    I have bought silver plus package which says the validy for 3 months. I have bought today which should hold the expiry as jul 31st. But it as only july 1st as expiry date. Yesterday i sent a mail and now it is showing as jun 30th instead of july 30th. Wherein, the agent said this package is for 3months and i booked on may 1st which means the expiry should be jul 31st.

    Hi Team,

    I bought Silver Plus package for the below Advertisement. I tried to choose the Top Spot listing from May 7th to May 13th. Due to web page or Software issue, ending up in below error.

    Error message - "No Property posted in Chennai Kovilambakkam".

    Though, I have already posted the property, this error message unable to block the next week. Please find the below Property posted ID and Order ID. Please do the needful and block from May 7th to May 13th without any interruption.

      I have bought a titanium package from magicbricks for renting out my flat in dehrdadun. After taking the payments no one called me up to help me post the Ad and for other services. I kept calling them and after several calls, they had put in a wrong AD.
      i complaint about incorrect details and in the meanwhile, a local broker got me a tenant. I had to pay him commission also.
      Now they are not refunding my money at all. i have also asked them to let me post another property and no one is taking my calls.
      Please help me.

        Hi, i opted for titanium plus package to post my ad. One of the worst experience ever. The photo shoot hasn't happened even after a week while the initial commitment was 3 days. The worst part is they schedule a time n the guy never turns up. They forcibly upload outdated pics given by the builder and you have no option to delete it. The customer service is worst and lacks coordination at all ends. Please stay away from these fraudsters. The auto refresh option never works and i haven't received a single call from any buyer till date. Totally regretting my decision.

          I listed on Magic Bricks on 7th April. I bought a Gold plan paying over Rs 3000. I requested a professional photo shoot of the property. they scheduled it on;ly on the 12th of April. the photos are not uploaded until now.
          Magic Bricks has not published the photos of my property despite several follow ups. I have paid for a Gold plan but there seems to be no benefit at all. The customer care numbers are not reachable most of the time. It is a very frustrating experience.

          I would like to have the phots of my property uploaded immediately

            I have advertised for the sale of my Apartment in Anna Nagar, Chennai. in the free list in Magicbricks.

            They have continuously asked me to go for Paid advt.
            I have paid Rs.800/- on line.on 25.3.18.
            It was debited in my IDFC bank account.
            I did not received any receipt or any acknowledgement for the payment they have received.

            My matter was not advertised and their customer care numbers are not reachable. Neither replied for many e-mails sent to them.
            You can even try their customer care Ph :[protected]

            I have explained this matter in the email sent to them and asked to pay back to me.
            No response at all.
            This is pucca cheating.
            I request you to Kindly do the needful.

            They should not cheat more innocent public for more amounts.
            I must get my money back, though it is small amount as their attitude is fraudulent.

              Knowing that magicbricks people and service both are bad ...i invested Rs 38000 in a 3 month certified listing pack newly promoted and rigorous fallow up made by Mr Sujeet Naik(The guy who has no idea about a b c d of property market). Now enjoying his paris trip. And i am struggling here for the service since last 15 days.

              In my earlier experience they were bad but now they became the worst in property market as per my view and i may be completely wrong as well.

              But i should get a fair chance to explain my problem which are as below

              1. I am a small broker from kharghar street struggling to get leads for the real estate business and one fine day Mr Sujeet From Magicbricks showed the path of getting good leads through the new Certified Listing pack which anyway i didnt trust .
              2.But this fellow came to my office 20 times and persuaded my staff for taking this package ...took the cheque from me get it cleared and varnished when service is required to be delivered.
              3. Since last 15 days this guy is saying that i am coming to your office to explain the service and suddenly since last one week not picki8ng my call and saying that i am at paris and will come by 10th.
              4. I do not have any problem of not coming to my office or rendering his service personally but the problem is the person is not competent about his own his product.
              5.Neither his superior not the customer care team has an idea about the product and issues we are dealt with on day to day basis.
              6. Out of frustration when i was not getting the service as i am expected to ...when asked for the money refund his superior Mr Gourav is saying that put a request of cancellation you will get it back the remaining amount after deducting the days of service you have used yet. which infact should be zero.
              7. Still i had chatted with Mr Sujit Naik in whatsapp and took some information about the problem i am facing and tried to solve it from myside but unfortunately the site is allowing to do me so and the cc team has no idea about the issue.
              8.Team magicbricks is worst as compared to their product designed in a bad way.

              So requesting all brokers to stay away from such company who put there hard earned money expecting business out of this.

                Till the payment of 10k was made they kept calling me every minute, even the time between i got to back n got back to my system i got so many calls asking if the payment was made and once the payment was made and the details taken no one came for the photo shoot of the building. It’s been almost a month and no pictures are been taken. Every time i call they say they’ll send someone but no one turns up. It’s been very disappointing, this will be the last time i’d be using magic bricks! Such a waste!!

