Madhur courier is pathetic

Package not delivered and no response

On 16/9/2014 a consignment form Raipur(C.G.) containing medicine was send to Lado Sarai, New Delhi-30.It is not yet delivered and no response on calling to madhur courier.Please help me medicine is urgently needed.

COURIER SERVICES — Non receipt of Consignment

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Consignment No [protected] delivered through Aramex Courier Services Ltd, from New Delhi addressed to Bangalore is not delivered from 25 days. The status is also unknown from several days.

I called up the customer service Toll free[protected]Bangalore Local). No customer service executive is updating the status of the shipment.

The details of the Shipment are: Bagittoday order no M-COMMERCE/0GA[protected]Online shopping) has sent the Courier with consignment no [protected] delivered through Aramex Courier Services on 7th December'2010. I have been taking up this issue freqently with Aramex Courier services and Bagittoday. But no one is helping in this regard.

Kindly take up this issue on priority and do the needful.

Please go through the brochure/bills/receipts for any terms and conditions.You can send them a legal notice stating your grievance and for the refund. My Consignment number – [protected] , I have booked one envelope of my Boss from Bilaspur to Delhi by Madhur Courier at Bilaspur (Chhatisgarh) on 04.05.2012. But the same is not yet delivered to consignee at Delhi. I am very surprised and contact at Delhi Authorities on telephone no.[protected]Phone no collected from Courier tracking site) but they replied that my courier service is not provided to deliver the consignment at Mehrauli, Delhi and they returned the same on 08.05.2012 via Raipur to Bilaspur. I am very much socked and contacted at Bilaspur on telephone no.[protected] to return my consignment immediately. But the response of staff is very rude and neither are they telling satisfactory reply nor telling his /her name and also dropped phone. I'm still waiting for the envelope as it carries valuable document of my Boss.
I request all the people who often use courier service and their important documents are sent via courier, Please dont take services of Madhur courier Service as its pathetic (sorry to use such language) inspite of that you will be happy to use normal govt. provided mail service as we know it takes 5 days for delivery.
VERY POOR SERVICE FROM BRANCHES, WHY CANT THEY TRACK THEIR OWN CONSIGNMENT! AND UPDATE THE CUSTOMER.

I want to make a Complaint against Madhur courier I have sent a package from Baroda Gujarat to Raipur Rawan CG booked on[protected] but till date my package is not delivered and above all madhur courrier customer representatives are not giving proper response also .
If my package is not delivered soon then I want to make a claim on Madhur courier for the loss of my package or I shall make a police complain if any action is not taken soon.

I called number of times to Morena, Bhopal and Pune centers of Madhur Courier Services. But they are not picking -up the phone.

My consinment frm DLH is dlvd 2 ur DLH off on dtd 23/4/2012 but on searchin it 8 ur website, irs entry is appearing of 24/4/2012, where s its been dlvd a day b4. M gettin my parcels frm DLH 2 IND in 6-7 days wheres dese 2 b dlvd on 3rd day frm bookin dt. Y its happening ? Its not d 1st tm, frm last 3 parcels m gettin in d same position. Till how long dis'll go ? If I try ur INDORE's no i.e.[protected], either it won get picked up or its engaged for a long tm. R u providing such type of service ? It s shame on dis large grup.

Jabalpur on 11/2/2012 .After holding up to dt 17/2/2012, the consignment returned stating that non service station.Sir the consignment was to be delivered at Gwarighat Jabalpur .The place is not very remote and I also came know that there is service of madhur courier available at that place.But I regret to inform you that the consignment returned undelivered to Raipur on dt. 21/2/2012(on tracking).But till date i.e. 29/2/2012 I have not received consignment at my residential address at Raigarh .On enquiry at Raigarh madhur courier, they are unable to give any satisfactory reply.Kindly look in to the matter so that either I should get my consignment back at the earliest or it should reach at the destination.Soliciting an early response.

I had booked the courier from harda, MP to Noida sector 62. on 2 March-2012. but not reached as of now and I had reached almost all office across the route, ie. Bhopal, New Delhi, Noida and Harda also but no body is having a correct status after even 9 days.

Noida office person is saying they dont will not deliver any courier in sector 62 and will return however main office is forwarding the courier to them.
and no body is bother to inform me and harda person is saying we have not got the return courier as of now and it should get deliver and check to new delhi or noida.

Please cancel their license of the doing the courier business as they are not ethical correct.
no one pick the phone, or after knowing that customer have a problem they will switch off the phone.

I am looking to file a case against them very soon to ensure they will stop this business and cheating the people of India.

Dear sir, I have sent couriers to our offices daily. But i have observed that the couriers delived to anther places whichever our works is delayed.
On 13 Dec. we had sent courier to Pipariya and bareli with Doccet no. An important envelope was submitted to Madhur courier services in Indore to deliver it to an address in Jaipur. The courier company failed to deliver it till almost 10 days after submision in indore.

This courier service is very bad.
They have not delivered my important envelope from last ten days from jaipur to ghaziabad.
