I have been receiving messages of challan but when I check it on official website it shows no challan found

I was driving without side mirror, cause it was broken and an officer stopped me, and asked to show licence. I didn't had any so i said, "i don't have" he took my scoofy in custody, and told me to go kashimira police chowki and take my scooty from their. I went their i asked what is the fine he told me to pay 10, 000 for licence and 4000 for insurance. I want to know is this fine proper?

So this incident happened in Thergoan, Chinchwad, This traffic Police not wearing helmet, using mobile phone while riding, The insurance of vehicle is Expired in 17 July 2016 . So traffic rules are only for common people?

Hello sir, I am Adarsh Patel I live in Prayagraj Uttar Pradesh and i have never gone to Pune and also no one have taken my Activa Scooty to Pune but some day ago i got text message of challan from Pune traffic police and got shocked, How it is possible to get challan from Maharashtra where i have never gone, and i think someone else using same no. as of me . please resolve my issue as son as possible and help me out in this regards. On 3rd of May 2022 around 7pm in the evening, Traffic police @ Anand Nagar signal Thane west stopped my vehicle when I clearly crossed over during yellow. On mentioning this and requesting them to check CCTV since there must have been a mistake the senior police simply replied :" We are police, whatever we say is the truth else go to court, How dare you question us"
His name tag was sagging from his shirt so we could not get his name.
He intimidated me and my family member to such an extent that we were forced to pay a spot fine of 500Rs for a mistake which we did not commit.
I don't need a refund just an inquiry into such officers is requested else there will be no trust in the police ever.
THIS IS DEFINITELY A CASE OF A PUBLIC SERVICE OFFICER ABUSING HIS POWERS.

today 03/05/2022 i was driving my activa near bhayandar west flyover and one male person was coming from wrong side and also was speeding - due to which i had to put sudden brake. I somehow balanced myself and caught hold of him.
He was very abusive and also was not having any fear of traffic police.
I have taken his photo and and also his Vehicle photo .
Request you to kindly look into it and take necessary action against him.

My Vehicle Number is MH 14 HD 5788
I am been fine 3 times for overspeeding in 3 different location of Maharashtra i.e., Latur, Ahmednagar and Solapur.
My complaint is that first of all Number plate tag is not my vehicle, in image it is showing Creta and I have Celerio Car.
Second thing I have never been to above places.
Sir I have zoom the photo the photo name plate is getting blurred So it's confirm that is not our car and may be some other 99℅matching with our number plate like
5798 or 5789.

I request you please cross check and cancel the fine charge on us.

I accept that the vehicle was parked on the service road infront of Kotak Bank, Vishrantwadi, since there was no "No parking board".
I was trying to understand the penalty charges for no parking from traffic police present at the spot meanwhile the driver of the vehicle intentionally attached the tow to my vehicle despite knowing that i was talking to police in order to collect towing charges on top of no parking penalty. Vehicle was not towed away from the spot even a inch and i was ready to pay no parking penalty hence towing charges should be refunded. Its was an unethical trick used by driver to collect more penalty.

Hello sir, I had paid a challan through the website of Maharashtra Echallan, I had paid it via UPI from paytm and the money has already been deducted. I had contacted the Billdesk's support and they confirmed that the Biller had received the money but still the challan is showing unpaid. Please look at the matter sir. Challan number is NGPCC[protected], UPI reference number is WHD[protected]

The driver of a big and heavily over-loaded with some weighted stuff vehicle with number plate MH.43 E.4678 has been driving the vehicle at the overspeed and with a rash manner. In our village through out each day many kids, street dogs, aged people, guests, school going children, cattles, etc use the road that starts from Marathi Purva Madhyamik Shala, Jambuldhaba (located near Malkapur-Bodvad road) to Hanuman Mandir, Jambuldhaba. The villagers often brought the rash driving issue to the attention of the driver of the vehicle but there is no positive response from the driver or owner of the vehicle. The rash driving has still been going on. on 27th April 2022 the driver hit a pipe with water tied to the gallery of my home and gallery collapsed. In my home we have aged mom and 3-girl-children (kids) who play pleasantly inside home. Our kids were at huge risk of death on account of this rash driving incident. Earlier also this vehicle was frequently found at overspeed and driver was rash. Even villagers requested the driver to drive slow at least in the village, the driver used abusing language to villagers. The villagers also told this to the person running a milk dairy in the village. This vehicle brings some heavy stuff to this milk dairy located near Shri Ram Mandir, Jambuldhaba. Both the milk dairy man and the driver are not taking any action against this rash driving, so as a villager I am reporting this serious issue to the authority and request you to please curb such rash driving from our village, punish them appropriately and sanction me a compensation for damage to my home gallery, damage to my name in our village as the driver used abusive language to my family. There are many such rash driving vehicles that work for milk dairies in the village. A couple of months ago, I remember another driver of another vehicle was rash and killed a female dog and its puppy recently born in our village. We brought this to driver's attention and requested him to drive slowly but this driver also pays no heed to our request and saying. We villagers bring these serious and deadly rash driving issues in our village to your attention. We are wearing our helmet and don't break any traffic signal/rules. We don't saw the cops. They unwanted capture our photo and make illegally challan. And we are going to pay illegal challan.

I have parked my Car on 17th April 2022 on Ayyappa Road, SBI Colony, Sector 13, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. This road has Parking Sign for Odd date on left side of the road. Even though I have parked the vehicle as per the parking rule sign an fine of Rs 1500.00 was charged u/s 122/177 MVA with Challan No. NVMCM[protected].

I have also applied for Grievance Against Challan with grievance number : NVMGR[protected] on 18th April 2022,...

Across the city police officer was stopped my car his name sushil bahire there was issue the challan then I will say I have no money I will pay online The officer did not listen to me The was say immediately by cash, The officer assaulted us The RC near us was caught He abused us and spoke vulgarly about us. Taking action against the officer I beg that my RC can give it to me

I'm Dinesh Raikwar and my vehicle no.is MP09TA5982 yesterday in Rantek HSP, Highway police has charged me for the challan that I have already paid. I'm attaching the pdf of challan in which payment status is showing paid. But again officer Prakash Doye has taken amount of fine from me and given me in a receipt. I request you to please help me and refund my extra amount.

I occasionally park my four wheeler vehicle on road in Belpada Sector 3 Kharghar. This road doesn't have No Parking boards & many cars are parked on this road.

Suddenly, today i've received Challan SMS and was shocked to see that there are 3 challans against my car (however for earlier challans no SMS received).

Following are the challans charged u/s 122/177 MVA.
Challan No - NVMCM[protected] (Date[protected], Amount - 500)
Challan No - NVMCM[protected] (Date[protected], Amount - 1500)
Challan No - NVMCM[protected] (Date[protected], Amount - 1500)

This is unjust fine as many cars are parked there daily and also there are garages on this road which even park cars in driving lane and work on them.

I am law abiding person and if there is no parking sign i would have never parked there. I request that these challans are cancelled. I will ensure that i don't park car on this road from next time.

I have received notice for speed violation of Rs. 2000 but that challan is completely wrong. My car was not on that road at all. In the challan it is clear in the attached images that the car is not mine. Bu mistake you have tagged it to my car. My car is silver maruti baleno whereas in the picture you can see the car is white hyundai creta. Its number is actually 6464 and you have tagged it to my car which is 6454. I have raised the grievance but there is no response. Request you to please correct it and remove the challan from my car number.