                Magic bricks a fraud company. pls do not buy any package from magic bricks . i got cheated from magic bricks . not even single client reference got from them, Rs.1, 50, 000/- is loss for me. i have complained many times to magic bricks but no use. please do not buy any package from magic bricks thanks.

                  Very disappointed with the service of magic bricks. I made the payment for the platinum listing on 16th of march and got activated only on 26th march and when i try to renew the listing using platinum listing, it is giving an error saying using restricted package.                       I registered in MagicBricks.com for my property located in Pathanamthitta district in Kerala. The property id is 32766779.
                      I just wanted to inquire. When I contacted the customer care officer of Magic Bricks, he tricked me into taking a paid membership. The place where my property is located at has no buyer at all. If at least I had a single buyer, I would not have complained. Also I was adversely influenced by their advertising. If they don't have adequate service to offer why do they claim to to so in their advertising. I was tricked into paying Rs 6500 and till now I don't have even a single buyer. I have taken Platinum listing. I want justice.

                        Id:32650929 paid rs.1875 after 50% discount gold package on 21/02/2018.
                        Id:32686925 paid rs.3700 gold package on 22/02/2018.
                        Only id:32686925 is activated on web.
                        All refresh procedures were done with the live instructions from magicbricks.
                        Magicbricks claims that due to refresh problem only one property is activated for display.
                        They refused to activate the second property and also refused to return the money.
                        If both gold packages are attached for one property then it should be displayed for 120+120 = 240 days.

                            I am a NRI and recently bought a package (6000 rupees) to upgrade my rental ad in Magicbricks.com. I tried to change the mobile number as it is not receiving 3 digit verification code. The customer experience officers are failed to solve my issue. Now I am unable to login to my account and my ad is not upgraded yet. The customer service is neither answering my calls nor replying to my emails. Please kindly help me to resolve this issue..

                              I have posted the ad (Id:[protected] on 24th jan'2018 in magic bricks.
                              Its been over 5 weeks and they are unable to fulfil their basic promises like photo shoot so far.
                              I had given a complaint to their support @[protected]@magicbricks.com
                              But i found that they are hopeless / helpless in resolving such a basic complaints.
                              It is very clear that magicbricks is one of the cheating company to take the money and do nothing and it has a un-professionalism and bad work ethics.
                              I had paid additional money for this service.

                              I had also requested to close / cancel my subscription and return the subscription amount immediately.
                              But they never responded..

                                Initially before subscribing to a titanium package, i informed very clearly all details about my property that it will be available only in the month of April 2018 and already Indian Bank is residing in our property and they can vacate only in March. Also asked them since Bank is already in the premises is it possible to carry forward with photoshoot. For everything the executive Mr Sachin told it is possible to click photos and demand is very high for your property by just showing around 55 members lists and told separate sales rep will be assigned for my property but till now nothing happened and since because Indian Bank is already in the premises I couldn't use their services. When I raised the complaint they are soo irresponsible and soo cool they are saying I have used their photoshoot service and can't refund the amount. Please for god sake DON'T ever TRUST MAGICBRICKS and waste your money. Since I wasted my money I request each one of you not to waste your hard earned money. They are such a cheaters in this world!

                                  The agent charged 50% of the rent that we pay. Our monthly rent was 10000 and he took a commission of 5000. And we didn't want to rent that property as we found a better one. We are unable to contact that agent as of now. He said he will get the agreement soon. And help us settle in and that he says he is out of town. This is his phone number, name: ravi

So we asked him to just help us out in settling in, and once we meet him we can get the money from him. Now that he's not available, not sure how to get back the money.

                                    Foolish condition by these people: if you are quoting less than their market price (Only god know how did they arrive at it), they don't allow you to mention the price. How stupidity it is.
                                    Does not respond after payment is done. Even escalations points from timesgroup does not respond. All taking salaries. Filling their tummies and sleeping.
                                    Don't buy any service from these people

                                      I registered with magicbricks around 2 years back and came across a wierd thing recently.

                                      My profile settings is changed to an agent instead of individual recently without my knowledge

                                      I came to know about this change when i reached to a seller, he ignored me because i am an agent.

                                      When i called back magicbrick customer care, they said you need to take a package so that we can change your profile to individual. It was literally a blackmail, i am not sure how they are into such fraudulent activities without any fear.

                                      This is a very stringent behavior from an huge enterprise.

                                      I hope someone takes note of this stingy act!

                                      I have the exact same issue and yes they are worst people to deal with. My property shows as agent instead of individual, and shows some other agent's number and not even my number. When i called up their customer care, they said our team has identified your profile as an agent and converted it to agent. After multiple complaints/requests, they dont care at all. Worst company, i hope their business goes completely down and other better professional people like Nobroker.com take over their user base.
