My Consignment number – [protected] , I have booked one envelope of my Boss from Bilaspur to Delhi by Madhur Courier at Bilaspur (Chhatisgarh) on 04.05.2012. But the same is not yet delivered to consignee at Delhi. I am very surprised and contact at Delhi Authorities on telephone no.[protected]Phone no collected from Courier tracking site) but they replied that my courier service is not provided to deliver the consignment at Mehrauli, Delhi and they returned the same on 08.05.2012 via Raipur to Bilaspur. I am very much socked and contacted at Bilaspur on telephone no.[protected] to return my consignment immediately. But the response of staff is very rude and neither are they telling satisfactory reply nor telling his /her name and also dropped phone. I'm still waiting for the envelope as it carries valuable document of my Boss.
I request all the people who often use courier service and their important documents are sent via courier, Please dont take services of Madhur courier Service as its pathetic (sorry to use such language) inspite of that you will be happy to use normal govt. provided mail service as we know it takes 5 days for delivery.
VERY POOR SERVICE FROM BRANCHES, WHY CANT THEY TRACK THEIR OWN CONSIGNMENT! AND UPDATE THE CUSTOMER.

M gettin my parcels frm DLH 2 IND in 6-7 days wheres dese 2 b dlvd on 3rd day frm bookin dt. Y its happening ? Its not d 1st tm, frm last 3 parcels m gettin in d same position. Till how long dis'll go ? If I try ur INDORE's no i.e.[protected], either it won get picked up or its engaged for a long tm. R u providing such type of service ? It s shame on dis large grup.

I had booked the courier from harda, MP to Noida sector 62. on 2 March-2012. but not reached as of now and I had reached almost all office across the route, ie. Bhopal, New Delhi, Noida and Harda also but no body is having a correct status after even 9 days.

Noida office person is saying they dont will not deliver any courier in sector 62 and will return however main office is forwarding the courier to them.
and no body is bother to inform me and harda person is saying we have not got the return courier as of now and it should get deliver and check to new delhi or noida.

Please cancel their license of the doing the courier business as they are not ethical correct.
no one pick the phone, or after knowing that customer have a problem they will switch off the phone.

An important envelope was submitted to Madhur courier services in Indore to deliver it to an address in Jaipur. The courier company failed to deliver it till almost 10 days after submision in indore.

This courier service is very bad.

My father has sent one important document on 25th May 2009 from Sarni ( M.P) to Allahabad (U.P). But till 5th of june 2009 i have not get my courrier. On calling up to Allahabad office from last 5 days they use to say its not traceble & even they are not bother to make a call back to tell me the exact status of my doct.If this is the response of being a courier companey its better to make despatch of the documents through the goverment post.As its a urgrnt & important document plz make sure to cancle the liecence of the respective courier companey as its hampering the precious time of the customer too.Plz look into the matter or i am going to lodge a complane of froudgre against the respective companey with the compatation amount.

My name is Brajesh Kumar Sharma and I sent courier 8 days ago (14.04.2015) from mahasamund (Chhattisgarh) to pune(maharashtra) by madhur courier. They assure me to delivered it in mostly 4 days but it's not delivered till date. I'm afraid if it's delivered more late, it's gonna be no use and I'll lose faith on this courier service. I had contact to madhur Corier office many times in last five days but no proper response was received from them.

I have asked to Bhusaval office also but same is not reach there.

Pl. help me to resolve my complaint.

asian foods nadiad post a parcel on dated[protected] to shree ganesh industries,rampura phul,distt bathinda punjab under document no.[protected].but till now we do not recieved that parcel.there is a huge loss due to late delivery of that parcel.company is risponsible for that loss.

I had submitted an envelop to Madhur Corier at collection centre at bilaspur (C.G.) on 08.06.11 for Gwalior (M.P) having CC note No. 36736199 However it was forwarded further on 10.06.11 to Bhopal, as per my knowledge.
The same is yet not delivered to recepient.

There is no response from Madhur corier after many follow-ups. I think they are not just interested to collect the money from peoples & they don’t care about deliveries.

उपरोक्त विषयान्तर्गत निवेदन है कि अधोहस्ताक्षरकर्त्ता द्वारा श्रीमती उषारानी श्रीवास्तव को पार्सल द्वारा दो बनारसी साडीयां, दो सफारी सूट एवम् कुलदेवी को चढाव हेतु प्राप्त 501 रूपय के लिफाफे भिजवाये गये थे। दो माह से अधिक का समय बीत जाने के बावजूद संबंधित व्यक्ति को पार्सल नहीं मिले है। अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि अन्दरमियाद 15 दिन श्रीमती उषारानी श्रीवास्तव को पार्सल सौंप कर रसीद अधोहस्ताक्षरकर्त्ता को प्रस्तुत करें अन्यथा 7001 रूपये राशि बतौर हर्जाना अदा करें। ऐसा न करने पर हमें नियमानुसार कानूनी कार्यवाही करने पडेगी जिसके हर्ज-खर्चे के जिम्मेदार आपकी कम्पनी होगी।

I KN NARANG WORKING AS CHIEF MANAGER IN PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK BHOPAL HAS DELIVERED ON 3.12.2014 ONE PARCLE AT LOCAL OFFICE SITUATED AT MP NAGAR OFFICE OF BHOPAL FOR DELIVERY AT HISSAR HARAYANA. THE RECIEPT GIVEN TO ME BEARS CONSIGNMENT NO [protected]. I WAS TOLD THAT THE CONSGNMENT WILL REACH THE DESTINATAON WITHIN 2-3DAYS. BUT STILL AFTER 7 DAYS IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO THE CONSIGNEE AT HISSAR. IT SHOWS ABOUT THE POOR SERVICES GIVEN BY MADHUR COURIER SERVICE. NO BODY IN THE LOCAL OFFICE AT BHOPAL IS BOTHERING EVEN TO ATTEND OUR GRIEVANCES.
