Magicbricks customer care called me from[protected], during sunday afternoon and asking same details to search a property for me, it was shared many times but still they ask same thing about my location search and budget .. i asked customer care emp to not to call me and my answer was clear ..

i immediately got a call from that emp and using foul language, mobile no : +91-[protected]..

is this a way to treat customers, if some one said not to call again ..do you harass customer ?

Magic bricks exicutive called me on 13_09_2019 and introduced himself as haseeb rehman, his number is [protected] and offered 4 property advertisement posting in place of 1 posting, and he said offer is only for today. He sent the link and i paid the money. Thereafter he stopped receiving the call. I approached the magic management with evidence of conversation but they sent the mail that they can do nothing about it. Management itself proposing sales team to sell the advertisement by hook or crook. This is fraudulent company.

Magicbricks uses bait nad swithc tactics, we bought platinum account, which includes photoshoot. But they r not doing as they r fraud. We used get leads even in free acout but since we rejected their 28k marketing offer we r not getting leads

I have left my pg in June during the lockdown. My landlord owner promises to give back my deposit in a month. But not it has be 3-4 months, we have been calling repeatedly every month and he doesn't receive our calls neither agrees to reply to our messages. He cuts our call and runs away. Please suggest me something . I want my money back. I had found my pg and his contact through magic bricks only. Please provide some assistance. It would be really gratefull. And yes let me tell you, his name is Indrajit Tiwari. Please be aware of his activities everyone, I don't want anyone to get trapped in their business of cheating.

I signed up with Magicbricks on the 21st of July. I was on a call with one of the associates (if only I remember his name), who misguided me into getting a paid membership in regards to selling my property. I have multiple plots for sale and when he was trying to sell me a 25k package to list my plot on Magicbricks. I told him since I am trying to see how this paid service works for me, I would like to go for the paid titanium package that include a content writer as well. After a few days my property was live and believe it or not, I haven't received one lead from them! NOT 1 LEAD! So after a month of subscribing, I decided to give them a ring to find out why. The associate on the phone tells me that I have wrongly listed my property to which I said that I wasn't me but it was one of your own colleagues who created the listing for me along with a content writer. I had specifically mentioned to him that I have 'farm land' and he has listed my property under 'residential plots'. I then asked for a change in the listing to which apparently it cannot be done. I then asked him for a few leads of people who are looking for property in the same area and he says that Magicbricks doesn't have that data. That's a real shame Magicbricks. I also requested for my money to be refunded but after a few calls to them they finally helped me with a support email to which I have sent screenshots of the payment email from that first associate who was trying his luck in scamming me more than what I already have got scammed for. After putting my efforts in drafting that email with screenshots as proof (as suggested by one of the associates) I got an auto replied email. I mean is this how your support team works? I am writing up on social media after being fed up constantly asking Magicbricks for my refund! I feel this was a waste of my time and money so far. Also your competitor 99acres got my number from your website, posted a free ad of my property and I have at least 15 and more leads from them!
I don't want your services because you have taken my money for absolutely nothing! I would like my money back!

The reply i have been receiving from them is as under

Concerning your mail, we would like to inform you that your titanium package against order id '20634360' has activated in the account associated with the email id "[protected]@gmail.com" and the mobile number "[protected]" and the name updated in the profile is "yuvaraj". We request you to confirm if the said profile belongs to you only.
I have raised this complaint to them 5 times and they have not bothered to resolve the same.

I had taken a gold package on 15th July, property Id '49838784' is already posted.At the time o[censored]pdating the location I had added the Location Kurudusonnanahalli, since that place was not listed in the drop down.Then I had verified the property.But I was not getting any response.So then I tried to change the location to SONNENAHALLI, Krishnarajapuram because that was already there in the listing, and people update as Kurudusonnanahalli or SONNENAHALLI, but I wasn't able to do it as the property was already verified.Then I had requested for a call back and got a call from one lady and told her to change the location since I am not getting any response.I had clearly spelled the location and it was updated some other place which I have no idea.I had repeatedly called customer service and mailed also but no response.But today I got a message from support informing the location cannot be changed.Then why the hell that lady changed to a wrong location.

I have opted for gold package for 3 bhk house rental advertisement, , i have made the payment dtd 24th JULY 2020, , through paytm, initially magic bricks acknowledged payment not received, I have also contacted paytm they are telling the payment is success form their end, but magic bricks sitll says they have not received payment

I have shared paytm order id, successful transaction details. to MB and i have also raised request with MB request number 1865966 still not received

now whom to approach for my amount

On specific request from mr. Taj of your noida office i had purchased your gold package on 06.07.2020 and my platinum listing id is 49472469 for giving ad. For selling my baranagar flat. I was specifically told by mr. Taj at the time of online booking that around 100 buyers are looking for purchasing at baranagar, however, even after expiry of 19 days from the date of enlistment (06.07.2020) i do not get a single response from any buyer.
Further i am sorry to say that mr. Taj is not picking up my phone from the day i made online payment rs.1999.00 to magic brick for this combo package on his (Mr. Taj) request.

