    I have deposited my vehicle Bolero new UK 07 FJ 5382 on 3 April 2023 at Mahindra and Mahindra workshop Dehradun due to front bumper damage they promised me your vehicle will be repaired within one week but after laps of 3 weeks they have no give any response and not repaired my vehicles workshop staff not cooperate I am not pick up my phone saying that kid the item are demanded and will come shortly but there is no repair my vehicle after 3 weeks I am facing much more travels without vehicles kindly resolved with the my complaints at the arrest thanks

            I Ankush Bhatriya from Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. I have recently bought a Car ( Model - XUV700 Disel MT AX7 Luxury pack Colour - Mid Night Blue No. CG04PB4741) from one of Mahindra Dealer's RALAS MOTORS

            Before receiving my car I took a drive to check, that is when I got to know that there is a fault in the DIFFERENTIAL ENGINE SENSOR to be precise was burnt due to which the car stopped mid way. I would also like to inform that my car's INSURANCE & RTO are all done before receiving my car on the delivery date... I'm facing such a big issue that is why I didn't take my car.

            I want a quick and clear answer on this matter as this is not only about my car it is about the trust I have on your company.
            I'm waiting for your instant reply on this matter.

              I have been Encountering following issues since delivery of vehicle
              1.) Steering & Suspension issue
              2.) Clutch issue
              3.) Doesn’t Accelerate all off a sudden while driving with check engine sign on display and the technician has to come and check the software. This every time happens while driving in the middle of the road( Which also a not safe as I was driving on highway two times when it happened).

              Everybody knows the issues my car has at Mahindra Service Centre Vijayawada.
              GM - Babu Rao & AGM - Krishna Mohan were trying to fix the issues from the beginning. I had dropped off my car six times for fixing these issues as they want me to do but they couldn't get these fixed. Today is the Seventh time I am dropping off my car And technicians have done trail run for 12 times and still the issue exists.
              What is the point for out family to buy a car and leaving at Mahindra garage Vijayawada without using it. We are totally depressed and stressed after all these encounters at the garage and still the issue exist.

              We definitely beed a solution on how are we moving forward as they are not able to fix the issue even this time after changing necessary parts after working 3 weeks on it this time. I got a call from Babu Rao( Asst Manager Vijayawada service Centre) he said they changed couple parts and went on trail for 100kms and the still have the issue and we are bit sure how to fix and someone from Mahindra will call you to check on how to move forward with this issue. But, I have not receive any call yet.

              Please please please let us know gow are we going to fix these issues.

                Please help us to get the issue fixed I am paying my Installments without using the car. My car is still at garage from last 3 weeks( This is the seventh time I am leaving my car for such a log time) .
                Our Family was disappointed and stressed big time as this literally a big thing for our family to buy such a big car and came to know from day one that it has such issues.

                    I have booked scorpion for 21000rs in july 2022 then i cancelled in march 2023 because of delivery not given to me then i submitted all the bank details in email .then they are not responding and not giving the refund amount the 1 month is already taken by the mahindra team and my account is not credited since 17 april what can i do

                      I purchased car in july 2023, wihtin 1k kilometer faced 3rd gear shift noise, after a deep search the service center find the issues of cynronise ring and they changed it taking more than 15 dyas, after this repair still gera shift noise it there, no serousness from service, after that the noise at driverside which was there in car from july 2023, which become noticable after 1st service done, then they found afult in steering rack, which is pelaced after 5 days as it was not in stock .Now at 18k kilometer the same noise was comming at front side and the link rod have an issues, which they dont have in stock and i m using the car with link rod issues as it is also not in stcok, many cars were in waiting for link rod issues . 3 days back i was in raigahd, that time car was woblling with yellow pump light blinks in speedometer, immediatly i took photo and whatsapp to my service associate and called him, he said he check and reply .But the reply was wait and no call .On second day i called him that time he told me bring the car to service center or show the car in raigadh to mahindra service . And no update for link rod availability . I dont want the mahindra car, please repay me the full payment which i done . Now no more excuses .

