    आमच्या area मध्ये electricity reggular राहत नाही... हा नेहमीचा त्रास आहे... दिवसातून कितीतरी वेळा electricity खंडित होते अणि लवकर येत नाही... दिवसातून 12 तास पर्यन्त लाइट गेलेली असते दिवसभरात 15- 20 वेळा light बंद केली जाते... आणि हा प्रकार रोजच होत आहे त्यामुळे लोकांना नाहक त्रास सहन करावा लागत आहे...

      मी मोहन दगडुशेठ नरवडे राहणार आळेफाटा. माझी आळेफाटा येथे गट नंबर 364/1 मध्ये इमारत आहे. माझ्या गटाचा दक्षिण बाजूस राजेंद्र दगडूशेठ नरवडे यांचा गट नंबर 364 /2 आहे. सदर गटात महावितरण कंपनीने Heavy लोड dp साठी स्ट्रक्चर उभे केले आहे व त्यावर dp उभारण्याचे नियोजन आहे. पण सदर स्ट्रक्चर हे माझ्या इमारत पासून फक्तं 1 मिटर अंतरावर उभारले आहे. वास्तविक पाहता हे अंतर सुरक्षेच्या दृष्टीने फार कमी आहे. माझ्या इमारती मध्ये हॉस्पिटल व इतर अनेक व्यावसाय आहेत. तसेच स्ट्रक्चर उभारलेल्या जागे जवळ लहान मुले खेळत असतात. सदर dp मध्ये heavy लोड असणार आहे. माझ्या इमारत मधील व्यावसायिक, परिसरातील लहान मुले व जवळ राहणार्‍या नागरिकांना सदर dp मुळे शॉर्ट सर्किट, ठिणग्या व आग लागणे ह्या मुळे जैविक धोका निर्माण होऊ शकतो. आमचे म्हणने आहे की सदर dp उभारायला अजून भरपूर जागा उपलब्ध असून, सदर dp सुरक्षेच्या दृष्टीने दुसरीकडे उभारावी. तसेच सदर dp मुळे कोणतीही जैविक अथवा आर्थिक हानी झाल्यास mseb जबाबदार राहील.
      सोबत : dp साठी उभारलेले स्ट्रक्चर चा आज रोजी काढलेला फोटो आहे.

        My 1st owner not paid bill on time so meter was cutting by MSEB. but now I have paid all bill amount and charges.and request to your naigaon MSEB office for reconnect meter.but they take lightly. I have followed up from last 3-4 days .

        Kindly request you to please do the needful urgently.

          Because of load shading I tried contacting 1912. But could not connect with them. Then I got the call from +[protected].
          He was so rude and abused ng on call for the time. When I asked for the help he asked me to visit website. If he can not resolved the customer query then why he is calling back to customer. If this complaint does not get resolved then I will go to consumer forum. I want his confession letter of misbehaving or else I will take issue to another level.

            Hi Team,

            I have Electricity connection from Maharashtra State Electricity Board(MSEB).
            Consumer No.[protected]
            Billing unit- 4139/KARJAT/PANVEL RURAL.

            My electricity meter is not working since October 2020. I have requested many times to MSEB to change faulty meter but they DON'T entertain any complaints. I have filled complaints for meter change on their portal but they closed that without resolving it.

            My registered Complaint No.[protected],[protected],[protected].

            I personally visited their office but they DON'T Listen and gave random answer. Meter is not working still MSEB charging me bill of 120 units Rs 900. Kindly help me in replace faulty meter.

              Sir, the wireman who is appointed at our village is not visiting our village up to 4-5 days regularly. He is also not responding for phone calls. Maintanence is not proper. Asking bribe for new connection. So plz look into this matter.

                Today, on 25th Jul 21 one mr Khobragade visited my house Magnelia -302 in shivelite township for inquire regarding pending bill. He was very rude in his behaviour and was trying to put unnecessary pressure for pending bill payment. He was behaving as if I am to pay him some personal debt. On telling him such a behaviour is uncalled for, he said u can go and report ti his office. He even threathend to cut the line if bill is not paid immediately.
                Sir such a behaviour from an employee is uncalled for. Please teach your employees some manners.

                    Myself Sumit from bhusawal dist. jalgaon, due to Covid during lockdown we have some financial issue so I was unable to pay our electricity bill from long time because I am a self employeed (not a govt. employee like Mr. Animesh Kale sir asistant engineer).

                    As govt giving some relaxation to lockdown, I am trying to pay my electricity bill on first priority basis. Even I paid more than 60% amount within a month. But still the area asistant manager Mr. Animesh Kale sir threatning by coming to home and by call that you should pay the complete bill today within an hour otherwise I will cutoff your electric supply. I requested them to allow me some extension to pay the remaining amount. But his behavior was very rude I think as per them we were making huge money in lockdown by sitting at home.

                    During nation wide crises electricity is basic requirement of people and not only me there are many people outstanding. many people directly refuse to pay the bills even lot of people are taking direct supply from main line without any meter, these officer are afraid to stop there supply. and harassing the common people who pay the bill.

                    I also raised the same complaint on Mahadiscom portal. But the complaint was closed by them without taking any concern from me. Even they couldn't informed me about that. Complaint status was closed directly with Closure Remarks "no specific complaint given". According to them we are fools.

[protected] came and inspect the site on 20/07/2021 and said they require machine to check the cable and will arrange the same on 21/07/2021 and came for rectification but to date they not came and nor attending our phone we are export oriental unit and we suffer form lost of our business due to power not received
                          so please rectify the same intimately and obliged

                                Billing unit: 4795/Kharghar S/DN./Panvel Urban

                                This company has been rampantly and deliberately charging incorrect amounts to consumers. For the past one year, t hey have consistently being using incorrect 'Previous meter reading' figure to arrive at the bill for that month. Will explain with an example from my most recently Bill

                                for 2 months my previous reading has been showing as 26917 (June, and July). In June charged for 571 units. This mean my next month's (July) bill should have shown Previous month reading as (26129+571=) 26700. But instead in July they again have used 26129 as the previous meter reading and calculated new consumed units for July as 788 units (total = 26917). This is day light robbery.. They have charged me again for the units that i have paid in the past month. This is not an isolated issue and upon checking previous i realise this has happened again. There is no checking done of the billing process and it is left at the mercy and wisdom of poor consumers to identify issue and report it. If one reports they will get refund. The ones who dont, hard earned money of consumers gets pocketed by MSEB staff. Can this illegal process be reported to the highest level
