I have purchased titanium package @3300.

After purchasing, i came to know that i can only see two interested buyers contact number. Who are searching in our sale flat locality..

So now we have to wait for interested buyer to click on our advertisement and we can get contact details of them.

We cannot contact any one by searching there data.

Just making fool out of people and making money.

Dont trust them.

I have listed my apartment in Gurugram with Titanium Plus premium package when I was in India and now I have returned back for my office work at London and their website is not accessible from London and as such I cant see any leads or my own listing inspite of paying them a huge premium charges for just 3 months listing.

Calls to customer care and to their customer care email address has gone unheeded and unresolved. They are citing wrong reasons for blocking website and my entire efforts and money and time has got wasted. Their is big opportunity loss also as I didnt use other services providers due to money paid and trust on magicbricks who claimed to me the largest and most trustworthy company

I have paid rs. 5280 in oct'18 for subscription of titanium plus package for my property id[protected], the executive had assured that they have direct buyers for my property as its in prime location and you ll start receiving good response within a month and your details will be shared with minimum 1500 details of direct buyers (Not brokers) through emails..
Once i have paid the subscription, till date not even one direct buyer detail has been shared and even no single response has come to my property.
Its a pathetic site and your money is drained. No body will respond to your calls once your property goes live and you have paid the money to buy package. Instead if you blame that you are not getting response they will tell that its not their responsibility and you are on your own. Worst site ever.

As there were no buyers then why i was asked to take subscription.
Please refund my money else i will be forced to take appropriate legal action.

The company no good for clients the magic brics goal is to take money thats all. Customer service people very rude and no class at all no knowledge at all but hang up on clients it happened 3 times to me today morning at 10am.10/20/2018. I want the property to be on hold while i am away with emergency trip to usa. I paid 1875 package to this company. I just want to repost it when i am back from my trip. But seems the company customer service cant even answer but hang up. So sad.

I, Susanth M. Sundaran, here by shares my worst experience with the customer service and unfair practice of Magic bricks website, which claims itself as one of the leading property holding websites.

Considering the abundance of advertisement floating on internet, I decided to opt for the subscription of ₹2605, to list certain properties on the Magic Bricks website as an agent on. I made an enquiry before making the payment. My first experience was bad as the person who gave me a call back as per request was eager to sell me a package of more than ₹10000. When declared my position and asked specifically for the Subscription of ₹2605, the person gave me all the false information, which I corrected by making another call directly to the customer service. As per the customer service executive's assurance I did opted the subscription of ₹2605 on 29th September 2018, but unfortunately while Making the payment the network has sgiwn error and the connection was lost. I did relogin within 10 minutes, but no trace of tge subscription was visible. I did contacted customer service and as per their instruction, send them the bank statement for tge transaction and the payment was confirmed without delay, yet my subscription was not active. I was totally irritated with the experience, so I send an email with the attachments i.e, the voice clip with the misguiding executive and the page showing 'No Subscription is active on my profile', along with my inexperience with Magic Bricks and request to help me accordingly, for which I did received a email saying I missed out 'Locality Info', which I did updated on 1 October 2018. Even after that my subscription didn't get activated. Then the customer service executive asked to give 'Locality Review'. I did that as well and send their support team a screen shot of it's 'pending approval' page.

On 6 October 2018, after getting embarrassed by the uncourteous behaviour of the customer experience officers of Magic Bricks, I asked the assistance of their superior and the person whom I got connected with asked to update the locality again in my profile. I did updated again and send him a screen shot and took his confirmation as well for which he replied my locality info has been activated by will take time to reflect. I did waited with patience. But my subcription was still inactive. After making numerous calls and getting literally embarrassed by customer experience officers whom were teaching me their aite instead of checking flaws from their end, I got connected with the same senior whose I am not mentioning here, but I have all the call recordings. I had lost my patience and asked him, what should I do to get my subscription activated and told him that, your executives are asking me to perform the same procedure again and again for which he apologised and confirmed my details are duly filled but the sibscription is not getting activated due to their system flaw.

The pathetic conclusion of my experience is The loss of money, loss good deals which were supposed happen if it was advertised on time, Loss of precious time which I lost after talking to customer service and their stupid senseless customer handling manner and the embarrassment and insult.

Magic Bricks website and their employees has clearly demonstrated 'How a Customer Service should not perform' and 'How to denie a service and harass the customer to the maximum'.

I do thank you, If you managed to read it full and gone through my experience. Please do share it with all in Face Book, so that this kind of companies, will start repairing their own flaws than making fun of customers aftet deducting the subscription fee.

I am planning to lodge a complaint with consumer court to get compensation for my precious time and denial of service after accepting the fees. Please support..

