HSPCC[protected] - this Challan was issed against Soma Mazumder. The vehicle ownership changed from Soma Mazumder to someone else on 21st Sept 2021. The Challan was issued on 7 Nov 2021 to Soma Mazumder. We have paid the fine to avoid dispute but want the Rs 1000 back to our account as it should not have been issued to Soma Mazumder.
Please check your RTO record. If RTO is lazy in updating their record, we should not pay price for the same.

I have the document to show the ownership transfer record on 21sst Sept 2021.

Thanks for your duties for the citizens. But like to inform you that someone else vehicle challan is imposed on my name. I already raised grievance#HSPGR[protected] in the Maharashtra etraffic challan application but its still in progress.

My vehicle number is MH04KR1219 but the challan is created for me for the vehicle MH04KR1213 which is clearly shown in the evidence attached with the challan.br...

Sir, I received e challan on 16th feb for overspending but vehicle does not belong to me.In e challan number HSPCC[protected] dated 8.12.2021 image shows vehicle number is MH 48BE5730 and is of Toyota company however my vehicle number is MH46BE5730 and is Tata Tiago.I have also raised grievance whose number is HSPGR[protected] but didnot get any response....

Sir, my car number is MH48BT8112 and the challan sent to me for Parking the vehicle in "No parking " area is MH48T8112 . Mine care wasnt avilable at that spot on that time and that location . The image sent to me is of truck . As i viewed the image on site . The challan no- HSPCM[protected]

I have been receiving messages regarding challan payment in Maharashtra but I dont live in Maharashtra.
I think there's been some problem as you got the wrong number regarding the challan. I have attached the challan details which I received on my number, so kindly remove my number from that challan as it is not mine.

Reference Challan no. HSPCC[protected] dated 14 Jan 2022, Challan no. HSPCC[protected] dated 15 Jan 2022 and Receipt No. MAHRE[protected] dated 25 Feb 2022.

As per Maharashtra MVA, for overspeeding charges for LMV is Rs.1000.00 as displayed on the Highways.

In view of the above, excess penalty charged of Rs.2000.00 against above referred two challans and already been paid vide ibid receipt be refunded to my account please.

My vehicle was charged with 1000rs, for speeding fine on 27 January 2021 2:16 pm. I filled grievance against this fine on 1 of December 2021 3:53 pm for the reason that there was no speed limit sign and that highway which my vehicle was charged by speeding fine is still under construction. I have been wrongly accused for parking my bike in dangerous condition and abandoning it. It was in parking range with several bikes besides mine but only my bike was being fined. The evidence photo which was issued against mine was also a close photo of my number plate which does not prove that my bike was causing any problem. I am uploading pictures below to prove my innocence and state that my bike was in safe parking.

Dhaneti, Bhurian, Tehsil Nurpur, Kangra-176051, owner of vehicle No.HP38F3742 (Scotty Honda Activa) would like to submit that at present I am posted as Head Warder in Himachal Pradesh Prisons & Correctional Services and presently posted at District Jail Una at Bangarh, Himachal Pradesh. The above said vehicle/Scotty is driven by me at my work place. On dated 23.02.2022, I have received a Notice from The Secretary, (Judicial Officer) Mumbai Suburban District Legal Services Authority, Mumbai on my Mobile No.[protected] regarding payment of Challan No.HSPCC[protected] dated[protected] at 16:18:27.295 prepared by the Police Officer Hemant Kate PSI) at Pakhani HSP (17.[protected], 75.779405) on speed violation by driver under (LMV) Sec 112/183(1) MVA (LMV) amounting to ₹ 2000/- before the National Lok Adalat to be held on Saturday 12th March, 2022.
Sir, I would like to submit that how it is possible, when I am on duty at may work place and my above mentioned vehicle/Scotty is with me. You are requested that kindly look into the matter and inquire about the said challan prepared against me by the Hemant Kate (PSI) on dated 14.01.2022 at 16:18:27.295, As I have never visited Maharashtra along with my above mentioned vehicle.

I have been levied a fine of rs. 500 as per challan no. above on 24th Feb 10:08 for the Police manual signal violation. I have not violated any of the rules. I have stopped the scooty well before the signal, even the attached evidence image is not showing any violation of the rules and hence this should be reversed. In fact, at this signal, many two-wheelers come from the wrong direction every day but no one stops them. I request you to please reverse this challan.

This is regarding parking of vehicles at no parking location in front of Thane station east. This is observed all time including in day time and at night time. This causes traffic blockage and unnecessary honking. We have tried to make a complaint on Maharashtra traffic police control app but it was not worth. We request TMC to take up necessary action

I received an message on my mobile number on 23 feb 2022.

The message said that i have an pending challan of over speeding against me dated 6 sept 2020.

I would like to submit that i was posted in ahemadnagar and moved to rajouri (j&k) to join my new duty station and reported on 08 jun 2020.

I had driven down in my vehicle having reg no jh 01 bu 8620 as there was a severe covid condition .

I was here in rajouri till 23 october, and moved for 2 months leave in the month of october . On 24 october 2020
i drove down from rajouri to ahemadnagar where my wife was residing.

Therefore there is no question that i would have committed an offense by violating traffic rules on 6 sep 2020.

My concern is if the date would have been of the period when i was in ahemadnagar i would have still accepted my offense which i have never committed.

My car was driven at 73km/h
And the fine states a speed limit of 70km/h.
I want to see the board on which it is written the above speed limit. As far as i know the speed limit for light vehicles on the highway is between 80-100kmph.
This is utter nonsense for a fine of 2000₹ at the speed of 73.

I have parked my Taxi along with all parked vehicles near Hari Kripa Building, Infront of Arjun Centre, Govandi, Mumbai where there was no sign/board placed by any authority about no parking, i had parked my Taxi in line of all other Vehicles.

However the traffic police of Deonar Traffic Division fined me on wrong parking two times within a week of dated 14 Feb 2022 and 21 Feb 2022 in which its Challan photo showing only my taxi but the location is totally different and I have evident of photos that vehicle was parked on right place with all other vehicles.

Photo in challan have no proof of any wrong parking kindly cancel my fine which is reflecting online.
And my humble request if traffic police authority to place proper information on places where there is restrictions or causing any inconvenience to public place.

I am Ganesh Bhosale owing the scooter Honda-Activa having registration number MH43AY1321. E-challan NVMCM[protected] is of bike having registration number MH43AY1324 but mistakenly applied to my scooter MH43AY1321.Evidence Image captured as a proof of guilty for E-challan NVMCM[protected] is clearly showing that this challan is belongs to bike having registration number MH43AY1324.

Now I have received the notice no 26619/MHNVM/12032022 from the Secretary (Juidicail Officer) Thane district Legal service authority regarding e-challan for presenting traffic e challan against my vehicle MH43AY1321 in lok-adalat in which me or my vehicle did not done any guilty.

Requesting you to please cancel this challan on scooter MH43AY1321 and applied it on MH43AY1324.

Hi, I have received an challan( challan number: MBYCM[protected] ) on my vehicle which is Yamaha Fzs a bike( No plate: MH04KS1285 ). Now the challan mentioned above has evidence that is images of the vehicle where we can clearly see the images does not belong to my vehicle( bike ) but is a person riding a scooter. The number plate in the image has the same number plate as my vehicle or the number plate is not properly captured in the image and wrongly assigned to me. Please look into this and discard the challan from my vehicle. Please find below details as evidence regarding the registration of my vehicle.
