I submitted a request for change of meter name. on 7th june 2021. but the status still shows in " Application received " status.

I have uploaded Index 2 of the sale deed for change of ownership and Form 'X" and paid 130 rs online.

My monthly Unit Consumption till Apr 21 is around 80 to 110. however this month reading is 419 Unit.
This is 4 times higher than monthly consumption.

Our power supply is on but before 1 Year Bill is not coming. Customer care say your meter is not live. Before 1 Year I changed the meter. Please check....

I m residing in rampur, taluka rajura dist chandrapur, Maharashtra... Though my hometown is in grampanchayat but it is only 100meter away from nagar -parishad area... Then why you have 2 rules for them... Your company cuts electricity when ever they want... Now itself there is no eclecticity... Why?? No one knows the answer you ###... 😡😡 the way is your company is running is ridiculous ### your company ani your eclecticity board...

Distance between two electric poles, near my house, is more than enough, that's why the electric wires hanging very low around 6-7 feet. If you add one more electric pole between the two, it will solve the problem.

This compaint has been pending from 2019

I had gone to MSEB office near Khed, (Pune) near Nagar parishad to enquire about my complaint to replace the faulty meter. The person was there setting there he said that " he is asking Rs. 800" to fix the new meter but I said that you people have fixed faulty meter and I had complained next day to the fixing the meter. MSEB Khed office people said that it will take more than two years to come. Now they are asking for money for the new meter. Is it my fault your people fixed the meter without testing?

I said I have already paid the money but still you are asking for the money. A person said that " Then you need to wait for one and a half years more if you are not paying Rs. 800.

If I am paying then the meter is available and If not paying then the meter is not available.

What kind of business you people are doing.

I live in ram nagar, chandrapur and during lock down there were no out let to pay electricity bill and now in june 2021 when lock down is lifting different phases, MSEB employees are coming to remind and cut electricity with out any warning. they just visit and cut the electricity.

During lockdown financial condition of people is not that good and need time to pay bills.

With lockdown just lifted not even for 10 days MSEB employee Mr. S. Kapse (head Ram nagar Division) Mob:[protected]
is instructing his employees to disconnect electricity of targeted people on the out standing list (not every one just a select few)
and ask them to pay the bill on same day and that also whole amount where as MSEB has option of partial amount payment.

This employee speaks rudely when spoken to for extension and also when explained about the financial situation during covid and lockdown he adds and I quote "I am not responsible for covid or the lock down ".

During nation wide crises like covid electricity is basic requirement of people and MSEB employees not complying to any request or extension just walk in and cut the electricity on order of there superior is just unacceptable.

during pervious lock down we paid huge electricity bills on priority as soon as the lockdown was lifted but people like Mr. S. Kapse who take pride in imposing their power on people need to be stoped.

I request for strict action against this employee.

My consumer number[protected], I requested for my faulty meter in June 2020 now its over a year & every month I requested to replace my non functional (faulty) meter. I met officer Mr. Anis and Saurabh. They said buy own meter which will cost Rs. 1800/- or wait till availability which is uncertain. Please help me get new meter

Even though my house is closed since possession i am getting high bill of 1300 to 2200. The metre status is showing INACC. Please correct my netre or bill reading

In our kumbhare colony new quarter both of them are using quarter number 28 quarter number 19 by putting line from pole, electricity are being stolen on poles and no action is being taken by the electric department for repeated complaints.Because of that many times the light of my house has been lost and many bullbs have fused!.

In my Electricity bill the address Should be like

It’s very unfortunate that we have to suffer Frequent power cuts on DAILY basis even though the next neighborhood has a pretty consistent power supply compared to us. Every time we call, we are told that there’s a fault or maintenance. 2-3 days a week is understandable, but we face power cuts every single...

It is very disappointing to see how this service of providing basic necessity of electricity is so bad that too in Navi Mumbai Kharghar which is said to be managed city. There is electricity cut almosy everyday for long hours. Due to sudden electricity failure, we destroyed our new AC and TV because of fuse issues. Who is going to pay for that? Are MSEB members going to pay? We pay bills on time and that too huge bills which are not even valid sometimes. Please look through this issue which is now critical as it happens very frequently otherwise will have to take it to more public portals.

Facing power cut in Yavatmal Lohara MIDC area. On the name of maintaince activity they cut power twice in a week for minimum 5 hours. It doesn't happen in other areas in Yavatmal. Other than this whenever rains MSEB cuts power. That is understandable but no electricity board cuts this much times and this much hours for maintaince. They are fooling us. 5 to 6 hours is very long time. We are pissed of because of this. And don't understand where to complaint. This is really ungradable act.
