I am senior citizen and applied /subscribed for special offer titanium listing with coupon code mbtoday
For rs.2200 (Actual price rs.3800/-) but even after applying coupon code mbtoday i was deducted rs.3800/- transaction id 9843699 of 14/03/2017
I immediately written on 14/03/2017itself to magic bricks i. E. Within 24 hrs of paying/activation of package for refund excess amount of rs.1600/- charged due to technical flaw of their system not working properly at time of applying the coupon code by me. From day one i had very worst experience with their team giving me different ticket ids each time but in vain and at last on on 28/04/2017 i was advised that refund was not possible as i could not apply the coupon code and magic bricks is not returning my hard earned money (Pension). It appears that magic bricks has ulterior motive of cheating in the name of not applying coupon code and not returning the excess amount received on this pretext thus not adhering to business ethics of not selling the product at same rate of rs.2200/- to each consumer during the period of special offer.
Will magicbricks will reconsider my case considering the facts within a week otherwise i shall be compelled to knock the doors of griievances cells.

This is to inform you that Mr. Nitesh Jaiswal - [protected] has provided wrong information of advertise listing package, we were been told that advt will be posted for 3 months from the date of the payment but when spoked to him he told us the advt will come for 2 months only, we had also inquired whether we can change the advt from the listing he said yes, but when we did so we couldnt change the advt instead we lost one listing and when called then he told that you can only alter the advt you cannot change.

its a basic thing when we ask for package details he should provide the detailed information with terms and conditions on email, as i conversed with him on email and telephone, how can you provide half information to the customer. we have paid 8500/- for 3 months and now he is saying it will come for 2 months only and also we cant change the advt. all these details he should have provided in package.

My name is aniruddha aditya and i listed a property in magicbricks.com. Few weeks back a call centre lady (Priyanka - [protected]) called up and said that she has a huge discount if paid today for the listing i have in mb. Somehow she showed me the listing cost is 12000/- and she can provide me at 7000. After negotiation we finally agreed to 5000 and i purchased the titanium package.

1) when i download the magic bricks mobile app. The same listing was costing only 3960/-.
2) it took more than a week to get my listing refreshed.
3) customer care post sale doesn't care or respond to address.

I am a premium member ID 25150143, of your web site with ads posted for rental of my property at pondicherry, Lawspet, India. As I frequestly be on travel, I used to advise many people who call me to surf from your web site and see for details. But to my great dismay and concern, I have been apprised by all that the property could not be traced in your web site all. Hence I am skeptical whether the ads needs more inputs of details for prominance or is it bogus. please clarify and rectify

Acting upon many telephone calls from Magicbricks, and a message reading "Selling out your property becomes hassle free! Chat/Call with buyers instantly on Magicbricks App and close the deal faster. Download now http://goo.gl/T1h195" I have remitted Rs.2625/- for a Gold package on 9th Feb 2017. But my account did not get activated. Insult to injury, they have the audacity to say that they have not received this remittance inspite of sending bank's SMS and also screen shoot of Bank statement.

I would like to bring to your notice the miscommunication/misselling which is being done by the Magicbricks sales team at the ground level. Last month I received a call from Ms Shweta Sagar who offered me the Super Titanium Listing package for my property. Luckily I decided to go ahead with the Titanium package only. There were two things that were promised to me at the time of taking the package

1) Professional photoshoot of the Property within 72 hours of taking the package

2) Professional Content Writing Services on the listing

I took the package on 20th January and till date despite followups from my side not even a single commitment has been fulfilled. Till I had taken the package Ms. Shweta called me up again and again but now she refuses to even take my call. I did receive a welcome call where again I was promised that the matter will be escalated to the concerned department but till date, your team seems to be just going around the issue. When I re-raised this issue with the customer support team I got a response saying that the listing needs to be redone by me and he was unaware of the content writing services.
If I had to redo the listing on my own without any photograph or professional writeup I would have gone for a free listing. There was no need to pay even a single rupee to the company. Before I had signed up for the package Ms, Shweta called me up continuously, sometimes even twice in a day but since the money has been paid there has been no response from her side. In fact, I tried reaching her on the number which she had provided but no one even bothers to pick up the phone.

I am really disappointed with the kind of response that I have received from the sales and support team put together. Despite my emails, there has been no resolution of the problem.

Thr worse part is that I raised this issue on their twitter handle, I even tweeted to the CEO but there has been no response.

