Mahindra TUV 300 T8 Clutch plate,Fly plate and load plate burnt

I was asked by the dealer to get regular service done at their service centre at a-40 mohan cooperative indl estate mathura road new delhi which i have been getting done, though this is very far from my place of residence in vasan t kunj,
I want to bring to your notice the bad service being given to the customers by service people at koncept....

Xuv 500 alloy wheel damage

It's been 3 years since i bought my car and recently during a tyre alignment, i noticed that the alloy wheels on my xuv where bent, i don't know why this has happened and whether its a defective set of alloys. I explained my problems to the customer care but received no response from them also i am eligible for warranty.

Also i owned a scorpio and didn't face these types of problems. Is this a universal problem for xuv owners...

in Mahindra service centre we drop our car there are no service proper and many parts are missing and there is no answer.
at Udaipur and Guna(mp) rishb motor are Chet on billing and time also west
we request in Mahindra both are Distibutor are banned for bad service.

      I am writing to you with a humble request and a heavy heart regarding my Mahindra XUV 3X0 MX1 White, which I booked on May 15, 2024, at the introductory price of Rs 7, 49, 000. I made this booking within the first minute of the window opening. However, five months have passed, and I am still awaiting its delivery. My heart shattered when I heard today that the price of this variant has increased by Rs 30, 000.

      This was going to be my first car, and I have always trusted the Mahindra brand. However, if a person who booked a car within the first minute is not able to get it at the introductory price and within five months, it raises trust issues.

      I kindly and humbly request your intervention to ensure a fair and transparent process.           Manual Gearbox woes in my TUV300 T8 Manual!

          My TUV300 is Dec 2015 manufactured and done 58K kms till date.All services carried out as per the distance / time intervals in the service schedule.

          The most recent service was done at 58K kms
          Last night, in heavy traffic crawling at 10-20 kph in 1st gear for 1 km, the gear refused to slot in 1 as I tried to move from standstill. Tried multiple times by double checking that clutch is fully depressed but no effect.The gear would not slot at all from the neutral slot.

          Suspected Clutch failure or failure of either the master or slave cylinders.
          Embarrassingly stayed put on the road with flashers and waving the traffic behind to divert

          In bangalore trafficking half clutches is very imp bcz heavy traffic like 2 to 3 km jam daily if clutch fully depressed and gear not getting

            Hello Team,
            Date of Incident: 2/March/2024
            I had pre-booked and bought XUV300 diesel 2019 model car. I was driving and all of a sudden i could see white smoke out of silencer and parked aside. Called Mahindra RSA and car was towed to the nearest service center in Bangalore.
            Service manager told me that turbo charger is damaged and it needs to be replaced. There was no indication of Turbo charger problem and reason is not known.
            The car has been serviced as per Company recommendation at Showroom and yet the part is damaged at 44000kms which is still within 90000kms claimed warranty but its above 3 years and that is very disheartening. There is no warranty.
            Turbo charger costs whipping ~40K.
            Upon replacing the new Turbo charger, the fuel injector was blocked and that had to be calibrated and estimated cost is 18K.
            yet the car is still in problem and they haven't handed over yet as on 23-April-2024.

            I need this to be resolved and i am not willing to pay complete amount and needs very high discount. Please look into this matter.
            There is something wrong with parts used by mahindra and is not reliable.

              This mail is to bring the ongoing/unresolved issue to your notice.

              It’s been a month, Vehicle was given to workshop to find the error and resolve the issue at Vijayawada automotive service centre on 16/03/2024.
              Still issue was not solved, to be clear your team failed to identify the issue to resolve.

              Gist: Car troubled at Eluru highway while my parents are there inside driving.Around 8 pm fire started under the gearbox.That was very fortunate hair line escape without any injury.

              Coming back to the point, there is no proper response /update / from the service centre.
              Irresponsible!
              Irrespective of multiple follow ups, I’m getting the same response that we are looking into it, unable to find the cause.
              On 14th of this month delivery was promised and has to deliver at visakhapatnam. Vehicle travelled 200 kms from vijayawada, at kovvur same issue arised and vehicle was taken back to service centre.I can’t trust this vehicle anymore.
              How can i risk my family life using this car??
              Need response ASAP.
              Promised connect yesterday itself, but still no response.

                I had booked XUV 700 AX 5 but after Salasar Autocraft Panvel (showroom) confirmed they can provide BH series registration i upgraded to the AX7 model. Now on the day of delivery they said BH registration is not possible after in already sold my old car and exhausted all savings to buy this car.

                I demanded them a refund with compensation and interest at public rate or to get me an MH registration at the same cost.

                They have denied both the requests. From start till end they didn't provide any receipts or list pf documents regarding any matter.

                Showroom didnt even respond to my email only after raising a complaint with Mahindra customer care the responded.

                Till today im without vehicle and my money with showroom.

                  Iam regularly facing starting issue for my vehicle during my journey and currently I no longer can rely on this vehicle due to this issue.

                  Issue:
                  Vehicle cannot start after some travelling, Vehicle is able to crank with violent vibrations but donor start. As per the recommendations from authorized service advisors I replaced Both battery and starter motor, but the issue still persists. The vehicle is able to start after cooling down period of 2-3hrs depending on the climate conditions.

                  Parts Replaced: Starter Motor, Battery