I had posted a free ad on magic bricks. Since the say of posting, their sales person mukul, phone number [protected] started hounding me for buying an assisted selling package. The package costed 16000 inr and i was promised that there will be 500 proactive customer contacts by magic bricks apart from many other features. I was assigned a relationship manager called jasmeet kaur. It's been 2 months since i took the package and jasmeet kaur hasn't contacted a single buyer and herself is not reachable. The date of contacting buyers keeps getting postponed. Complaints to customer care to change the relationship manager including the floor manager arman saxena have gone unheard. I have been cheated into buying a hoax package and mentally harassed by magic bricks employees

Ad submited by agent all are fake. All they wanted to get your number from this platform and try to show you some other property which they already took money from respective owner. I'm specifically looking for flat in powai, mumbai location i almost shorlisted 3 to 4 property after seeing pics and all other requiements which i am looking for after i contacted them individualy i got to know all are connected to each other and they have problem with me contacting number of people for property. They show me a flats which are not in ready to move condition. Some tenant alredy paid a full month rent and still they are showing us such property so that we can finalise them and they'll get thire share before anyone oveout. However they show us those property which are very different from ad and flats were totaly different.

I am gssreddy getting calls for flat for sale. I sold my 3 needed flat at matrusri nagar miyapur/hafizpet hyderabad one year back. Still you are posting the ad. I don't remember that i have approached you post my ad. How come you keep posting the ad with out knowing the availability and my concern. Magicbricks used to send me so many fake the services were not provided to me as mentioned in the package there were no responses. And now they are not helping me in anyway. All they want is to sell their package and earn money. They are selling package by taking times name and they are spoiling times.. I have paid rs 6500 to magicbricks 9/72018 on puchased south buyers contact no. And i was told it will be posted immediately with professional buyers they told me provide me next day but next when i called them they said our team have no slot available today... This is total cheating case they also assured me that their content writer will approach me for writing a professional write up for my purchased buyers contact no but nothing has been do so far.. I have taken titanium package and paid my fully amount but till date there is not action taken for package activation. And after pay my fully amount there is no service providing by any manager they all make us fool for services this company like a fraud company, i have taken this package in month of july from that month there is no business happen from magicbrick side.
All the magicbrick employee make us fool for leads and services. I am fad up with magicbrick.
Chor company hai magicbrick mera paisa lekar mera plan bhi active nahi kiya hai or bahut jhoonth bolte hai employee...

Asked for any proper quick responsive customer care number for nris since their website & android app doesn't work outside india.

They responded back with template message the website don't work overseas & same poor customer care number which takes time. To connect.

The response even if not given, it is same.

I don't know if the support team even knows what support or customer 'care' means?

My investments on them is total waste. Will never go again for their service or recommend them to anyone.

Magicbricks used to send me so many fake messages when my ad was in free listing they used to call me every minute and it was very annoying after buying their gold plus package the services were not provided to me as mentioned in the package there were no responses. and now they are not helping me in anyway. all they want is to sell their package and earn money. they are selling package by taking TIMES name and they are spoiling TIMES name as well.

I have paid Rs 10000 to Magicbricks on 9th July 2018 for posting my advertisement on their website and Iwas told it will be posted immediately with professional pictures which will be taken free of cost by their team next day but next when I called them they said our team have no slot available today and on I got a call from their manager he said they have a slot available only on Sunday ie on 15th July This is total cheating case they also assured me that their content writer will approach me for writing a professional write up for my advertisement but nothing has been do so far
I have sent an email today to cancel my order and refund my fees paid to them but no reply has been received from them

Had advertised for selling a plot in magic bricks under free advertisement for which i'm getting few enquiries. Recently, I'm getting calls from this idiotic Magicbricks marketing executives forcing me to subsribe for premium services. When I had asked them to wait as I'm currently not in a hurry, one executive who called me today (9th July'18) had the audacity asking me to remove the ad from the site. Such behaviour will only tarnish your brand making you one of the worst advertising sites. These so called staffs does not know any customer service / ethics. Greedy fools.

In case now your customer care or i receive messages from your magicbricks i will take legal action against the company for mercilessly harrassing me by sending messages enmass for doing the payment when i have not posted any order or updated any order or premium payment order is not been activated.

Hope look into the matter as from three days im continously getting messages for paying the premium of rs.800 to sell my property. Please note my property has already been sold on 99 acres and pls inform your customercare or any sms dept. To immediately stop sending messages for payment updation or elss i will file a case of harassment on your company

I have not put up any ad on magic bricks for property rental. But i am receiving calls and sms for same from past 4 months. Please ask magic bricks to stop this nonsense and remove my number immediately.
I don't have any property to rent.
I have also requested magic bricks customer care
Several times to delete my number or ad. But they have not done so.
I am getting calls from all over india at all times of the day from unknown people. People are asking me if i want to rent my flat.
This is extremely annoying.
