Refund 500 amount

Dear Authority

On 31st Aug 2022 from Pune Bus Stand - The private car agent offered services towards Mumbai (Dadar).
I paid Rs. 400 cash and other 6 commuters were there in private car.
Car No is - MH 04 LB 5348 (MAY BE INNOVA) White Color

The driver was very arrogant. He stopped car at Wakad petrol pump at 8 Pm and asked us to go for natural call. We being women requested him to stop at Lonawala mall for only 5 minutes for wash room facilities. But he was not ready to stop the car for washroom. He was getting pleasure by harassing me and my sister and breaking human rights.

Then he took car to Andheri Bisleri Junction to deliver some 'Parcel' (have doubt for parcel). Then he took car towards Dadar.

I was just wondering - probably he did not have Tourist License as name plate was white.

I request your authority to protect women from such arrogant drivers and their network.

I was in car and someone captured picture from backside. This not genuine. This is not acceptable.

Today around 12.30pm at Bank of Maharashtra, Dangechowk, Pune I got down of my bike to access atm when an elder uncle called and told me to move the bike ahead as the NO parking board was broken and it wasn’t even visible. As soon as I turned and started moving my bike, as the towtruck rushed in and asked me to leave my bike. I insisted that I’m already pushing it, the guy told me no Madam is calling you, just go and show her your documents. I still was pushing my bike and he again stopped me and asked me to first go and show the documents and he said, “Nai madam, nai uchalnar, Ladies chi gaadi nai uchlat” (No maam we won’t lift your bike, we don’t trouble ladies) So I felt ok I’ll first talk to the Female traffic officer incharge and show the documents and then come back and take my bike ahead. Until I was showing her the documents(which she was least interested in checking) they already towed it into the truck and started telling me to pay Rs. 1236 here itself or then come to the police station. I was still talking and the truck left.

I had to walk for 1.5kms, wait there for more than 1 hour only to pay Rs. 500 online e-challan and Rs.236 in cash as TOWING CHARGES.
The people there asked me to pay Rs.250 as towing charges and take my bike. Many people agreed to this and already left. The reason why I couldn’t convince my heart to do it was the SENSE OF HELPLESSNESS I felt during those 2 hours. The SENSE OF BEING CHEATED was so strong that I couldn’t just leave. So I ended up paying Rs. 736 (EXTORTION) and stay firm on my pride of illegal towing.
The behaviour of the people including the female officer wasn’t helpful in anyway and they weren’t even interested in talking and listening. They weren’t interested in checking my documents. Why all the inconvenience caused to us then? Communication is the least someone can offer.

Wrong’s by me: Trusting the towing guy.

I would urge the department to check the CCTV recording infront of the bank to attest to my testimony above.

Conclusion: I’ve paid challans before, all o[censored]s have. But the only difference this time was the feeling of helplessness I felt because I couldn’t come to a solution that I was wrong in any way. Was trusting that guy wrong how told me it’s ok continue to push later, first go talk talk to the officer and show your documents??

I strongly believe that being a public servant should always be in following the SPIRIT OF CONSTITUTION, rather just causing more complications for people.
Incidents like these (feeling wronged) make people lose trust in Law and Order, I would like to believe the force is much more than just this incident.

My bike was parked properly where was no sign of no parking many bikes were parked so why I was fined for no reason Rs 500. Pls do let me know. My no [protected]. I want the charges to be removed.

Yesterday i received one notification regarding Echallan filed against my 2 wheeler which is is MH12SN1724.PN

I checked the details of the Echallan PNCCM[protected] and found that some unknown person was booked for this and he was using the same number plate which was allocated to my 2 wheeler.

Infact color of booked vehicle and my vehicle was also not matching. Please take the required action ASAP.