I am surprised that a multinational like Magicbricks treats its customers like this. Since I have not availed any services promised under order number 9518903 and neither has the company offered them to me I would like my money back.

I had paid magicbricks.com for property ad in the premium category which means that they would highlight my ad for more responses. However after paying them the amount I cannot put up a new ad neither can I edit the old ad. I called them and mentioned that I should get the service that I paid for but they said their system has a problem. I waited for about 3 weeks and still the problem exists. Hence I demanded a refund but they are not initiating that either. They clearly told me that they cannot solve the problem neither can they give a refund. Hence I need to file a complaint for harassment.

With respect to Ticket Id:807873, I have raised a complaint regarding my ad posted on magic bricks with property ID[protected] even being a Titanium ad, it doesnot show up in the search results at the top but in the very bottom with normals ads.

This is not appreciable from Magic-bricks team considering a paid Ad posted getting same treatment as other ads.Even the Magicbrick executive respresentatives are not helpful regarding the same to resolve the issue directing me to call on other numbers and even diconnecting my calls a lot of times(Representative name-Nirmal Kumar).

This customer behaviour is not which we expect from Magicbricks team, which is worsened.

Worst services of Magicbricks. Not even worth of recommending to others.
The team themselves checks and assumes the issue is solved while it is not.
Not an acceptable approach of treating its customers like this. Magicbricks services are degrading day by day.

Please call and communicate with us and get the issue resolved.

This complaint is against magicbricks in accordance to the above mentioned subject.
I have availed a unlimited listing one year paid subscription pack from magicbricks. The details of the subscription: "super saver premium pack order no: 7756481".

For the past 15 days i am having problems in my listing. The property which i listed still it is vacant and magic brick team in my advertisement put the validity as expired. When i contact there team, they gave false assurance and finally they say they looking into the issue and give me a ticket no. 779351 generated. Last 7 working days over and no response from there end. So finally it seems i lost my 1 year subscription money and still my properties are lying vacant. As i find in website that this is doing with many subscriber as of now. Please look into this issue.

For my flat in Kolkata I was looking for a tenant. Accordingly, I advertised in Magicbricks. Com on payment (My property ID[protected]. My advertisement expired and there was continuous reminders from Magicbricks.Com to renew the same. Accordingly I renewed my advertisement by subscribing Gold Package (Order ID 8888287) and paid Rs 2000/- on the 25th September, 2016. My payment was confirmed by Magicbricks vide their mail dated 26th September 2016 and it was mentioned that my package had been activated. I checked for the activation but surprisingly nothing was hosted. I contacted their Call Centre thru Telephone, Chat without any result. I wrote number of mails thereafter, without any reply. Till date even after nearly two months my advertisement was not hosted in their website despite my all efforts . Now I felt that I was cheated by a so-called India’s no 1 Housing Portal’s unfair and dishonest business practice and false promise. This was a complete breach of trust and a means for minting money from ordinary gullible citizens without providing the promised services. Later I found from several other reviews available in internet that the same experience occurred to many other citizens from this site. May I request to investigate the issue and redress my grievance at the earliest. Thanks Saibal Mitra

I did not order anything, and I do not want to order anything from magicbricks, and I do not want to have anything to do with magicbricks. So there is no question about my trying to pay for anything. But I am getting a flood of emails from [protected]@magicbricks.com saying "payment failure". I replied saying I did not order anything, or trying to pay. But the emails keep coming. This has been going on for two days now, it is November 13, 2016. It is a scam. Magickbricks must be fined heavily for attempting fraud, scam, pain and suffering due to flooding my email box.

I have tired twice to your customer care no, and was willing to purchase your listing package but wanted to get some information before purchase, and requested to your customer to suggest something and again again your executive's assured me that in 24 hrs, your sales team would contact me but till now no body's bother to contact, Completely Rubbish your customer care.

