      Respected si/Man,

      I am reporting this complaint against employees in Jambhul-Maval jurisdiction. I am availing for the service provided by your company as per customer number[protected] and till 3rd April 2021 all the bills are being paid timely even though there is no usage in premises, when the roof of our house flied away and we had to fix that we paid the MAHANAGAR Employee 1000/- for his 5min job but after paying him when the work was about to start the next day the employee, knowingly closed our electricity demanding more money and for same we have raised the complaint online whose number is 19572521 and being calling call centre number of times if everything is in vain and yet electricity supply has not been started yet.

      The power supply has not been started by asking/calling the concerned office person multiple times.

      Request that you take appropriate action to understand my complaint against the employees concerned by this application.

      Under the act for the benefit and service of the customer, i understand my complaint against the concerned officers and employees and start my power supply. We expect the appropriate action to be taken as soon as possible and our electricity starts soon. We have been sitting without roof for 4 days now.

      This is MONOPOLY, dependency only on MSEB, I urge to provide FARMER like me the solar panel option or some other providers.

          Hi,

          My consumer number Consumer No :[protected].

          I have been receiving excessive electricity bills from October 2020 to till date: ranging from INR 550 to 1170 received in march 2021.

          My apartment is locked since April 2020 and I fail to understand why the electricity bill is increasing when infact no electricity is getting used. The main switch is also shut down in my house .

          So request you to look into this matter and reduce the electricity bills and adjust the amount for future months payments. Though i have paid bills till March 2021 but please reduce the excess amount charged against my account for no apparent reason.

              Bill without meter reading

              I live in Rajgurunagar . MSEB is sending me bills without meter reading since last 41 months and I am paying that bill . After several complaints Dy engineer and assistant engineer visited my house, took the photographs on meter reading but still I was getting bill without meter reading . Few weeks back I got a bill of rs 73000 for 14 months reading. I am a senior citizen and don't get any pension etc. I would like to know what are the guidelines...

              I had applied to MSEDCL For new electric connection vide App.No.30274749 dated 4th March 2021 along with all the necessary document, A1 form, Aadhar Card Affidavit &Light Bill of adjacent consumer of MSEB.
              I was told that I will get call on my registered number for Deposit of connection fees but despite of my several visits they have not turned for the connection. Now its about to complete (1)months of application & I have neither received any call or letter from them.due to which i suffered a huge loss as my planted alphanso kalam trees are not getting water...

              please look into the matter & resolve it

                  Very high electric bill & bogus meter readings

                  I have paid all the bills getting generated online even during lockdown where the wireman was not coming to take readings. In the month of Feb -2021 the wireman came to take readings on meter and based on that I received a Bill of over Rs 18, 000/- for two month.I have raised complaint for the same on MSEB portal(Complaint Number:[protected] and also submitted physical letter regarding the complaint but no action is taken yet and the wireman...

                  Hi,

                  Our meter display is not working since last more than 6 months now due to a over load on the meter because of transformer short circuit in the nearby area during the rainy season last year.
                  Since then we are continuously receiving high bill. We raised a complaint for meter replacement but now it been months are the complaint is not taken seriously.
                  Please assist us with the earliest.

                    We people of pune coming from Kolawadi sashte. Khetarekhela On the complaint is that here mseb worker provide low voltage that water pump is not going to start so we are in so much trouble so take strict action on them we inform them so much time about that low voltage but they do nothing just saying we. Cant do anything so please it is our humble request to u that please fulfill our request.

                      Firstly you made us pay the double amount for bill in the name of average units and corona. Secondly, it was not adjust in next bills even after updating the readings manually on site. Now, The supply is disconnected without any intimation even after paying the sufficient bill.

                        Hi,
                        It is really in bad phase... Light bill for Plot no 39&40, Sector 5,
                        Flat 8-A03 Customer no[protected]. We had paid the bill still msed worker had come and disconnected the connection. We went to the office and had asked the source of information they said they get the list from Panvel. Whereas he then cross checked our receipts onilne and said it is showing paid.. and then after 30 mins the meter got connected.
                        But the real pain is why the system is not checked before such action., nor the person called up for confirmation before taking the action.
                        Poor customer service...

                                Our meter is faulty because we can't see any readings on it. We have recieved march month's bill amount as 280/- Please let us know if the bill amount is correct so we can make a payment and kindly replace a meter else please let us know the procedure for replacing a meter.

                                    Further to my previous complaint, our meter is faulty and not changed since September 2019 inspite of repeated requests. Without proper readings, the average reading charged is 601 units which is exceptionally high and equal to our 5 months units consumption .We are a nuclear family consuming very minimum electricity wisely. Our average units in a month should be around 100 units .
