I go to washroom in Ambazari Nagpur nmc washroom and they pick my bike there is no any kind of parking area and in parking mnc
surrounding with barriers.

Traffic police registered wrong e-challan against me under direction sec.179(1) MVA.
On the spot some other vehicle )MH14GD4132) snaped clearly show plate number on evidence photos & traffic person registered e challan against my vehicle MN14GD4231

With due Respect to our police department I am writing this complain to tell about problem. The new bridge is constructed on Baroodgarnala in Aurangabad( Chhatrapati SambhajiNagar) but as there are some people who are parking their cars and buses on the bridge making difficult for the traffic to cross bridge. And for stepping on bridge the rider/driver has to see that is somebody comming but as there are buses parked on the bridge the visibility is very less. There can be accidents in future if this is not solve now.

I believe our Traffic Police Department will take a strict action against this illegal parking.

I have been charged where there was no board of no parking it was right near a restaurant n this traffic police took photo even as I was there only for a second & when I requested not to charge he blackmailed me saying go to court & fight now and went to that same restaurant...

There were parking of that restaurant customer also but he didn't fibed them...

Dear Maharashtra traffic police,
I got e-challan (NGPCC[protected]) for speed violating. But when, I was driving on the road. No where mentioned the speed limit for the road. According to maharahstra traffic rule, maximum speed limit for outer roads is 80 km/hrs. Please help me with this issue. My vehicle details you can find with echallan number. Dear Sir today I am travelling from Aurangabad to Gangapur at waluj Chowk there is a truck had some issue it stop after crossing single I am driving just behind him it due this my vehicle is stoped middle of signle and waiting and after this signal were stop and one traffic police come to me and telling me that you have jumped single same above thing I have told him but He is told me that you have pay fine I have convencing him about that its happen due to truck break down and I am already cross signle when it green I am stopp because of truck but he denies my request and told me that I have issue challan for signle jumping for Rs.500.0 but when I am came ahead after 15 minutes I have received 1500.00 fine messages on my mobile you can see challan phot in which you can see truck that stared after some time of this conversation due this incedence happen kindly help me out on this problem please drop the fine levey.

On 12th July I was returning after my kids pickup from their school. I received this e-challan as part of Hinjewadi RTO fund raising activity else I want justification how I breached 122/177MVA to do needful. Throughout the day and hour anyone can see so many vehicles parked there from Hinjewadi chowk to XION mall. Once I asked one RTO personnel if you really want people not to park at these places then why not you put "no parking zone board" then he replied that putting board is not their job. So throughout hinjewadi road there are alot of vehicle parked without any designated parking area and people just manage traffic at their convivence but no one from RTO take concise of this. In my view this looks to be monopoly of the Hinjewadi area RTO personnel rather than implementation of the law; as a Hinjewadi resident I am bond to compliances the law because I have to live in this area and I need to visit these area multiple times in a day; for our day to day activities. So if I have not followed any rule then please let me know else pls dont generate such e-challan; this is misapplication of law.

Daily Traffic jam of 2 to 3 hrs in bhiwandi highways

My vehicle RC MH20CS8663 has been charged for speeding on 6/7/2020 near Aurangabad by challan no AGCCC[protected].
However
1) The image shown in the given evidence is grey color whereas my car is blue.
2) The number plate (poorly visible)on given photo is MH20CS3663 whereas my no is 8663.
3) My car's geographic location is in Nashik on 6/7/22 .

Thus i request you to kindly cancel the challan

My car stays parked in a legal parking spot outside my society where there are hundreds of cars parked everyday. For some unknown reason I have been charged under section 122/177 MVA. To any reasonable person it would seem that the car is parked properly at a legit spot without any danger or obstruction caused. But for some reason the highly respected officials of Maharashtra Traffic Police chose to add charges for this. My Challan number is MUMCM[protected].

Dear Mutimedia cell, hereby writing to inform you that challan no : MUMCM[protected] charged dt : 06.07.2022to vehicle no : MH 03 CA 5366 against violation : Section 122/177 MVA . is charged for Rs 1500 .

People are parking vehicles on footpath and drive way . It is creating lot of inconvenience for others

After going to deonar govandi police station to get some help and trace the riksha by its number plate MH47D7605 AND cctv footage screenshot, the traffic POLICE IS UNABLE TO FIND THE DRIVER NAME AND NUMBER, WITHOUT driver details I am unable to GET MY HANDPURSE BACK .THE CCTV FOOTAGE SCREENSHOT TIME IS 6.18 PM DATE -2 JULY 2022.The black colour handpurse with white stones on it is containing 4500 rupees cash, silver earings and neck pedal and also 3000 rupees medicine.please find the riksha driver number and contact him.The riksha was hired from malvani Malad Mumbai at 3.40 pm aishwarya building gate.plwase trace the contact details of the given number plate .my contact number is [protected]

There is a place in Dwarka area Nashik .
Opposite Kharbanda park . There are lot of taxies which are held at this place and it becomes very difficult to drive and walk . There should be a traffic police at this spot and taxies should not be allowed here .

There is a illegal Taxi Stand on Nashik Pune Road, Dwarka Area . The Exact spot is Besides Ramani Trader Compound.

Lot of Taxies most of the time park here and even exchange goods from taxi to taxi on road . this creates a blockage and road gets blocked . people are unable to pass through . There is already a Rickshaw Stand nearby . Nashik Pune Road is very busy and lot of traffic is there . Also there Pan and Tea Stall .I pray to not allow the taxies to stand here. please also take strict action which will give permanent solution to the nearby residents and public passing by the way. why there is no revenue collection from this illegal stand .

I also pray that on Nashik Pune Road From Dwarka Hotel to Nandini Woodland NO PRAKING ZONE SHOULD BE MADE and also Toe Vechials should be started.

I have visited Sambhajinagar recently on 26.06.2022 and returned on 28.06 2022. I have got e-challan for Police manual signal violation for both towards (challan No- AGCCM[protected] dated 26.06.2022) and return (challan no- AGCCM[protected] dated 28.06.2022) journey at same location(19.[protected], 75.[protected]). This is highly suspicious that I got challan at same location even I have not done any police manual signal violation....

Driver was driving the car at very high speed in heavy rains with low visibility around 11 pm near IIT Powai. Water was splashed on us in auto. It was nearly an accident hitting our auto rikshaw. Passengers in auto rikshaw were totally wet because of this mess. This is not at all acceptable in increasing Covid risk scenario.

I was using a GPS navigator in my phone(Google Maps) while driving my car at below 20kmph and was pulled over by traffic police and fined Rs. 2000. He said his device was not working and asked me to Gpay using his QR Code.
