Worst agent, I have found one property in Hinjewadi and I was ready to buy, Agent Sachin was assigned to me for further assistance. I called him wrote him messages he just replied once and wasted my 10 days and not even he helped me but he completely ignored all my messages and calls. I even called Magic Brick and asked for help as agent Sachin was ignoring but everyone told that only he can help and refused to help me.
If you guys can not serve the client properly why you assign this type of agents who will waste customers time.

    I have unsubscribed magic bricks from receiving emails to my mail id multiple times by visiting their website completely. Frequently they are sending mails about 10-15 per day from different mail ids even i blocked all mail ids.. Feeling very irritated.

      Address: Margaon goa.

      1 guy from your property web site contact me that he has flat in Margaon Goa he is owner him self. He showed me video clips and pics of the flat and he said so many people looking for it and if i want his flat so batter paid him 11 k in advance and book the flat so he wont commitment to others. I make account to account transfer. Next day again he asked me 11 k saying some random reason. I refused to pay him any more and ask him return my money and that m no more entrusting to rent his flat. He dont want to meet face to face and now not even picking the calls.         Dear sir
        I have placed my ad for renting out my property under free listing . then I got a call to upgrade by paying rs.2599 to draw many parties. Accordingly I have paid Rs2599 for placing my ad under Gold category on11.02.2021 and got a message that the ad will be activated within 24 hours. But despite lapse of more than 150 hours my ad is still inactive. My close follow up with Sunil kumar, Customer care person, who has contacted me for placing under paid category, for the last 7 days has not yielded any response. further my mail to the contact persons mentioned in your website (c.[protected]@magicbricks.com, m.[protected]@magicbricks.com, [protected]@magicbricks.com) have not evokedany response but returned. further, my messages thru chatbox has not yielded any response too.
        finally I have submitted my feedback on 18.02.202 under ticket No.2015804 and await response
        Please look into the matter and do the needful.

        IN THE MEANWHILE I REQUEST YOUR RESPONSE FOR THE FOLLOWING
        1. WHAT IS THE POLICY OF THE COMPANY TO PLACE AD AFTER RECEIVING PAYMENT. PLEASE INFORM.
        2. WHY COMPANY IS NOT ISSUING ANY INVOICE FOR PAYMENT RECEIVED
        3. WHAT IS THE CUSTOMER GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM OF THE COMPANY AND WHY THE SAME IS NOT PUBLISHED ANYWHERE IN THE WEBSITE

          Hi,
          I have created Account with MagicBricks with and Individual/Owner. But MagicBricks is make it Default user type as Individual/Ower to "Agent". when i connected them that they response is vague. every time they are giving different reasons.

          Create new account with New Email Id
          Create New account with New Mobile

          Now they are asking to create with New account with New email id, New number with New IP address with Electricity bill of the property that you are listing as owner.

          all these are ridiculous.

          I suggest if you want to Post your property as Owner i recommend use other sites(NoBroker/99acres/others).

          MagicBricks is making default as Agent that will affect your financial risk as well.

            My relationship manager is Umar. Before signing the contract he was regular in contacting me and once the contract is signed I am trying to reach him through email and no response. The behavior is completely changed.

            Looking at the feedback I don't think my complaint will be attended in timely manner.

                  Your rent agreement service is a total scam and money grab. First, my property owner placed an order for 500/- then someone from magic bricks called and asked for 200/- extra for Gujarat. paid that too. and then there is no update from your side, we tried contacting you multiple times and customer support is not responding to calls neither I get any callback, you say 7 days service and it's almost a month and I have no clue where my rent agreement is. I can't find support email anywhere, at last, I had to post here. and if this doesn't get resolved at the earliest I am going to post everywhere and make people aware of this scam. customer agent's number is [protected] and order ID is #1202655

                    I have posted the screenshots in every possible social media platform.

                    Here’s the complaint.

                    This guys are the most unprofessional marketing professionals I have ever encountered. I wanted to sell my property in Bangalore, and somehow magic bricks reached out to me and begged with all their efforts so that I take their service. I did take the service and it’s been 3 months, I didn’t get a single response on my property.

                    They were supposed to find the customer, call them, and then redirect the final conversation to me- the plan said. I am astonished to see that they failed to answer my three questions:
                    1. Why aren’t you getting buyers? Is something wrong with my property?
                    2. Is the price high?
                    3. Can I make some changes in the ad so that we get more responses?
                    They had no answers to any of the questions above. In short, they don’t even know if they can sell the property. So, it means they were just behind my money. I paid ₹ 13000 for this package and I don’t get a mail or call in a month as follow up. My relationship manager was Saloni previously, and now is Deep Kaur who didn’t call me once in a month. They wouldn’t reply to my messages as well. MagicBricks you can’t bully customers with your fraudulent activities. This is a shame.

                      I have taken paid package from Magicbricks for seller plan and now when I am following up on the plan, there is nobody to answer the calls and the agent priya Gupta who was in touch with me is also ignoring my call..

                      This is highly unacceptable, where we pay and take the packages but no call or follow up done for the customer

                      I need a call from Magicbricks for my queries..

                        I have been looking for property register with magic bricks I just browse through flats in an area

                        Next day I received several calls from brokerage. This is breach of data privacy..without my knowledge no data to be shared

                        Surprisingly I also received a called from qatar ..I did not picked up again I received a call and he said I got number from a housing portal I was sure it's magicbricks..