                        A week ago my car is picked up by service centre representatives for service, but when they return my car after service, car has many issues un-attended and i have again spoken to service centre and then they again picked up my car, at after 7-8 hours service centre manager and her representatives called me and requested me some more time to resolve the problems, but when I forcefully asked them about problems then, service centre manager Asha Bawa told me that my car is accidented by her employee, and they will change all damaged parts on their own cost, they ask me to not to worry they will help me out, they sent my car to me after changing damaged parts but when car came to me, i had noticed many other damaged parts, when i asked about these damages then they again took my car and assure me to replace these damaged parts by next day, but now Asha bawa calls me and refused me to change the damaged parts and ask me that hi employees said that they had not damaged these parts but, accepted about the accident. Please take action against this service centre and change all my car’s damaged parts . Or otherwise i have to file complaint at consumer court

                          I am daughter of Mr Manish Mathur. We gave our car in the Mahindra Service Center named KS Motors, Jhotwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan on 11th March 2023 for AC Servicing. My mother drove the car to the service center. They kept the car and asked my parents to leave it for a few days. After 2-3 days when we again asked them about the car, we got a reply that it is not staring due to some reason which they are finding out. My whole family got irritated as it was disturbing our daily lives. We were not getting any clarity on what has happened to the car or what did the staff doing with that car. The staff was just telling us that they are working on the car and the car will be again working in 2-3 days. I tweeted this incidence to Mr. Anand Mahindra but still haven't got any clarity. Today After more than a month their staff is telling us to pay 60000 for a part so that the car starts working. I and my family has been going through a depression. I want my car back in the working status. Why are we be paying 60K when we gave our car in the working status. We want our answer.

                            I would like to bring in your notice that I have not yet received the product. I had purchased it for a very special occasion of my Brother's birthday, I was informed by your dealer’s staff that the order will be delivered within four weeks, but till now, it has either not been delivered or they are not confirming the booking details.

                            I feel very bad because they are not responding properly after the booking of the car, before booking they used to follow up with me regularly to book the car, It looks like they’ll follow-up/support us till the booking only. Even I tried to reach out to the concerned showroom’s manager but he also gave false promises, when I said I’m going to cancel the booking, they simply said okay, instead we’ll try to deliver as soon as possible.

                            They said that within 12 weeks they’ll deliver the car but even after 16 weeks also I didn’t get the booking confirmation/any details till now. When I asked the dealer, reason for the delay in delivering the car they said that they didn’t receive the booking confirmation from MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA only. I didn’t expect this to be the reason.

                            I kindly request you to please look into the matter and inform me of the reason for the delay. Waiting for your response and the product at the earliest (On 03rd March 2023 is my brother’s birthday, I would like to bring the new car for a special occasion).

                              Cancelled booking of Thar order No. OTF23A006576 at Mahindra dealership M/s Harbir Motors, Chandigarh. I got an SMS confirming the cancellation on 30.04.2023. Three weeks have lapsed but I have neither received the refund of the booking amount nor any intimation in this connection despite a number of reminders to the concerned.

                                  1. The infotainment system of the vehicle stopped functioning just few months after its purchase. The issue was raised with the dealer immediately wherein it was informed that the infotainment system has to be taken out from the vehicle to send the same for repair. On 24/09/2022 the vehicle was brought to the dealer's workshop and infotainment infotainment system was removed.

                                  2. On 21/12/2022, it was informed that the defect in the infotainment system has been fixed and same is to be refitted to the vehicle. When it was refitted, to my utter disappointment and after waiting three long months, we were back to square one. The issue had not been resolved and similar problem persisted as during first complaint. It appeared as if the system had never been sent for repair. The infotainment system was again removed. We were informed that we will be contacted as and when the issue is resolved.

                                  3. Now, as i submit this complaint today, 7 months has already passed since the first complaint was raised with the dealer. I am yet to hear from the dealer regarding the issue.

                                  4. It is requested to kindly look into the matter and sort out the issue.

                                    Subject: Mismanagement my new car purchase order (Excess road tax paid, False Discount commitment to tap customer and not obeying Govt. BH registration guidelines) by Karnataka Agency sales centre, Mangalore

                                    i reported multiple time via email/over phne to mahindra customer care and thier dealer mangalore for the below issue . but i didt get anty response since January -2023 .

