In my area tere is power failure for more than 12hrs now.
though there is one mobile number mentioned on the electricity bill for complaining about power failure. I am tired of sending messages on that number.
You should take it seriously.

            High Electricity Bill for the Month of February 2021

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            Myself Intekhabalam Shaikh residing in Raunak City Sector 3 Building C4-401 as Rented.
            I am facing a high bill issue for the Month of February 2021 due to improper meter photo reading (showing 0000) was updated.

            I have also Visited the local MSEB Office where I met Mr.Chandramani Meshram (Mbl no. +91 [protected]). He advised me to send the current reading meter photo and the Electricity Bill...

              We have applied for electricity DP in our farm at wathar subdivision satara of mseb.and its almost 2 years but we have got nothing yet.
              The employees/officers in this office just give false promise & ask to call later every time.

              They simply want to earn money so now they are asking us to buy 2-3 electricity poles which a farmer who owns only 1 acre cant afford to pay 60-70 thousand rupees for it.After 2 years of giving application now they are saying DP scheme is not active now and buy poles by paying 60-70 thousand. Is this a joke for mseb?

                Hi mera name manju hai mai sec- 56 Rajive colony, ballabgarh faridabad ki Rahne vali hu mere ghar k pass ek anagrwadi hai jisme mene apne pregnancy time mai sabhi checup & TK kraye the vaha Mujhe logo se pta chla ki first child par maternity entitlement of Rs 6, 000 payout karti hai lady ko for self & baby caring. for this, i submit all the documents according to guidelines. but there is no response by responsible staff asa mere sath nahi vaha ki kafi ladies k sath ho rha hai ye log documents jma krate hai lekin uske badd ye log ammount nahi dete hai bar bar bolte hai bank check kro ye kro vo kro aaj pucchhenge file bheji hai meri bachhi 10 month ki ho chuki hai apko lgta hai ki govt ka procedure itna slow hai ki 10 month tak ek solution nahi hua. ye staff response nahi kar rha hai or ye krna bhi nahi chahta hai logo ka kahna hai ki ye log pese khhate hai kisi ko nhi dete hai log govt serices se negative hai asye logo ko huk nahi hai jo public ko service na de sake in logo ka behaviur itna ganda hota hai jese ye apne ghr se dete hai please asye logo ko suspend kre or responsible logo ko asyi responbility de please call me at [protected] or email [protected]@gmail.com

                  Dear Sir/Mam,

                  This is to inform you that in Vasai we are facing huge interuption of power failure and no intimated message of load shedding.This is causing a huge problem in our jobs also as we are now working from home. On asking to Vasai Stella employee they are not able to answer properly or they do not pick up calls or if they do, they speak rudely first. And when we speak rudely to them they give us fear of police. There is always exchange of bad words from their side and from us we customers who are paying huge bills. As we pay huge bill amount we have the right to get intimated when their is load shedding happening so that we can adjust our office work accordingly. Other than this there is regular power interuption and fluctuations also causing our home appliances getting faulty. A request to look into this or else common people like us will loose jobs.

                      Dear sir, i sanjay muravane, consumer of mahadiscom since last 20 yrs, my biling unit is 4184, humbarath, kankavli, sindhudurga.416602.

                      from last 2-3 weeks we have fluctuation in voltage range from 160 to above 300. due to which some electrical equipments in house are getting problems, this is not only in our house but it happening on all houses along same electrical supply line.i have complained on mahadiscom official site but even after 1 wk no resolution of problem.

                      now i humbly request you to please check the issue and resolve as soon as possible. thank you .

                              I am reporting this complaint against employees in Jambhul-Maval jurisdiction. I am availing for the service provided by your company as per customer number[protected] and till 3rd April 2021 all the bills are being paid timely even though there is no usage in premises, when the roof of our house flied away and we had to fix that we paid the MAHANAGAR Employee 1000/- for his 5min job but after paying him when the work was about to start the next day the employee, knowingly closed our electricity demanding more money and for same we have raised the complaint online whose number is 19572521 and being calling call centre number of times if everything is in vain and yet electricity supply has not been started yet.

                              The power supply has not been started by asking/calling the concerned office person multiple times.

                              Request that you take appropriate action to understand my complaint against the employees concerned by this application.

                              Under the act for the benefit and service of the customer, i understand my complaint against the concerned officers and employees and start my power supply. We expect the appropriate action to be taken as soon as possible and our electricity starts soon. We have been sitting without roof for 4 days now.

                              This is MONOPOLY, dependency only on MSEB, I urge to provide FARMER like me the solar panel option or some other providers.

                                  I have been receiving excessive electricity bills from October 2020 to till date: ranging from INR 550 to 1170 received in march 2021.

                                  My apartment is locked since April 2020 and I fail to understand why the electricity bill is increasing when infact no electricity is getting used. The main switch is also shut down in my house .

                                  So request you to look into this matter and reduce the electricity bills and adjust the amount for future months payments. Though i have paid bills till March 2021 but please reduce the excess amount charged against my account for no apparent reason.

                                      Bill without meter reading

                                      I live in Rajgurunagar . MSEB is sending me bills without meter reading since last 41 months and I am paying that bill . After several complaints Dy engineer and assistant engineer visited my house, took the photographs on meter reading but still I was getting bill without meter reading . Few weeks back I got a bill of rs 73000 for 14 months reading. I am a senior citizen and don't get any pension etc. I would like to know what are the guidelines...
