MagicBricks — following up from 30 days, no service after sales, not converting agent account owner account

I took AMS 12 month owner package from them, but they transferred the package to my agent account, because of account being agent type m not able to use my owner account package, following up from them from past one month but not getting any satisfactory response from them, Now I don't want any package from magic bricks and I just want refund of 75000 INR which I paid for that package. My ticket id is 1598720

I have taken paid service of magic bricks because before buying paid service their customer care person are telling there is so much response for your property. But after buying service. No response.my money gone. Magic bricks is big lier.

Yes they are a big liar and big fraud

Before payment, they followup you like hell and after payment no service at all, even they Don't pickup your call.

Dear Team,

we are awaiting your response, I have received no call from your end till date, It' s been more than 1 week now, Please update me on my refund, m asking for refund from past 2 months now, can you please update me.

Firstly u guys took almost 2 weeks to start my account and that too not proper, wen I asked for conversion from agent to Owner, u dint do that too and now u are not refunding my money too. Please tell me what do want????????

Please provide quick resolution of my query, A good amount of my money is stuck with guys and because of your false promise, m not able to furnish my work too.

The worst service I have received from any partner site till date.

Even after unsubscribing myself from magic brick newsletter from their official website.
I'm still receiving SMS and emails.
How disturbing is this to know that, we can't escape their spam messages which shows how helpless is common man to such service company