                                    it is very disappointing that I didn’t received satisfactory and timely any proper response still now from Mahindra customer care service and Karnataka Agency, Mangalore .
                                    My self P.CHandrasekar Working as a Senior manager in Mangalore refinery and Petrochemicals LTD (schedule 'A' Mini-ratna, Central Public sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas(ONGC ) .
                                    I was with great enthusiastic, I preferred my new car from Mahindra and Mahindra as a Indian product against my car Invoice no :INV23B001392 Dated :31/12/2022 and Car Registration no :23BH9574A . But I was totally disappointed, sleepless and got frustrated over the experience and lost my mental peace for buying XUV300W8(O) from the day one of sales from the Mahindra Mangalore car dealership .
                                    I would like to highlight that Discrepancy on BH Registration Road tax issue/false commitment of consumer scheme Discount on My car registration and not obeying as per central government BH registration guideline (Refer. Attached Central BH registration Govt.Circular no:482 dated on : 27/08/2021 .
                                    Again, I would like to bring to your notice that my car purchase process related hassles/Issues faced are highlighted briefly below,

                                    1] As per Central BH registration Govt.Circular no:482 dated on : 27/08/2021 (Refer attached Circular copy ), clause stating that BH registration Road tax below
                                    As per my Car Invoice no :INV23B001392 Dated :31/12/2022 . Invoice value of XUV300 W8(O) is Rs.901705 (Excluding GST) which Must be considered for BH Road tax calculation as per Above Central Govt. BH registration circular . The same was communicated with Mahindra car dealer Sales Executives, Mangalore during my multiple interactions to ensure Road tax before paying in Parivahan online portal. Also due to negligence of Mahindra car dealer Sales, the BH Registration road tax slab itself changed from 8% to 10%
                                    Later, it was observed that Dealer (M/s Karnataka agency, Mangalore) in Parivahan online portal declared Erroneous invoice value of Rs.1210201 which resulting me that excess Road tax of apx. Rs.9, 000 extra paid for 1st year and having Road tax liabilities of Apx. Rs. 65, 000 to 80, 000 to be paid for next 15 years(i.e., I have to pay excess road tax on Every 2 years upto 15 years)

                                    2] As per My car Invoice no :INV23B001392 Dated :31/12/2022, Ex-showroom price of XUV300 W8(O) is Rs.1163201 Which was December month-2022 Ex-Showroom price pluse Including GST. The same value was declared correctly in my car Insurance document.
                                    But, it was observed that Car dealer (M/s Karnataka agency, Mangalore) declared Erroneous invoice value of Rs.1210201 Which is November Month-2022 Ex-Showroom price pluse Including GST . Actually, wrong invoice value was considered and disclosed with lot of ambiguity by Car dealer in Parivahan online portal while making online road tax payment which resulting me that additional Road tax burden/ liabilities (i.e., I have to pay excess road tax on excess amount of Rs.47000 on Every 2 years upto 15 years )
                                    3] False discount commitment by Sales executive:
                                    M/s Karnataka agency, Mangalore, sales executive promised that December Month -2022 Discount for XUV300 W (O) was Rs. 75, 000 ( Corporate discount of Rs.4, 000+ Consumer scheme discount of Rs.71, 000 ). The Same promised discount was taken confirmation in writing on 17/12/2022 from Sales Executive M/s Karnataka agency, Mangalore,
                                    Later, it was observed that Invoice no :INV23B001392 Dated :31/12/22, Total Discount Amount appearing Rs.58140 only against Discount of Rs 75, 000 promised by Seller (M/s Karnataka agency, Mangalore) .
                                    It is very hurting me that giving false discount commitment to trap the customer to achieve their monthly sales target and tempting customer to purchase car from them. Later, Dealer were not fulfilling their promise and telling that GST part are included in Discount later stage. Please note that Karnataka agency did not discussed any GST part on Discount prior to this issue highlighting and no where mention in their purchase documents also .
                                    I went to several time to their showroom, sought the clarification on discrepancy on Excess road tax paid during BH Registration on my car/False discount commitment. I don’t get any satisfactory response from Chief Sales head, Karnataka Agency, Mangalore
                                    Also, Karnataka Agency, forcibly credited Rs.13, 000 on 07/03/2023 directly to My bank account as a compensation for above issue settlement without my proper knowledge. I am not agreement with settlement of Rs.13, 000 from dealer and same was informed to them.
                                    In view of above, I have lost my mental peace, valuable time and impacting financially due to mismanagement (Human errors, negligence and false offers giving to trap the customers ) of my car purchase order (OTF23B002001 Dated:25/11/2022 ) .
                                    Kindly I request Concern Mahindra and Mahindra Authorities to interfere in this meter urgently and settle the issue timely and positivity.

                                      Sir, poor service is being given at your service center. I have got my car fixed at your service center for the last 3-4 times but the parts have been changed again and again. The service center people close the complaint without redressal.
