My Name is Vivek Majithia. I had sold my Honda Hornet (MH-04-JG-4208) in the year 2019 to a dealer and he re-sold the bike to an individual, The buyer mobile number was not updated in RTO records. The bike was again resold to a 3rd owner. Still the mobile number is not updated. I keep on getting e-challan SMS from MHPECH to pay the dues. I would request you to please updated the mobile number of the current owner of this bike. OR request you to delete my mobile number from your records so that I do not receive any SMS of dues as I am not the owner of the above mentioned bile. My mobile number is [protected]. Please feel free to contact me for any clarification or any documents. Thank you for your help in advance.

Engine number ending with 5366
Challans : PNCCC[protected], PNCCC[protected], PNCCC[protected] and PTPCHM[protected]

All these challans have images of TVS two wheeler, whereas the two wheeler associated with this vehicle number is of Honda Activa. It seems someone else is using a forge number plate. Please help to catch this person and fine accordingly. Please help to remove all these challans from my name.

Dear sir, Regret to inform you that the challan of Maharashtra Traffic Police Echallan No. KOPCM[protected] Fine:200/- is wrong because my vehicle is a white colour HYUNDAI I20 ACTIVE Car number MH09 FB 0752, stopping line 200/- total 700/-. The supporting images are of different vehicle which has number MH09 BB 752, WHICH IS DIFFERENT who’s number is CLEARLY visible in images which doesn’t match my vehicle number, moreover before sending challan you must check whether the challan is sending to a right person or not, car owner can not pay for mistakes of your staff, please cancel my challan and inform me urgently because I will not pay the amount of a wrong challan.Here I attached the image of my vehicle for your reference and action.

I already paid cash of 500 rs to rto police officer on the road and they officer charge me also on online pls dont take double charged pls. I paid other all fine of mine. But this chalan is huge amount and i also paid it soo pls remove this chalan

I brought Vehicle MH14EH7947 in Dec'19 from Cars24 and on the car 5 traffic violations challans are their before transfer to my name, however first owner paid the challans cost to Cars24 executive(Anand) and Cars24 executive paid to Mahatraffic online, but still first owners challan showing unpaid in online.

as per my knowledge, after paying traffic challans, traffic division transferring vehicle to second owner.

Request your help to close this on priority, as i have received notice form Traffic Police department.

I was travelling to my office in Churchgate when my car was stopped by a traffic police officer saying my driver had jumped the signal. This was factually incorrect. It was mahashivratri day ie 1st March and only central govt offices were working. There was no traffic at all. However we did not argue as I was getting late to work. Subsequently I was sent a challan on my mobile number an on checking I found that wrong section (122/177 MVA) was invoked stating causing danger./ undue obstruction to others ( on an empty road???) and a fine of 500/- was levied. I raised a grievance and got an acknowledgement with reference number MUMGR[protected] MHPECH. The fine is to be paid within 15 days. Request you to kindly look into the matter Vehicle No MH02FE 1402. Last 4 digits of chassis- 0294

And my bike is with me right now in Odisha circle . May be this Camera reading fault and also discuss with customer care thet are said as same. Wrong challan ( NGRCC [protected]) dated 02.01.2022 was raised on wardha road, about 8 kms from Butibori junction while going to wardha from Nagpur; for over speeding. but till date there are no speed limit signs along the highway to inform about speed limits.
I have already registered a grievance about this on RTO E-challan App. (ref. number is #NGRGR [protected]), dated 20.02.2022.

Kindly request you to reconsider & cancel the Challan. At the same time i will also make sure to follow Traffic rules promptly.

Sir I (ashish kumar bothra) sold my car and even RC trasfer was done in year 2020 but 2 challan issue for wrong parking in year 2021 under the name of old owner(ashish kumar bothra) instead of new owner of the car, IF RC TRANSFER DONE IN DECEMBER 2020 then why these challan which we're issued in April 2021 and December 2021 we're issued on old owner name, I have provided challan no as below ASBCM[protected] and PNCCM[protected], please correct the data and clear the old name and transfer the challan to new buyer of the car

This is regarding, Maharashtra Police Vehicle Challan no. MTPCHM[protected] on vehicle MH43AV6643. I don't recognize this event nor knows the person Sadam Husan as per your record in challan. The challan doesn't have evidence too. Apart from this, the time mentioned in the notice received from Secretary Judicial official and e-challan are different. Looks like it's mistaken entry. I stay in Kopar Khairane and a house wife. Don't travel such distance where incident got recorded.

Requesting you to pls reverse this challan and free up charge against my vehicle.

My vehicle no. MH43BE5417, on 3rd feb'22 I was traveling from pune to Mumbai on express highway...and all the route speed limit was declared as 100 for LMV vehicle.

Since my speed was on 83kmph still I got speed limit violation fine and showing speed limit is 70.

Challan no. HSPCC[protected]

This is not acceptable and cancel this charges on my vehicle.

Also since it was on turning area I sure I was not on 83 speed also. This is false challan.

A no helmet challan for 500 INR is applied for my activa number MH12QD2143 in the month of August 2021.
The image in proof shows that the number is not MH12QD2143.

It is a different number but for some reason the challan has been sent to me.

Also we do not even live in Pune anymore and were not there since March 2020.
