I was fined for red light violation vide e chalan number mumcm[protected], i had stopped vehicle but white line was crossed. Another wagon r behind me speeded away and no fine was taken, as the vehicle sped by.

It hurts when sincerity is being taken for granted and offenders are not penalised

Wrong Challan issued on Mapahe Shil Road. Echallan No TNCCC[protected] Dt: 20.10.2022 for Rs. 2000.00. The road is highway of 3 lane each side. Traffic Police has issued challan of over speeding (Speed Violation by driver). The challan shows speed limit : 30Km/Hr & Vehicle speed was 67 Km/Hr. Please note that its a state/national highway & there is no speed limit signage on the Highway..

This is the 2nd challan I have received. For 1st challan I have written letters & emails to all the department, but till today no news. I even had a word with the traffic police who had issued 1st challan that why there's no signage board of speed limit & in return he said that its not our job to install the speed limit signage, you have to speak to municipal for this matter. Our job is to issue challans & we do it.

So, Please help me to take this issue ahead with higher authorities, as this is illegal to issue Echallans.

I had put a no parking sign on the front gate of my house but few people have teared it and parked right in front and being a doctor I can’t get my vehicle out to treat patients . Please take a look into this .

In akola maharashtra. .WHEN RC not received and I have licence .But. Neeta sanake WPC not enquired and send the challan in my name.I didn't know about this incidents .I was not meet any Neeta sanake wpc . Wrongly send the me a challan and so mentaly harrassed by this challan..

I am a resident of Sus area, pune. Since last few months this area has seen/heard a lot of bikers with their deafening silencer noisy sounds disturbing the lives of the Sus residents and I am one of them. Request you to please take some action here. Though there are specific timings on such noisy bikers but mostly bikers are found around evening time 8-10 PM.

A wrong challan was received by me on 27.09.2022 by sms for riding without helmet by both driver or pillion rider against my vehicle number MH12LP0847, which is a four wheeler (Maruti Wagon R). The location and the date of the so-called offence is mentioned at Bhoiwada, Mumai on 27.09.2022 at 16.58 hrs. My submission is that my vehicle is a four wheeler and not a two wheeler requiring wearing helmet. Also, My self and my vehicle was not in Mumbai on 27.09.2022. I was at New Delhi on 27.9.2022 and my vehicle was at my residence in Pune. So it appears to be a mistaken identity of the vehicle. It can be easily verified by identifying my vehicle number and its class.

There is challan on our vehicles name MH 14 JV 4785 as u see in photo by traffic police but our bike is access 125 . Challan issued by this number seems to be another vehicle attaching photos in below Please check with RTO team also they issued same number twice .attahcing our vehicle and other vehicle photo

By all this details given its clear that the fine is improper So Please Do further process as quickly as possible.

I have parked my car near Mahalaxmi temple on 01/10/22 and went for Mahalaxmi Darshan and just stuck inside crowd. Immediately at 8.08am got Echallan No. MUMCM[protected] for Rs.500. Due to over crowd i couldn't come out and at 9.24am again got Echallan No. MUMCM[protected] for Rs. 1500 from MHPECH. My car was fined twice for parking at the same place. Request you to withdraw/cancel my second Challan No.MUMCM[protected] for Rs. 1500, since I have been fined twice for the same parking area. Humble request you to check and oblige.

I got fined near my college for police manual signal violation without any reason I told them that I have licence I have helmet then they took my license taken photo of my vehicle and they were finding reasons to fine me saying you have to pay atleast 500 saying pay 500 or I will add more fine for your engine silencer I Asked them Why I have bs6 engine and I have not done a single Change in ky bike as I took don't find rubbish reasons to fine me then they said ohk bs6 engine hai tho thik hai but you have to pay 500 I don't know for what they clicked my photo and fined me fined me as they said atleast 500 very worst officers they were they fined me outside my college and don't know for what they offence name police manual signal please don't let this happend again I request you to take action against this this doesn't mean that you know all sections and you may charge everyone cause you have a digital option only standing and taking pictures and fine anyone without any reason giving any one section name because they have rights to just click image and take money this is not fair

Traffic police is not having ID card and name plate and he wants to charge the bike specially Royal Enfield as much as he can.
He wants money for wrong charges like vehicle modification

Hello Sir, I had parked my car on the roadside on 1st October 3 pm to 6 pm in ulhasnagar area, near kalyan, due to some urgency.When I returned I saw 2 separate echallans for the same issue

Echallan 1, -TNCCM[protected], WITH 3 IMAGES OF MY CAR AND TOTAL FINE 1500.

