I paid ₹1800 on mahavitaran app.Transaction was completed, money has been debited but it showed failed. Please look into it and refund my money

Mr. Rajesh Patil from MSEB Anand Nagar Dombivali branch, He suddenly Cut our Commons Meter without our mistake, He cut our meter because of his self misunderstanding. Now i have raised complaint to Mr. Parag Uke, Still our complaint is not resolved by MSEB Anand Nagar Branch...

Huge voltage fluctuations oberved in our area. May current transformer is undersize. Please provide the proper transfomer.
Random power cut. Happened twice in the night and am facing the cut today since 10:00 AM till now (1 hour!)
If you can not supply uninterrupted power supply, why you levy service charge???
once the rain starts power is cut down, Pls final solution to this problem...

There is no electricity supply in my house from yesterday 8 pm. i complained on mahavitaran customer care number 2 times but they did not respond. we always pay our electricity bill on time....

My consumer no.[protected] and billing unit is 5860. In bill of may previous unit is 1464 and current unit is not available showing in bill and 22 unit has used. But in bill of month Jun still previous unit is showing as 1464 and bill period showing as 2 month.
I already paid bill of month May on 25th May....

My average billing units are 140 or 180 but in the last June 2020 the reading units were given '811' units, , , much shocking, certain times complaine has been enrolled but executives are very irresponsible, pls take a step fast...

It's not heavily raining in this part of city, still these days there are frequent power cuts.
Almost every few hours electricity is not there for at least 1 hour.
Also the grid or whatever is installed near kokane chowk frequently fails.
As a result there are frequent power outages.

MSEB is expected to fix all issues once for all and provide better uninterrupted supply.

I have already logged a complaint with Service Request[protected] has been registered successfully for HIGH BILL.
Last month i was out for 28 days and this month I am living all alone with 8 hours out of home for plant work everyday.

NO METER READING AVAILABLE for LAST 5 MONTHS. They are giving a unit reading as per their wish. Inspite of REPEATED COMPLAINTS there is nor RESOLUTION.

I am a resident of bhandup west pathan colony, I am here to inform you that there is a cabin of dildar khan chawl where in there are many wires that are hanging around people's house without any safety. Few days back on 8th June the cabin caught fire and the house where the cabin is placed was at full risk of catching the fire because of the cabin. Also there are many users here that are very careless and they don't wish to replace...

The MSEB bill generated for the Month of May 2021 and exorbitantly high. Going through 3 bills I find the unit consumption for April 21 and May 21 are 226 units. How come this will be same? MSEB, Everyday cutoff the lights in virar, which leads disturbance in work from home, Our appliances get stuck when continuesly lights cut off, why mseb cant improve their services, We are paying bills on time still facing problems everyday on working hours.