Our Property ID : with Magic Bricks is 22056921.We are trying to sell this property through magicbricks which belongs to timesgroup & got registered with them on September 1st 2016 & simply shattered by their horrible services.Their Marketing Executive Mr.Sachin had given a very flowery picture while selling the service & charged Rs.15, 000 for the Assisted Service stating this is the best & premium service from magic bricks & we will get result oriented best services.Thereafter they have assigned a novice Relationship Manager "Monica" who is useless.She is neither able to generate leads nor have got any knowledge about selling of property.The property did not appear with proper search strings till 23/09/2016.I had to point this out & after repetitive messages (texts) & telephonic requests it got rectified.All total 2 leads have been generated & the rest are all clearly fake leads.They don't receive the call after the first time. Also the relationship manager did not run a mass mailer till 20th of September 2016 that also after several requests although the service started from 1st September2016.
After my repetitive complaints to her senior now all that she is doing is forwarding some fake leads which are useless.Whatever they had promised they could not keep while delivering the service.
Under the circumstance I would like to have a full refund of the amount paid plus compensation for loss of time.
I need a resulation to my problem at the earliest. Times Group going to pay me for my losses incurred in the past 34 days. I have lost a hell number of deals.

I had took this insider club membership, but they had not provided at-least a single reference of builders. They initiated the refund on may28th and a person had called me and told that i will get back my membership amount as promised in a week. But, after that i had not received my amount back and they were not responding to mails. When i called them the call simply disconnects. Till today, i had written so many mails and tried calling them. This is not fair to keep quite with out responding to mails.

I subscribed to a DELIGHT PACT (Rs 1300) of Magicbricks on May 21, 2016 for renting my property. I was asked to provide the address of the property and that they would do the needful to put it up for rent.
In about 10 days I realized that I was getting calls from a WRONG LOCATION. My property was (and is even today) shown at a WRONG LOCATION ON THE MAP. ( Sarvodaya Nagar at Bhandup instead of Sarvodaya Nagar at Jogeshwari East) despite my having provided a detailed address.
Correcting the map location from my end was not allowed. So I called them to do the needful. After a lot of back and forth, I was told that after 10 days, no corrections were allowed as the "system" does not support them. My request to talk to seniors was tactfully side tracked. So I kept getting wrong calls to my and to the caller's irritation and loss of my and their time and money.
In August Ms Gargi from Magicbricks called requesting me to renew the subscription and promised to do the correction in location. I ended up paying another Rs 1300 for which they issued an Invoice bearing a wrong name, despite my having warned them of the error. My request to correct the name on the invoice has yielded no results. Moreover, the renewal provided no correction in location of my property. Despite several E Mails and phone calls, even today the property remains marked at wrong location thus giving me and the public no value but only loss of revenue and time and mental agony from wrong calls.
I was foolishly wrong to have expected good service from a TIMES GROUP Co.
More than 40 years ago, my Grandpa told me to be very careful when dealing with Dehliwallas and I thought he was being over imaginative ! I cannot help but remember his words with deep regret as they have come true time and again. Unfortunate but true. Jai Hind !

I had worst experience with MagicBricks, as they are very mismanaged with their paid service. They sold me a High Impact Combo package for property listing for 3300 but didn't upgrade my property not send any executive to click the photos of property.
Also, they promised for content write and top listing which was not full filled.
After calling multiple times they say sorry and assure to complete the promise but again never go with their words.
I bought the service twice. First time the photos couldn't be clicked as they didnt send and promised to do it if I buy the package again but again its their false words.
The worst customer care and the sales executive Mr. Das.

In the month of February, I was tricked into subscribing to Magic Bricks Insider Club for Rs25000. Unfortunately, until the month of June, I've absolutely received zero promised benefits. Since June, I've been demanding a full refund. After initially promising to refund, MagicBricks has now turned completely mute, refusing to acknowledge the request and the refund. This situation needs to be resolved and I need a complete refund of this useless package.

My Name is Nihar Apte. I was looking for a flat on rent and saw an advertisement on MagicBricks. He asked me for a token advance of Rs. 5000/- so he could fly down to Bangalore from Delhi to show the property. He also promised that if the flat was not to my expectation he will refund the amount.

When i went to the house, i found out that this property is being occupied by the 3 people and is a 2BHK not 1. None of the houses in that building belong to him and he seems to be making money off property that does not belong to him. I filed an FIR against this person in the police.

On contacting MagicBricks I was informed that MagicBricks cannot do anything since the dealing was between me and the so called owner. How can we trust any property posted on MagicBricks. The least that they can do is backlist the person and flash a advisory.

I am getting fake Enquiries against my subscription. Magic Bricks is cheating its subscribed customers. After continuous calls from Customer service i subscribed for 2 month subscription. They promised me more enquiries and visibility on website. I have a property in Maharashtra and getting calls from Delhi Landline numbers, to which incoming is barred. I got atleast 10 to 12 fake calls from delhi landline numbers, to which all numbers are incoming barred. My subscription amount has gone waste.
