I have been wrongfully charged with Rs 500 fine for a violation never done by me. It is clearly evident from the attachment in the challan that it is some other person riding the vehicle. Despite that the officer has charged me with fine and sent a notice of lok adalat. Appeal to quash aside this challan and compensate me for loss of repute

I was charged ₹2000 fine for the over speeding. Where as over speeding fine is ₹1000 only.
While I have paid complete amount.
Kindly refund my amount which was wrongly charged.

I have parked my vehicle along with all parked vehicles..
Near Dorabjee mall NIBM pune where there was no sign/board placed by any authority about no parking, i had parked my veh in line of all veh

However the traffic police of Kondwah police station pune fined me on wrong parking in which its Challan photos, its time, location is totally different it is evident from photos that vehicle was parked on right place.

Photos in challan have no proof of any wrong parking kindly refund my fine
And request if police authority to place proper information on places where there is restrictions

I have a complaint regarding the wrong challan there is a challan on a car and the cause is without helmet though there is no helmet required in a car so I request you to cancel the challan .

The challan you put on my vehicle is some misunderstanding on your side as I have a bike and you challan a car.. please find the attached picture of the vehicle captured at the time which is provided with the massage I received. The Series U on the number plate is faded and looks like a L. Please do the needful and take off the fine on my bike.....

Can you distinguish in between car (4 Wheeler) and Auto Rikshaw (3 Wheeler)?

We have faced an issue regarding a wrong fine issued to my vehicle : MH20 FD 3304(which is in the name of Dilip Gangwal). The fine has to be issued to the vehicle number MH20 FB 3304. T
It seems like the Traffic police might have mistyped a different vehicle number in the Device.

Please solve our issue and remove our fine from our vehicle account. For proof we have photo clicked by the traffic police which clearly states that the vehicle number is MH20 FB3304. Also, I suggest to send a fine notice to the Vehicle owner of MH20 FB3304.

I have received a challan fine for rupees 1000 dated December 18th 2021 for speeding when in reality i did not speed at all . I did have an encounter with a traffic police which was because I stopped bit further ahead at a traffic signal because i thought the inspector was waving at me to come forward . And at that time ge told me if I didn't reverse he'll fine me 750 rupees and I did do as he said I reversed back behind the signal line .But today I saw that I was fined rupees 1000 on that day for speeding which is absolutely false and a lie .

I Prabhakar Kadam received one SMS notification on 14.02.2022 about Traffic E-Challan (No.34475/MHTNC/12032022 Dtd: 11.02.2022 of Rs. 600/-)

Sir, I here by wish to clear that the Vehicle mentioned in the E-Challan is not owned by me and also, the person's name mentioned in the E-Challan is not me.
Hence you are requested to kindly look into it on priority and update the correct Mobile No. against the Vehicle No. and the Name mentioned in the E-challan.

This is for your information to act on priority.

in spite of this if again I received this SMS as a reminder will be totally ignored by me and I am not liable for any penal action.

I had parked my car near the emergency exit of the Kokilaben Hospital as I had gone for my appointment. The place I had parked my car had no “No parking” signage so I parked it there along with various other cars parked.

I got a message when I was with my doctor that I have been fined for the same. Attaching the photos and videos of non existence of “No Parking” signage.

MY vehicle No. MH04FT7140 (White color) is fined wrongly on 26th January 2022 (Challan No. MUMCM[protected]) as my Vehicle's color is white which and images sent by you is Black color scooty with different number. I was charged for a traffic violation through challan no. MUMCM[protected] on 08-Jul-2020 12:25 for Rs. 500/- The details are available on the website for Traffic Police - mahatrafficechallan.gov.in under my vehile details. As per the evidence photos attached, this is a violation for a 2 wheeler with Registeration no. MH47AH9896 and this is incorrectly charged to my 4 wheeler registeration no. MH47AN9896. When i try to raise a grievance through the website under "Grievance Against Challan" tab and add all relevant details to submit, it displays an error message saying "Please enter valid challan no." My grievance does not get submitted after this. I have paid the incorrect challan to avoid outstanding however i am seeking redressal for this issue and a refund for the amount of Rs. 500 paid. Hope you will look into the matter. Will be happy to provide any additional information.m Thanking you in anticipation.