                          Dear Concern,

                          I have the done the Rent payment on 3rd Dec 2020 via Magicbreaks to my landlord but he didn't received the payment till date.
                          company has a policy to credit the rent payment within 3-4 working days but today working days has been over. Magicbreaks giving daily excuses by saying that they are trying to resolve this query with concern department.

                            Dear sir,

                            At the outset, I would like to convey my disgusting experience with Magic Bricks.
                            This Your Sales person was desparately chasing me for payment on 17th Oct. I did transfer the amount of Rs.8000 on 17th Oct. He had clearly assured that the ad would go live on same day. The matter for this ad was already listed with photographs under free ad category. It was clearly informed that there is no need of photo shoot from your end. Photos already posted by me were sufficient.

                            Name of Sales person is JATIN GABA

                            Surprisingly, around 13th Nov I got a phone call for scheduling the photoshoot. The person told me that the ad would be posted after photo shoot.

                            Since there was a delay of nearly 3 weeks from date of payment, I had informed that there is no point in going ahead with photoshoot and Magic Bricks should refund the amount paid by me because of no action from their side.

                            I am now waiting for refund, failing which I have to take up the matter with consumer forum.

                              I have listed my Apartment for Sale in MagicBricks by purchasing a Gold Package. I have quoted a specific price, Magic Bricks prevents from showing the Price quoted by me, stating that it is less than the builder Price and I MUST update the price to the one offered by Builder

                              MagicBricks is not regulator, they cannot dictate the price at which the Seller whats to sell his property.

                              This impacts the enquiries, but they claim that it does not have impact.

                              This is a clear case of collaboration with Builders and unfair treatment of the listings.

                                I wanted to sell my Independent house property in Pune. Hence I visited the Magic Brick Website and checked the packages which were given. There were 4 to 5 options and selected the Titanium Package worth Rs 4464. One lady from magic brick called me the next day and told me that you have to pay another 10k or so to get the numbers. Whatever you paid is only for the listing. This information is concealed properly on their website. They will make sure that you pay some amount like 2k 3k or 4k as a listing option which is of no use i[censored] cant get a number of the leads. They will call u and tell you that u need to buy another package now to get the numbers. This is a WOW policy made by the marketing team of MAGIC BRICK to make systematic CHUTIYA to customers. and this is not the first time I have faced this with magic brick. When I asked the customer care lady about the name of the owner or CEO or MD of magic brick then she told that this is a personal info, I cant give that.. these ppl are systematically looting and thats y thier employees are ashamed to tell the name of the MD of the Company. DONT FALL PREY FOR THESE PPL...THEY ARE TOO GOOD ..THEY KNOW HOW TO MAKE THE CONVERSION OF LEADS SYSTEMATICALLY AND GET AWAY WITH THAT. THEIR CUSTOMER CARE LADY HAS CUT THE CALL AS SHE WAS SCARED TO TELL THE MD'S NAME TO ME..THEY MUST BE HIDING THAT AS THEY ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG FOR SURE...IF THEY WANT TO DO FAIR BUSINESS THEN THEY MUST SHOW THOSE 14K, 23K PACKAGES UPFRONT ..INSTEAD OF SHOWING THOSE LESS AMT PACKAGES INITIALLY AND THEN TRYING TO DO THE CONVERSION. ALSO DOUBT THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE LEADS. LOOKS LIKE A COMPANY WHERE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT EVEN AWARE OF OWNER OR FOUNDERS NAME.. THEY ARE ASHAMED TO TELL THAT. SYSTEMATIC CHUTYA BANAO POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS.STAY AWAY.. I COULD HAVE BOUGHT THE 14K OR 23 K PACKAGE ALSO. THERE WAS NO PROBLEM. BUT I DID NOT LIKE THE WAY THEY MAKE THE CONVERSION..THIS IS LIKE A TRAP. TAREEKA OF MAKING CONVERSION PASAND NAHI AAYA

                                    This is a pathetic service from magic bricks. I 've taken silver lite package. I was scheduled a photo shoot and inspite of multiple calls and emails. none of them respond from customer support and will close photo shoot appointment with our intimating. all they do is false commitment before taking package and later they would not respond to customers query.

                                    my photo shoot was pending since 10 days and they keep extend. every time we need to call and ask about the status. I would suggest any one before taking any package from them cross check multiple times, as they give false commitment and service is really very poor.

                                    Inspite of multiple photo shoot request raised, calls are getting cancelled and told that I ask for cancellation and or my mobile is not reachable. unprofessional, cheap tricks exhibited at magic bricks.

                                    I did not expected such a worst turn around.
                                    After raising complaint the one person comes to my place after 1 week and takes photos on "mobile" phone and tried to upload it on my profile.. which was a very poor and worst quality photos.. and this is what they call it as a professional photos, ..

                                    I compared my photos with them.. and...
                                    my photos was much far better than them... so please dont belive what ever they are committing ..it turns to be a fake one and fraud... Beware of such fraud things.. they are seriously not committed to serve customers.

                                      I have purchased Diamond package of Rs 3500 (50 % discount of original price rs 7000/- ). on the website it is clearly stated that the diamond package includes professional photoshoot . I have purchased on 30th October 2020 order id 21537939 Diamond package HSN code 9988 on ID chhaya . The payment was done through netbanking and i have received the invoice. So the payment has been done. But now while providing the services they are denying for professional photoshoot which is mentioned in their advertisemnet on the website. I have called their customer care 3 times. So i have accessed that option of complaint. But as they are denyoing the services. Also they are not giving the contact number of concerned person also.
                                      So i am complaining to Consumer forum
