I have not received courier yet.My courier was sent on 29th Jan'15 and it reached in bangalore on 5 th Feb'15.But they have not delivered courier yet and on calling them, their executive misbehaves. Pls never send courier from madhu courier.

Very Very Bad behavior of attending officer and worst service.

our PARCEL booked from Chhatarpur MP and reched to delhi Mahipalpur office on 3rd Feb and the on enquery executive/attending officer([protected]) rudely told that they will deliver when feel free else can not deliver on time. And we do this type of service and dont care of your time and money.. have patient. Is this the quality of Madhur Courier service? Never expected, not at all customer oriented. very very bad service experience. My mistake never ever use this service. I want my parcel ASAP, please help.

A courier has been sent to me from Delhi on 27th Jan 2015 which contains food supplement for a patient. Till the date courier has not been delivered at Puranpur District Pilibhit (U.P.) When contacted courier office in Bareilly the person was very rude. The consignment number is [protected]. Please do the needful.

Parcel was booked from sagar(MP) to Fatehgarh (UP) under C/No [protected] which was delivered in damaged condition and also not delivered to the addressee. The parcel was delivered to unknown person in damaged condition. The fact was informed to the delivery boy who replied that he could not contact to the addressee due to he was not carrying his phone with him and he also accepted the fact and told the parcel was received by them also in same damaged condition . The Rep of Madhur Courier Services at sagar was also contacted on the No [protected] who assured that the matter will be resolved after Diwali. Now Mr. Chinkoo to whom i had contacted is not replying and even not picking up the phone. Kindly instruct the person for early settlement of the issue otherwise I have no option left but to move to the consumer court. My father couriered Parcel to me via Madhur courier - Tracking no. [protected] to delhi on 22 October 2014. They did not delivered it nor even contacted the recieveing party (me on Mobile No.). Now the tracking status is that it has been returned back to Rajgarh but i have not recieved it back. Kindly help me.

I couriered rakhi to my brother via Madhur courier - Tracking no. [protected] to delhi. They did not delivered it nor even contacted the recieveing party (my brother on telephone). I have sent a courier to my brother on 30/07/2014 from Bhopal to Ahmedabad from Bhopal.The Consignment No. [protected]. At the Madhur Courier office they accepted the courier and mentioned the date 31/07/2014 on the Receipt as the time was 6:00 P.M. at the time of accepting the courier and said that it will reach Ahmedabad in 3-4 days. Also at the same time I sent a courier to Pune also which was sent through Aramex Courier services. The Aramex delivered the courier within 5 days only. But courier sent by Madhur courier still not delivered. And when my brother asked about the courier they answered that it is now delivered back to the address from where it was sent. Neither they called the sender on the contact number of sender nor the receiver which was written on the courier packet. Here I am registering complaint against Madhur courier because it has been 18 days now and there is no clue about the courier.

a product was booked on 2nd august 2014 for newdelhi which will be delivered maximum on 5th august2014 but it was delivered on 8th aug after so many phone calls at their branch. Very Poor service. not able to do again with this GHatia courier. parcel no [protected]

Madhur Courier - what a courier services. A courier booked from Satna (485001) Doccet No# [protected] to Pune (411057) till now completed 18 days but still not delivered. Courier delivery guys don't have time to deliver it in pune, for your kind attention PUNE is not a village where you guys are taking 18+ days but no response service. What a pathetic service and worst management. I feel it's our mistake to trust on such a courier service. They don't deserve any work and respect in future. Believe me or just keep on waiting for your parcels..

Docket number [protected] of Madhur Courier booked on 16th July 2014 from Nagpur to Vapi. they committed to deliver the parcel in 3 to 4 days. but today on 26th July 2014 the parcel is still not delivered and when we ask them about the delivery, they did not reply properly, also they did not inform us the current status of parcel.

Myself, Sandeep Agrawal, aged 28 years had booked one courier through the help of my relative from Barnala, Punjab. The person with whom my courier was booked is Mr. Ajay Kumar (Madhur Courier Shop). He picked up my courier from house of Mr. Gulwant Singh Aulakh, Mehal Kalan, Barnala District, Punjab 148104. I have booked this courier on 13.12.2013 by paying Rs. 1000/- in favor of Mr. Ashok Kumar having Account Number [protected] in SBI Bank having IFSC Code SBIN0006341.

