me. When I asked him to give back me money on account of non delivery of my consignment he bluntly refused. My concern is that he cheated me by not disclosing that there is no service at Gurgaon addressee place. He misbehaved and did not return me money. Kindly note that I am a retired senior executive (Group President) of an Indian multinational company and a senior citizen. I incurred a financial loss of about Rs 1000/- due to non delivery and delay and that should be compensated. A suitable action should be taken against the person concerned for his unethical behavior. If serious action is not taken against my complaint I will lodge a police complaint and will go to the consumer court. Hope to hear favorably from you. I sent my courier from barmer(Rajasthan) on 17/8/2015 to reach roorkee(UP) on 21 or 22 but on 28 when i am calling them then they are not answering and forcefully one person is saying that your courier has been delivered to jaipur at some M.I. Road.

My self dr nitin Mahajan at post balwadi, the sendhwa, dist barwani(madhyapradesh) sir my friend mr dr lokesh gupta sended me a courier from narmadanagar hariyan does not received yet .I m trying to contact the nearest madhur courier centre but they speaked urogantly each time not satisfy me regarding courier, its request to u pls do somethings for me, very important book, probe which r rare n very needy for me.courier sended on 27/6/15, reciept number is [protected] sended from delhi ro yamunanagar

I was excitingly waiting for my rakhi to come to my place on or before Raksha bandhan. And they had done, they return my courier back without providing any information to me. They wasted our time and money both with some kind of harassment.

My consignment number [protected] from badnawar to delhi on 22nd july 2015 parcel given to the badnawar courier services to dilivered at delhi but the parsel will not be received yet. & the courier man who is in badnawar misbehaviouring us. the worst services ever...
