There is a frequent power cut in our area. My area is Hanuman Nagar SB Road.It is difficult to work from home.
I am not able to go to office because I have symptoms.Please resolve this issue.

      Billing unit: 4795/Kharghar S/DN./Panvel Urban

      This company has been rampantly and deliberately charging incorrect amounts to consumers. For the past one year, t hey have consistently being using incorrect 'Previous meter reading' figure to arrive at the bill for that month. Will explain with an example from my most recently Bill

      for 2 months my previous reading has been showing as 26917 (June, and July). In June charged for 571 units. This mean my next month's (July) bill should have shown Previous month reading as (26129+571=) 26700. But instead in July they again have used 26129 as the previous meter reading and calculated new consumed units for July as 788 units (total = 26917). This is day light robbery.. They have charged me again for the units that i have paid in the past month. This is not an isolated issue and upon checking previous i realise this has happened again. There is no checking done of the billing process and it is left at the mercy and wisdom of poor consumers to identify issue and report it. If one reports they will get refund. The ones who dont, hard earned money of consumers gets pocketed by MSEB staff. Can this illegal process be reported to the highest level

                          There has been power cut in my area from past 4 hours. Nobody from msedcl customer care is picking up the phone. There is no such reason for power cut. msedcl has zero risk management. MSEDCL should be taken over by private organization like TATA Power. MSEDCL is useless.

                            Dear Sir /Madam;

                            Since last 2 months, i am getting high bills despite the fact that nobody stays in the house and is vacant since last Nov 2020. the tenant was staying there till Nov 2020 and after that the house is vacant. i used to receive the bill in the range of Rs 110 ~ Rs 120/-. Last month, i received a bill amount more than Rs 1000/- and i did not pay thinking there might me some error and wait for one more bill. Now, receive a bill more than usual and i notice that the units consumed for the month of June is 174 units. i don't know whether this is because of faulty meter or some theft as no one is staying there.
                            please advise me whether i should pay this amount now or only after the investigation or reply from the board.
                            My consumer no is :[protected] and billing unit: 4727.
                            please communiate with me via email.

                              Sir,

                              Request for change of name was submitted by me online on 20.11.2020 along with requisite documents. Application ID is 28475099 & consumer No. is[protected]. I was submitted the complaint regarding the same twice in your portal but it was closed without contacting me, whenever I was contacted over phone to your customer care center 1st time it was informed that I have to clear all dues then it will be change, then I was paid all the bill. After that it was informed that it will be change in the bill of April. Subsequently it was informed that it will be change in the bill of May 2021. Today I have received the bill for the month of May 21, but the name is not changed.
                              Sir, please think that more than 6 months are over for said Request.

                              I once again request you to solve the issue immediately, I don't want to spoil relationship with MAHADISCON. Otherwise there is no other option to go to consumer court.

                                MSEDCL Energy Bill for Cons. No.[protected]/4726 of Rs. 62550 was due on[protected]. Pay within15 days to avoid disconnection. Ignore, if paid. Treat this as notice u/s 56 of EA2003. MSEDCL

                                Inspite of this notice my electric connection was cut before the expiry of my notice period. Mr Lele- [protected] the ward officer ignored the notice given to me and said that he will cut the connection no matter what. My repeated plea to not cut the connection inspite of doing part payment fell on deaf ears.
                                How can a responsible person like Mr Lele do such blatant activity ignoring the given notice given by his company only.

                                  मी एमएसईबी बिलिंग युनिटच्या किसन नगर उपविभाग 4540 अंतर्गत येतो.
                                  मे महिन्यात मीटर रीडिंग दाखवते 12406 आणि एमएसईबीने मीटर 12486 रीडिंग चे मला बिल दिले आहे.
                                  मीटर रीडिंगमध्ये जवळपास 80 चा फरक, जो खूपच प्रचंड आहे.
                                  हे त्यांच्या प्रमाणे जुन महिन्यांच्या मीटर रिडिंग 12482 आणि एमएसईबीने मीटर 12487 रीडिंग चे मला बिल दिले आहे.
                                  विविध तक्रारीचा काही उपयोग झाला नाही. ह्यामुळे मला वीज बिल खुप जास्त रक्कमेच येत आहे.

                                      I come under Sangavi Sub division 4636 of MSEB billing unit.
                                      Currently my meter reading shows 21269 and the MSEB has billed me for meter reading 23464.
                                      The difference of almost 2k in meter reading, which is very very huge.
                                      This happen by their average meter reading bill form many months, unfortunately I came to notice this few weeks back..
                                      Done various complaint no use, also their representatives takes wrong gate photo and puts in front of my bill to make the meter status locked.. Don't know what's benifit of him in this or all of them.

                                        Consumer No[protected] under 4615 Bhosari II Sub Dn has been charged for Rs 270/- for 1 unit consumption of Elect in the the month of Jul 2021. Since flat is vacant consumption unit has shown 1 but bill charges have been applied of Rs 270/-. I am a regular payee of MSEDCL bills for the said consumer No.
                                        There is provision of billing of Rs 100/- for meters having no reading. You are therefore requested to re-consider and send amended bill for its timely payment by me.
