I have a mahindra xuv 300 car with registration no UP20BR6626. My car has covered under shield warranty and also insurance zero depth. i found pressure leakage on my car driver side front tyre so we check the tyre we found alloy wheel had cracked, i sent my car to terupati vehicles pvt ltd Bijnor showroom. Mahihndra service department says it is not a manufacturing defact so they can’t replace the alloy wheel under shield warranty & insurance department says this is not an accidental case so they can’t replace.i had sent mail to [protected]@mahindra.com on[protected] but no reply had come i had sent many reminder on mail but no response had come

    Mahindra has given us the back date invoice 30Nov 2022 though we bought the Vehicle on 15 Dec. They have 2 different portals and both are showing different dates.
    My Invoice date is 15 December 2022 but it is reflecting 30 Nov(with you application) and 25 December 2022 (on adrenox application).
    I had to purchase this Car with additional accessories which comes with extra cost what we were not really willing to pay but since this was the condition to get this car hence we bear it too but what is advantage.

    We only want to adjust the correct dates as no one from Mahindra end is ready to Help us instead they are enforcing their mistakes on us by saying"Ye toh change nahi hoga"

        Hi Sir/Madam,

        I have booked Mahindra XUV 700 with booking ref. id: OTF23C000004 dated 01st April 2022, Dealer: Sireesh Auto Pvt. Ltd. Yelahanka, Bangalore. Amount paid: Rs. 21000/-

        There were 2 instance of sms received for delivery by Dec 2022 and Feb 2022, unfortunately they again postponed delivery due to supply of critical parts.

        While booking they informed about waiting period 8-9 months, still have took an chance and booked as there may be possibility of pre-carry of deliveries. Now its almost 12 months passed away, still the delivery date is not fixed and the dealer is not in a position to confirm the delivery status.

        Also have 2-3 cases wherein my other friends booked and they got early delivery and I could not figure out how those critical part didn't hampered their delivery. I cannot understand, why in my case only its taking too much of time. Is that only influenced person will get early delivery and normal person need to wait as much as possible you can drag the delivery.

        I need to know when exactly I can receive my vehicle.

          I have a few issues with the Mahindra Bolero B6 opt. which is delivered on Dec 2022 from ZULAIKA MOTORS, Ambattur. I have addressed the following issue many times, but the issue is not sorted out. So I would like to bring the following issues to your notification,

          1. Air noise inside the cabin while driving on the highway.

          2. Bluetooth calling issue – while calling I need to increase the volume to MAX and after disconnecting I need to reduce the volume below 20 for regular music. This creates a SAFETY ISSUE while driving.

          3. Dashboard Airbag cover is broken on the left side. Over the storage box.

          Since 2008 I have been using a bolero in my travels. I never had any issues until I bought this vehicle. So kindly take the necessary steps to clear the problem.

              I'm writing to bring Mahindra's attention to the fact that I purchased a brand new bolero Neo, from the Mahindra showroom in kottayam, Kerala and barely 2 days later it has complaints and me and my family get stuck in the middle of the road right in the centre of a town! I received the car from showroom already having a 42 km reading on the odometer. Less that 117 km later which was 2 days later after delivery my car showed engine check light and the acceleration was cut while driving back home from hospital. The acceleration was cut, I felt missing, I saw the engine check light! I immediately took the vechicle to the side of the road and parked it there. This happens at around 2 pm in the noon, i contacted my relationship manager at kottayam showroom and he agreed he'll liase with their team in Changanacherry where we where stuck at. I waited there with my family for hours and they kept saying help is on the way! 3 hours later 2 mechanics showed up from the nearest service station, scanned the vehicle using a small device connected to the car and then left off without saying what the damage was or anything! They just told they are incapable of handling such electrical works here in Changanacherry, so it'll have to be taken to Kottayam. Their RSA team was informed from the showroom only at 6pm and later the vechicle was taken from there are 7:15 pm. All these hours I had to wait with my 60'ish years old parents in the middle of the road! We paid around 14-15 lakhs, bought a brand new car only for me and my old parents to be seated on the side of the road for almost 6 hours straight! I returned back home by bus in the middle of the night at around 9 pm. Will Mahindra bear responsibilities to all the inconveniences caused to me and my family?! I kept calling their customer care and showroom contact and was of no use except a ton load of different people calling me each time from the customer care to ask what the problem was. Kept explaining that we were stuck in the middle of the road since 2 pm and road side assistance was only activated hours later. This is the worst experience of my life! They took the car that night, was a Sunday the next day and the next working day we went to the showroom. They say they haven't properly diagnosed, they are not sure what the problem is. They suspect turbo and erg problems! How would a common man reciprocate to all this, what does it mean for a brand new vehicle to be stuck in the road because it's turbo has some malfunction! What's the quality of the factory check, QA/QC check and the PDA check right before delivery? If such an establishment like Mahindra has failed to let us know they are letting out a faulty cars in the market after manufacturing, who is responsible for it? All this happened on Saturday, it's Tuesday the 4th of April and still there is no ETA on when the vechicle will be delivered back? If a brand new car shows major manufacturing defects like a fault turbo what is the quality that Mahindra is offering? Who is going to compensate for my losses, the defamation and the inconvenience caused to me in this regard?

