Address: Mahindra Automotive Manufacturers Pvt Ltd Rani Gunj Hyderabad Secunderabad Telangana.

I have got the car in 2020 from Automotive Manufacturers Pvt Ltd. I am a regular off road and I participate in an all Mahindra Adventure drives as well.

The problem I noticed in my car is, the 4x4 in my car is not engaging the light keep blinking rather than being still. Also my car was driven by the Mahindra Adventure team marshals as well.

I have reported this issue to Mahindra service team multiple times, they simple say, its woking.

I have no option but to raise a complaint. Other wise these service team from AMPL will not listen.

Its very sad that Mahindra Thar has the only best feature which is 4X4 and that it self is not working.

Request an immediate action on this as in my car 4x4 has not been working since I got the car.
Mahindra And Mahindra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
There is no response from Mahindra Dealership team after this complaint as well. I have a video proof showing that my Thar 4x4 is not engaging and the showroom people were ignoring the fact that it was not working. The car number is TS 13 ET 3421.

    We have purchased a bolero model Bs6 opt, the top model from mahindra rajson enterprise in Gangtok, sikkim, on may 2022, but they only provide us with second key or duplication key, they didnt provide us with orginal key while purchasing, they told us that orginal key will be manufactured and send you by post to your mailing address, but its been more then 10 months, we didnt here it from Mahindra Rajson enterprise, gangtok, while complaning abot it on their office they severely told us that the key will be delivered, do not worry from last 6 months, still we didn't received our original car key,
    So, i kindly request mahindra team to look into this matter and pls contact me as soon as possible, looking forward for your quick response

      I've been driving my jeeto UP61AT7684 diesel for 41000 km now and the only issue I faced was the DEF dosing malfunction.whenever this issue was coming .Please tell what should I do because this thing is creating a lot problem, I need to go everytime to fix this.please just look into my problem

          My TUV 300 was given for servicing in the month of March 2022 dated 30th for servicing . According to the dealer and the bill made, I was charged for oil change too . Again the car was given for servicing overall as we wanted to take it for long drive . After just a day of servicing we got into trouble on the way and had to get the car repaired in a roadside garage . We again gave the car for servicing in Dec . The dealers never told us about any oil change and did not ask for it too but charged for whole . Again in Jan it was given for servicing .As it is a lady driven vehicle, it is not used regularly .and has travelled less distance . In Feb again the vehicle stopped on a highway and had to be towed to the service centre. Now the service centre blames us saying that oil was not checked so the engine seized . I don't know anything about car mechanism . The service centre should have taken care of it as I had given them the car for servicing and paid for it .

            Sir, this bill is dated 30 March 2022 for your kind information . If you would kindly note that the bill shows oil change by your dealer . And one year has not been completed after that . That means that your dealer did not change the oil and has charged me for it making a fake bill . And my vehicle was again sent for servicing in the month on Nov before taking for a long drive but within a day my vehicle gave up on the way and had to be repaired by a roadside garage . In Dec 2022 the vehicle was again given for servicing where charges were collected for overall servicing as you can see in the records . Within Jan again the engine got siezed . I need to know the reason for this. This shows that the mistake is on your part . Sireesh motors did not take my work seriously but charged me for it . I request you to look into my complaint and do the needful

              I gave my car xuv 300 to resolve a simple Mobil leakege defect for which they are taking around 9 days to resolve the issue and still going on deferring the case.
              I gave my car to body shop before that and they transferred it to the service department in 13 days, dont know what they were doing with the car.
              And still today when I talk to service department, they say sometimes that they have lack of manpower, or there is some other fault, sometimes they say that the car is under trial, or will inform you tomorrow when it will get cured and so on.

              They are just making excuses to make the car and keep on deferring the case as if the customer has bought the car to leave it with the service centers.

              Very annoying service.

              Does it take 22 days for such purpose??
              Is this Mahindra’s service?

                As dated 20-Mar-2023 service done by Authorize dealer of Mahindra And Mahindra M/S-Jai Kumar Arun Kumar Partapur Meerut-U.P.
                But wrongly done the service & loose the internal part of Bolero car and now Bolero Near Karnal loss the speed & stop.
                So please help for fast solution. Currently service branch not accepting the mistake.
                And this is repeated mistakes.

                  I booked Bolero neo N10 (O) variant from Bangalore on Jan 26th through Anant motor, Banerghatta road. Paid the ex-showroom price on 30'th Jan. Vehicle reached to Bangalore on Feb 8th. I checked the vehicle on Feb 13th. On that time I have reported sidesteps are not present.
                  I Paid the registration and all other fees. Took the vehicle delivery on Feb 25, 2023.

                  Till now, I haven't received the sidesteps which are part of N10 variant as per Mahindra published brochure.

