Magicbricks used to send me so many fake the services were not provided to me as mentioned in the package there were no responses. And now they are not helping me in anyway. All they want is to sell their package and earn money. They are selling package by taking times name and they are spoiling times.. I have paid rs 6500 to magicbricks...

Asked for any proper quick responsive customer care number for nris since their website & android app doesn't work outside india.

They responded back with template message the website don't work overseas & same poor customer care number which takes time. To connect.

The response even if not given, it is same.

I don't know if the support team even knows what support or customer 'care' means?br...

I have paid Rs 10000 to Magicbricks on 9th July 2018 for posting my advertisement on their website and Iwas told it will be posted immediately with professional pictures which will be taken free of cost by their team next day but next when I called them they said our team have no slot available today and on I got a call from their manager he said they have a slot available only on Sunday ie on 15th July This is total cheating case they also...

Recently, I'm getting calls from this idiotic Magicbricks marketing executives forcing me to subsribe for premium services. When I had asked them to wait as I'm currently not in a hurry, one executive who called me today (9th July'18) had the audacity asking me to remove the ad from the site. Such behaviour will...

In case now your customer care or i receive messages from your magicbricks i will take legal action against the company for mercilessly harrassing me by sending messages enmass for doing the payment when i have not posted any order or updated any order or premium payment order is not been activated.

Hope look into the matter as from three days im continously getting messages for paying the premium of rs.800 to sell my property....

On 14/5/2018, I purchased a Gold Platinum Listing for Rs.1875/- using my SBI debit card. I received one OTP and One SMS from my bankers for having debited my account. But on checking my account I was shocked to find that my account debited twice. I have taken titanium package and paid my fully amount but till date there is not action taken for package activation. Magic bricks has taken 3000 rupees assuring to get me customer for rental and i have paid online for the same, but till today nothing has been done, i am padmaja a school teacher and my husband got retired and waiting for some money to live our daily life. I never thought magicbricks would disappoint me but it did, I opted for the paid subscription on 26th April and ever since then no one has called regarding the photoshoot which came with the package.

Hi team,

I have bought silver plus package which says the validy for 3 months. I have bought today which should hold the expiry as jul 31st. But it as only july 1st as expiry date. Yesterday i sent a mail and now it is showing as jun 30th instead of july 30th. Wherein, the agent said this package is for 3months and i booked on may 1st which means the expiry should be jul 31st.

Hi, i opted for titanium plus package to post my ad. One of the worst experience ever. The photo shoot hasn't happened even after a week while the initial commitment was 3 days. The worst part is they schedule a time n the guy never turns up. They forcibly upload outdated pics given by the builder and you have no option to delete it. The customer service is worst and lacks coordination at all ends. Please stay away from these fraudsters....

These people keep calling me even though i told them i don't need their photo service. It is very annoying....