So, please expedite sending a list of dedicated buyers (At least 75 nos if not 100 as committed by mr. Taj) at the earliest otherwise i should get the refund of payment rs.1999.00

1775588 employee no called us and posted our property id 49680724 and I paid 1299 fir gold package but after one week we have received no response while in free as we were receiving calls daily kindly let me know if it is fraud

I am owner who looking to sale property in ravet, i was looking for listing freely and hence uploaded ads on magic bricks, instead of customer enquiry i have started getting calls from magic bricks for paid subscription. 3 - 5 daily calls.

I agreed to go for paid service when they promise to sell my property in 6 months otherwise refund by deducting some amount from packages amount. So i went with titanium plus subscription, it was purchased in dec 2019, and now june 2020 is almost over and still my property is not sold.

Inquiries on there portal is too bad, 80% inquiries from agent and broker and they also asked for brokerage. So whats the meaning to buy service from magic bricks??

Now, i asked as per initial commitment for refund, then this people is refusing for the same and saying there is no policy to refund. The person who sold me subscription is not even picking up phone.

I had purchased a premium service from magicbricks - order no: 19142433.
No response from any person yet on the ad which i posted.
Magicbricks cheated on us saying numerable people are looking out for homes near our area.
When we try to reach customer service, they have the worst service.
None responds to the query we raise. None answers the call when we raise concern on the order we purchased.
None clarifies the query and cut down the call when we reach out to customer care.

First of all i would like to thank you as you help me to find a pg in pune in 2018

I am basically from indore and went for studies to pune. I searched for pg and after contacting several owners i decided and picked one.

When i moved in, my owner told to pay deposit as well as one mnth rent, and i did.

After some days i found that there are bedbugs in house and i decide to move out and find another but my owner told me that before 6 month, i you left you will be charged one month extra rent.

Such things must be avoided as i am experiencing out staying for first time and i got a bad experience.

I trusted magicbricks and invested 25, 000 rupees on to get good quality leads.
But very disappointed by the service that they provide they never go as promised.

Please don’t buy anything on the package side from magicbricks no broker is way better than magicbricks.

I got cheated by them and they never refund the money no idea how the govt of india is still keeping them active to run business by having many cheating cases.

I purchased a Gold package of MagicBricks with Property Id: 47740055 to sell my flat at Pune. Subsequently the photo shoot was completed and I got a verified tag to my property. But then I realized that their team removed the essential details of my property like the electronics that I am giving with it, pre-paid maintenance details, etc. which I initially mentioned in the description. Also they changed status to unfurnished whereas the status was always semi-furnished. The biggest problem is the address is not reflecting the township of my property which has lot of value.
Inspite of several complaints and escalations to their customer care team, they keep sending frustrating mail like share the original confirmation mail.
It is my property, I bought a paid subscription, Magic Bricks photographer himself visited the property for photoshoot and verified it still they are not ready to correct the details. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I was looking flat on rent in near saket metro by using magic bricks and contacted by dev bhumi properties (Vikram rana/nitin)
They shows me flat and we finalized. We gave 2000rs as token amount. Before finalizing we clearly discussed abt rent, brokerage and security deposit.
But after giving token amount they said that flat rented out to someone and asked me to look for another in same cost, we are on urgent need so decided to see another flat.
We didn't like another flat as they shown us.
At same time we got a call from another broker (Housing.com) he shows us same flat which we finalized before with dev bhumi properties.

We refused to dev bhumi for another flat and asked them for refund token amount.
They said will refund next day morning.
Next day we called them and they r not picking my call also not replying my mgs.
When i went to there office they denied to refund and said do whatever can do will not refund the amount.
U can do police complain doesn't matter.
I also do have his reply in mgs for the same.
If such kind of brokers listed in magic bricks i'll not suggest anyone to use magic bricks.

On 10/03/2020 i purchased a package festive ams one month under order no 18899301 but till date there has been no response response from your side. The agent mr ankit had guaranteed that within 24 hours i will get a call from agent who will come for photoshoot. But there has been no response. Kindly refund my money. Rs 5500 immediately.

MagicBricks is banned in Europe due to their non compliance with GDPR. I am an NRI, my property in IndIA has to be sold and contacted guy called Markose N K acted as an agent for MagicBricks, sold me a platinum package over what's up, received all photos and description of property to Magicbricjs back office and sent money to an account he provided. He sent me an email ID and password and said the advert is live and linked to my email ID...

I came bangalore on last month of November'2019 to join my new job.Before come here i have searched a lot in magic bricks for house.In the mean time one broker name"JEENA" contacted with me.When i came here he didn't face me, one his coworker "NANCY" meet me and show me a room.I finalised that.But through false agreement paper they stolen my 20k.
After that i have contacted many more times with them but they didn't reply and not refund my money.All the sms records and online transfer details with me.
Can anyone help me out to retain my money back.I am helpless in this place now and want back home to recover my money.