                  As per Anant motor, there are more than 50 backlogs and Mahindra is not providing the accessories from their Nasik plant.

                  While contacting the Mahindra service center, they have no clue and asked to check with dealer only. They even don't bother to respond to email or allow to talk to any senior people.

                      I bought a Thar lx 4x4 on 30jan from that day I am raising a complaint about the vehicle that in display iam getting a note that ( check the engine) is displaying I informed the branch manager he requested for 1st service I handoverd the vehicle befor 1000 kmpl the service men didn’t get the problem and he delivered the vehicle after 2days the vehicle stopped in between the road suddenly and I called him and hadoverd the vehicle but now also he is not getting the problem and he is talking in a rough way we didn’t like that behaviour of him for information we are trying to call him but he switchoff his mobile if in that case we don’t need the vehicle moreover iam thinking that it’s better to get a old Maruti 800 instude of thar vehicle

                        I bought my Xuv700 AX3 petrol manual in 2022 from Durga Automobile Moti Nagar New Delhi.
                        Before buying the car dealership confirmed that the mileage of the car will be around 12km per litre in city and around 14km per litre on highway.
                        However while driving for 3 months the mileage showcased was not more than 8-9 Km per litre. This is really shocking that while buying we were given the incorrect picture.
                        I want to raise a complaint and want company to refund or provide another small car or diesel car.

                          I bought a XUV 700 AX3 AT[protected] model last month from M/s Shiva Automobiles, Tiruchirappalli. It Engine number is ZFN4H67438 and Chassis number is MA1NE2ZF8N6H13627. Before our booking the vehicle the sales officer in the dealer agency repeatedly assured us that under city driving we would get not less than 10-11 km per liter of petrol and not less than 13 km per liter in the high way driving. I am shocked to report I am getting not more than “6.3 to 7 km” with utmost careful driving either with automatic mode or with manual mode. When I reported this to the dealer office, I was told that the efficiency would improve as the engine would run and set in. I was further told that the efficiency would have been around 13kms if we had bought diesel version of the vehicle. But they never told me this before I purchased the vehicle. Now they are telling me that driving skills or ineptitude would affect the efficiency. With decades of driving various four wheelers and being an extra careful driver all along, now they are suggesting that perhaps my driving is suspect. Then I told them to drive the vehicle by themselves and check it out, which they did during first service. Since my complaint was proven, now they are blaming it on Petrol Version. I am extremely disappointed and annoyed with the misleading statements of Mahindra dealer office at Trichy. I need and request arrangement to do the needful to drastically improve the fuel efficiency of my vehicle. Knowing Mahindra stands for excellence in all aspects I trust it will do the needful for customer satisfaction

Problem h mujhe company se complaint ke baad mail aya tha apki gaadi apko 16 march 2023 ko mil jayenge but as usual as expected mujh 10 baje call ata hai akash ji ka jinka khna hai apki gaadi apko 17 taatik ko milegi matlab 2 baar ye commited date ko gaadi dene se mana kar chuke hai phle inka khna tha gaadi 14 march ko milege then 16 march ko milegi then now 17 march ko .yaha ka staff ko way of talking nahi ata or ab mai ye gaadi ki delievery jab lunga jab mahindra ki kisi senior authorities se mere pass call ayga ap jab tak jo marji kariye car ka . mera bht loss hua hai car ki delievery time pe na milne se mere sare kaam bigad gaye car mai normal door ki denting painting hai or gaadi 9 march 2023 se inke pass khadi hai jiska approval 10 march 2023 ko tata aig se inke pass aa gaya tha.

                              I have sent 3 emails to the dealer (27th Feb, 9 Mar and 13th Mar) and spoken to the concerned customer service team on 28th Feb, 10th Mar and 13th Mar. Finally got the tax invoice yesterday after a 2 week delay but no communication regarding the refund till date.

                                Mahindra kuv 100 NXt is having cluch/ gear problem in a new car. After having serviced the car so many times in the company this issue still persists. This problem has no solution with the service center. Those who are thinking to purchase this car i recommend them to look for other car options as this car will give them bad experience.

                                  I booked my XUV 300 W8 MT petrol, Aquamarine on 08 Dec 2022 through Narain Automobiles, Hazratganj, Lucknow, UP.
                                  I paid total amount of vehicle through CSD after getting Availability Cert from dealer . But the vehicle is not delivered so far . Only giving false promises. This is very bad for a serving soldier.

                                        XUV 700 Second Key Fob not given

                                        We received XUV-700 in April 2022 but we are yet to receive our second key. We have contacted Mahindra multiple times regarding this. Yet this issue has not been resolved.
                                        Our car was called twice to the showroom for issuance of the second key but both times second key was not given. After calling us they later said that the key was not received at the showroom by the service centre.
