Dear Sirs

Please refer to traffic challan HSPCC[protected] dt. 7.4.2022 for vehicle no. MH12 RT 9406.

I have already paid the challan thru my kotak bank credit card on the same day ie. 7.4.2022 and the amount is debited to my card for Rs. 2023.60 on the same day.

I still find the challan pending which checking on the online portal. Request you to kindly check the payment receipt and mark the challan as paid and oblige.

I driving to work and as usual I stopped at the divider Near vishweshwar nagar Alandi (Devachi) and tried to crossed the divider slowly but a triple seat rider over passed and I had to stopped as of sudden. A rash driving vehicle (of RTO officer) was coming toward me. but my car did not start immediately..

I was stopped at the next junction and served with very vulgar and bad words and was asked by the RTO officer to local officers to fine me for anything. Was stopped for another 30 min and was finned under 122/177 MVA for no reason.

Here ideally RTO officer was causing danger to public by driving rash in crowdy road and I was declared causing inconvenience to other people.

Challan is one thing but abusing someone with vulgarity is it right ? and do police officer has right to abuse someone. This is not first time its been happening in Alandi Since the RTO Office is been set up here. People are charged unnecessarily not on paper but under table. People who can present their identify and relations are left away someone who has such relations and identity to show are illegally charged and harassed by RTO Officers in Alandi (Devachi) Pune - 412105

I have observed that another car ( Mahindra pick-up) is registered with same registration number of my car. Please do the needful to resolve the duplicate registration issue.

my car number is MH46BE0563 and it is SKODA RAPID car with registration date of 23/11/2017.

Due to the duplicate registration all the traffic offences done by the car is visible to me for payment outstanding,

I have observed that another car ( Make Volksvagen) is registered with same registration number of my car. Please do the needful to cancel the duplicate registration.

my car number is MH05DH2818 and it is Maruti Swift car with registration date of 11/08/2017.

Due to the duplicate registration all the traffic offences done by the car is visible to me for payment outstanding, also i am unable to issue fastag for my car.
I have attached the duplicate car registration evidence received from Mahatraffic app.
Please help to cancel the duplicate registration.

Today 09/05/2022 I was travelling towards WTC kharadi and just I was about to take left turn towards WTC there were 3 traffic constables standing and one of them stopped me, and asked me for license which I showed to him, I was told 1500rs for not having mirror for my bike with no insurance and puc. I was told a fine of somewhere 6000 to which that constable asked me how much will you pay. I had 1500 rs in cash he took away from me without giving any receipt and letting me go. I felt such pathetic constable he was I couldn't see his name and he went away taking cash without answering me. I thought he would give receipt to me but he didn't and went away. Such a pathetic mindset of these constable who makes impression that they are working for our country. These kind of people who work for our country and are the conman in uniform what I felt today. Such a disgusting thing to act like this and for a middle class man like me this 1500rs is really important at the month end without having received first salary. Pathetic traffic police constable I must say located at kharadi near WTC. Citizens must beware about these guys. I don't know what action will be taken by traffic police against them. But yes they should not be taken for granted. Such people are mess.

My bike was parked at companies premise, where I work. Police made e-challan against my bike and fined 500 rs. Challan no- PNCCM[protected] Dt-03.06.2022.
Below is the challan wordings.

"Section 122/177 MVA-
Causing danger/ Obstructions/ Undue inconvenience to other users of public place or to the passengers by allowing the vehicle to be abandoned or to remain at rest on any public place."

This place is far away from road passing sideby (Approx. 10-11 meter) and doesn't cause any obstruction / inconvinience. There are other companies near to our company, whose employee bikes are parked very near to road (approx. 1-2 meter).

I have raised grievance with E-Challan Grievance Maharashtra State bearing complaint number as PNCGR[protected]. But still I have get any reply from them and also duration to pay fine is just 15 days so id i did not pay the fine they will charge me interest on it.

so they are playing dirty game by not responding to my complaint and raising interest for false fine for which I am not liable for.

Recently one of my friend got a fine notice from Mumbai traffic app however his vehicle is standing in front of his home someone intentionally or mistakenly uploaded that from Mumbai traffic App however he filed the grievances and not got the proper reply they said it is done by a traffic police officer. when I emailed on the multimedia cell email address and ask them pls tell me the officer name and his designation they are Replying with Same REASON which is INVALID

I am writing this mail to inform you that on 07th June'22, have parked my vehicle road side at Wakedwadi near Honda showroom @2.30pm, there is no sign board for NO PARKING, inspite of that traffic police has locked my car & gone ahead kept me waiting for more than 01 hour on road & start giving excuses that they are busy & doing lunch etc...
Person from traffic police side Mr. Nilesh Kudale -[protected] is not at all cooperative & doing unnecessary arguments.

This kind of harrasment to local citizens is not at all acceptable .

Kindly look into the matter & do the needful.

I'm Living in Juinagar, Navi Mumbai & from last 1 year I'm staying in Pune for Job also my Two wheeler is in Pune.
This Violation is done in Thane area and a Zomato delivery person is riding his two wheeler.

I've attached photo of violation and also attach my vehicle photo from backside.
By all this details given its clear that the fine is improper So Please Do further process as quickly as possible.

On 30.05.2022, was traveling from Aurangabad to Gangapur. Two police men stopped me and told me to pay challan for jumping signal or otherwise give some money to them. As, I refused to give them the money, they took photo of my number plate and after 5 minutes, I got fine message of echallan from traffic police. I obeyed the rules and not jumped the signal, still I got the fine message.This is harrasment of public. These kind of government officials should be punished.

A challan No. MUMCM[protected] has been raied by the traffic police office, I had done nothing wrong he asked me to stop and I did, while a person ahead of me ran away, I have been fined for stoping on the command of of police office, also he was very very rude. Please provide me with justice

On 27/05/2022 approximately about 12.30 pm. One traffic police vehicle parked very wrongly on road as display in above picture. Even one toeing vehicle of traffic police also passed from there but they ignored it like nothing happened. If in case the bike owned common person then they definitely would toe the bike without taking time.

Vehicle Model: Pulsar 200NS
Colour: C Black

The vehicle shown in Evidence is a different model mostly Pulsar 220 and the colour of vehicle is Blue. Most important the last digit on the number plate is not visible which is surely different than my vehicle no.

So I request to please remove the challan from my vehicle no. MH01BJ9858

While going to my work on 23th may 9.30 am. On arey road towards powai. This card driver was driving while talk on call and smoking together. He was not driving properly. And twice while smoking his smoke hash hurted me. I requested him. He started shouting and using bad words. Please kindly take appropriate action

He was harassing me by clicking photos of my car parked in front of my shop, which was not disturbing any body.bcoz of metro work in our jss road.people park their car in front of my shop.so i started parking my car in front of my shop.but regular 4days he has has uploaded photos even when my shop was open.he neither asked me or had courteousy to inform me.i visited to kalbadevi head office located opp bada qabristan & met him.but then also he uploaded my car photos.he was rude and arrogant & dont have manners to talk to people.so pls look into this matter & advice where i should park my car when there is no parking in this area.

The traffic police not mandatory speed sign in mumbra bypass and hevy vehicle is running all time so how possible is speed limit in this area speed sign not display and warning plate not show so how possible control my speed.this is wrong fine please justice me this issue.

I am standing side of food.then I am start bike police stop me and sey i am braking signal .I am tail him i am standing next to signed from 2minits .They demand me 500 rs i am say no to give money then hi took photo and say now 1000rs fine .
And trying to force me to give 500 and go then I refuse and living from there.
