This is in reference to inconvenience caused by MSEDCL to its consumers in Seawoods, Navi mumbai caused by frequent power failure especially during midnight hours(3 AM TO 7 AM) when most of the residents are asleep. I don't understand what type of failure is it that specially happens during sleeping hours and since now it's summer, it's become worse situation. In my area there is having power cut everyday today there is no electricity from past 3 hours as I am working from home my work is suffering because of this. There use to have power cut for 3-4 hours kindly check and help us with the resolution.

Sir, I paid my electricity bill (MSEDCL) by paytm on 4th april -2021 through scanning QR code of MSEDCL of RS.1260, it gone deducted from my bank account but not deposited into MSEDCL yet....

though there is one mobile number mentioned on the electricity bill for complaining about power failure. I am tired of sending messages on that number.