Presently, I am in London, United Kingdom for some work. My address in UK is 13, High Beech, Bracknell, UK, Post Code - RG12 9YY

On. 17.12.2013, he picked up the black colour suitcase which required to be couriered to address - Sandeep Agrawal, C-108 Sector 5, Tagore Nagar, Raipur, Chattisgarh, Pin - 492001. He gave us 4-5 days time within which the courier was confirmed to be delivered. He gave the POD/tracking number [protected].

The dimension of my black colour suitcase is 28 inches of brand Dunlop. I had two suits, clothes and cricket accessories in my bag.

However, our courier never reached and when we tried to contact him, he stopped picking our call. Thereafter, we contacted various offices of Madhur Courier in Raipur, Delhi, Mumbai, Bhopal and Punjab. All the offices confirmed that no such courier have ever been booked. They said, we can't help you and asked me to contact Mr. Ajay Kumar directly.

I called him over 500 times since past few days but he never picks up my phone and I think he has kept my suitcase with himself.

I contacted the Punjab's Franchise of Madhur Courier in Bhatinda Mr. Sunil, whose mobile number is [protected] and he tried to help me but to no effect. I think Mr. Ashok Kumar has kept my suit case with himself thinking, I am in a foreign country so I can't do anything to him.

I presume he has stolen my suit case. Kindly help me in getting my suitcase back by appropriate action from your end.

I anticipate your help and cooperation in this regard Sir. Please help me with your direction, I am sending scanned copy of my passport for my id proof. If you require anything further, kindly let me know.

Docket No, [protected] dtd.[protected] Rakhi parcel was sent from Bhopal to Jabalpur for the auspicious festival of Rakhi. Unfortunately Madhur Courier Services Jabalpur has not delivered the same to addressee. Due to non delivery of the same the festival of Rakhi was not celebrated. So the relationship of Brother-Sister was collapsed. Please fix the responsibility for the same and inform at your earliest and kindly to permit for legal action.

Madhur courier company(http://madhurexpress.net) refused delivery of my parcel [protected] . The staff at kanpur and Delhi is extremely pathetic and Sunil ([protected]) never picks up the call. A parcel sent from mahwa on 13th March could not be delivered by them till 21st March in UP(Banda). The company is still working on it to deliver.

The staff behavior is very rude and horrible.No one is ready to take responsibility.They don't know where the parcel is.
I am going to file police case against them for robbery.

I sent a courier (a yellow A4 size envelope containing certain documents) using Madhur Courier services, bapu nagar, jaipur on 2nd jan 2013; Courier no. [protected] addressed for kanpur.
It’s more than 10 days now and the courier has yet not been delivered.
On accounting the problem to the courier service company, they are not responding properly to the problem and are not replying where my envelope is which i think is misplaced and so they are not replying me properly.
The vendor says he’s just the mediator and is not responsible fr anything and asks me to talk to the courier service centre directly. The courier person from jaipur gives me a no. fr kanpur and asks me to talk to them when will they deliver. The kanpur person says he has not received any such mail.
Thus, no one is addressing to my problem and all are linguring the matter saying it’s not in there hands.
Therefore, i request you to kindly look into the matter as it contains certain important documents and I’m very tensed coz i think my packet is misplaced.
Kindly make arrangements so that I can get back my packet containing my documents soon.

My family member sent my original documents to me by madhur courier on 21 Nov, 2012 from porsa to greater noida.

But still i didn't get my courier and when i called on given no. +91- [protected] and +91 - [protected], they are talking very rudely.
This courier is very importent to me.
i am not understanding what to do.

One consignment was booked from Madhur Courier, Jodhpur by my son containing MEDICINES related to KIDNEY vide consignment no. [protected] dt. 28/8/2012. The said consignment reached Udaipur on 29/8/12. The same consignment was routed to Sagwara thru your Banswara office on 29/8/12. The consignment till date & time i.e., 4th Sep.'2012 time 1.30 PM is lying at your Banswara office. On contacting your Banswara office Mr Pankaj is not giving the reply satisfactorily.

Kindly arrange to send the consignment within two hrs as Banswara from Sagwara is only 1hours journey. If any eventuality happens to me then the sole responsibility will be of MADHUR COURIER itself.