ज्या ट्रॅफिक पोलीस ने पकडलं त्यांनी गाडी हिसकावून घेऊन 2-3 किलोमीटर दूर नेलं जिथे त्यांचा ताफा असतो.महत्वाचं म्हणजे हेल्मेट घातलं नव्हतं..आणि मला हेल्मेट साठी दंड मागितला..अन चिडून अन धमकावून online fine टाकला अन त्यात PUCC च करण टाकलं.माझ्याकडे सगळे DOCUMENTS dg लॉकर मध्ये आहेत.. ते काही न बघता ओरडून घाबरवण्याचा प्रयत्न केला गेला..शिव्या देऊन घाबरवल.
हेल्मेट सक्ती ही सगळ्यांसाठी आहे.मान्य आहे चुकी आहे माझी परंतु त्यांचं अस वागणं महाराष्ट्र मध्ये चुकिच आहे..आणि ओळखीच्या माणसांना बिना काही बघता सोडून देतात..
त्यांनी पण हेल्मेट घालायला पाहिजे.

Sir,

I had parked my car in designated area infront of St John church, but issued a wrong challan for parking.

I received a SMS for my vehicle's challan. The car was parked on the side of the road for 20 minutes and there was no "NO PARKING" board on the road. The road was firmly parked on the extreme side.

Please provide a valid reason for the challan.

I Fell down from bike a in front of my room, one side mirror was broken, i removed both of them, but in just some distance a rto officer caught me and given a fine of rupees 500, but let it be, also infront of them 100’s of bikes goes without a side mirror but they caught only 1 or 2, why only i should suffer from this.

This is a heavy traffic lane in bandra - st Andrews road - please see how the driver has parked his car in the middle of the road.. Right behind holy family hospital bandra west - is this correct?

The vehicle in the photo is not my vehicle the number plate is same but the vehicle is different in the photo it's not mine its completely different vehicle. I have my vehicle registration documents.so this charges doesn't belong to my vehicle. Kindly do the needful.

As per sec 122/177 MVA I was charged ra 500 RS and 100RS extra for crain charges, where as crain charges were for no use,
The area where I had parked the 04wheeler i have a photo where both the sides were vaccant and there was no problem for the public

When my car was locked I inquired near 50mtrs standing police veh about the matter he said in loud words I don't know, so what the public should do, if the police is so active even the police person should be able to justify why he has done, more over no parking boards are not mentioned on the roads and why do they act so rudly, I think the senior officers should wake up and justification should be done to public, as imy one hour and auto fare was wasted during that day

Hi my name is Bibin Babu, owner of TVS Jupiter scooty and the number plate is MH46BX4788 . On 25th of march 2021 I was been wrongly challaned ( NVMCM[protected])for not wearing helmet. When the challan details was listed it was of a bike and not my scooty. Kindly help me resolve me problem as I'm facing hassle for wrongly been challaned. the issue is since then I got 2 challan in my name and address after the owner is transferred.

I am a handicapped person.
My Vehicle number is MH03AZ6698.
I have been parking my Automatic Car at a clear parking area outside Grace Plaza, S V Road Jogeshwari West Mumbai for past 5 years.
There are abolutely no "No Parking" signs in that area.
The parking area is not in-line with flowing traffic at all.
There is parking for about 10-12 cars in that area, which are regularly parked for more than 20 years.
I have received 2 challans for Sec122/177 MVA RW Sec 127 MVA .
1st April 2022 Challan No MUMCM[protected] for Rs. 500
10th August 2022 Challan No MUMCM[protected] for Rs. 500
There is no way it is causing any danger or inconvenience to public.

I request the authoriries to look into the matter and cancel the said chalans.

It's been couple of months we citizens are facing huge traffic from dapodi bridge till khadkii..due to one way through khadki road there are huge hassle...due to traffic jams . I've seen ambulance waiting for more than 15-20min in the traffic. It's not a singal day we suffer this issue(from 8am-9pm). It nearly take 1.5hrs for us to move from dapodi to khadki.if there are any break down or any issue the traffic in khadki ha impacted us alot. It has jam all the bridges.It's a humble request plzz find a resolution.plzz it's humble request. We've waste tons of hours in this traffic. I would really appreciate if you could find a resolution ASAP