ECHALLAN 2-TNCCM[protected], with 1 image of my car park in the roadside, and fine of Rs 500.

Total fine =1500+500=2000 Rs.

I realize that my car was parked on the road and I should be fined but it should be once, here I was charged 4 times for the same mistake.

Reques you to kindly check and do the needful, so I can pay the correct fine.

I have received SMS asking me to pay Rs 500/- against Challan No PNCCC[protected] within 15 days on https://mahatrafficchallan.gov.in/p/256f6257.
On checking it is found that there are two challans against Vehicle Honda City (as seen from attached photograph) bearing Registration No MH 12 HN 7586. I am not owner of this vehicle.
I do not know how this vehicle is linked to my mobile number on which I have received instructions to pay the fine.
The challan should be sent to real defaulter and cancelled against my name.

The entire ghodbunder road stretch is riddled with potholes which leads to a regular traffic jam on gb road

While the authorities fill the potholes temporarily no permanent measures are taken to resolve the traffic issue long the stretch.

Also the heavy vehicles drive from the service road during night time

This a request please take some action to sort the issue of traffic

I am from Amravati. In amravati, Rajkamal square to rajapeth square is very common route for amravati people. People following traffie rules. Traffic police (6-7) stopping random people in front of rajapeth police station. There is no traffic signal over there, no traffic rule is going get brake but still police stopping people or taking their photographs. I am not sure what they are going to do with this. What should i do in this case? I have not brake any rule while driving. Please suggest on this or take care of this

1. I had parked my car opposite to Exhibition centre, Vashi, near Assam Bhavan. I parked in an safer area where various cars were parked and there was no "No Parking" too.
2. I understand there was government exhibition and lot of police/Traffic security were on duty.
3. I saw various traffic police around but no one intimated me about anything wrong there.
4. Now suddenly I saw this fine and really not sure about violation and what went wrong from images captured by Traffic police.
5. How would I know what was my mistake so that I will not repeat the same again in future and help me to follow traffic rule in all aspect.

I have been charged challan MH[protected] for overspeeding for Rs 2000. I have paid despite not committing the above offence as there is no way for me to prove otherwise. If I don’t pay, you may consider this complaint as avoidance trick.

Having paid, I would like to lodge the complaint as below:
I was stopped by traffic police near a diversion. There is no way for me to overspeed at that point. After finding that all my paperwork was in order, the police cop said that I had a suitcase in my rear seat and that’s an offence under some penal code that attracts 7000 Rs fine. I told the cop that I was not aware of such law. If it was informational, I can move the luggage but the charge seems over the top. He let me go after few mins of discussion but he had taken a photo during the conversation. I didn’t suspect any follow-thru charges as he didn’t say that that he is going to create a challan. Then I found this challan about overspeeding. There was no discussion about overspeeding at all thru the entire 5 minutes. This is a total harassment of a law abiding citizen.

I would like to hear an update back from the dept.

There is parking issue in front of our commercial complex. We have total around 12- 15 shops and there is a specific common parking allocated b PCMC, and it is always blocked / occupied by the our neighour IT company "Aurus" employees.

Multiple times we requested to the company's concern person, he is also doing his job best but company employees ate not adhered to it.

On Baner Road and Pancard Club Road 2 wheelers are driving on wrong side of road all the time and are causing lot of hazard for everyone on the road. They are also not stopping on Red signal, one such 2 wheeler almost rammed into me and instead of following law told me that it was my fault, how pathetic and poor driving conditions. Request to please immediately look into this and help people to avoid accidents.