                Hi Team,

                I have purchased XUV300 vehicle on 27th November 2022. Since then I’ve lots of issues in XUV300.

                1. Link rod issue on brand new car
                2. Left side door noise issues
                3. Gear lever shaking like anything on lower gear while going on road hump or path holes
                4. Gear lever shaking in 3, 4, 5 and 6th gear when vehicle is in above 60KMPH speed.

                I have took to service centre 6 times in 4months. I’m really disappointed with Mahindra vehicle.

                Have you received any response from the service senter/workshop? I am also facing similar issues in my XUV300, and want to highlight it.

                    Dear Sir/Ma’am,

                    This is in reference to my booking ID OTF23H002384, booked on 09.01.2023 of Mahindra Thar- LX D MT 2WD HT BS6 Diesel Manual in Napoli Black Color from Shiva Auto Car India Pvt. Ltd. dealership in Patparganj, New Delhi. I paid Rs. 21, 000/- towards my booking through Mr. Vishal, Sales Consultant. A copy of the receipt is attached herewith.

                    Please note that it has been more than 2 months that I have been waiting for the delivery of the vehicle booked.

                    The Sales Manager, Mr. Abhimanyu Raghav, in the month of January said that the car will not be available till February due to high demand. Then in the month of February they called me and asked to make full payment of the car, which I was ready to make, but, when I asked to see the vehicle first, they refused by saying that they do not have the vehicle yet as the same is in transit. I protested and asked if they do not have the vehicle yet then how can I make the full payment without even looking at the vehicle first. I assured them that I will make the full payment once I get to see the vehicle. This was suspicious behavior on the part of staff/officials of Shiva Auto, moreover, after my protest, they started to ignore my several calls for enquiry. It was when I physically visited the dealership, I was assured that I would get my vehicle at the earliest.

                    Then towards the end of march they again called me and said that my vehicle is available now and that I should come make the payment and take delivery. I asked for some days’ time as I need to start my loan process from Mahindra Finance ltd., they readily agreed for the same.

                    Suddenly on 30.03.2023 at 03:50pm, I received a whatsapp message from Mr. Abhimanyu (copy attached), in which they, on their own, made up a false statement that, “as your plan is delayed for next month, we are allocating this vehicle to the next waiting customer…”. I asked them to wait and after sometime I called them and reassured that my plan is not delayed and I will make the payment by cheque tomorrow morning i.e., on 31.03.2023, but, then, another whatsapp message (copy attached) was received in which Mr. Abhimanyu, asked me to, “confirm your final status before day end on tomorrow we offer this car to next waiting customer after that we are not responsible for any delay.” I again called and assured them that I will make the payment tomorrow morning and they assured me that I will get my vehicle tomorrow.

                    However, to my utter shock on 31.03.2023 when I called them to make the payment of my vehicle, I was informed by the sales consultant that the sales manager, Mr. Abhimanyu, has already given my vehicle to another customer. This is a clear fraud played on me by the officials working in Shiva Auto for their own personal benefit.

                    It’s been already more than 2 months that I am waiting for my vehicle booked on 09.01.2023, it is important to inform that mine was the first booking of the Shiva Auto sales dealership of the new Mahindra Thar- LX D MT 2WD HT BS6 Diesel Manual, but till date I have not received by vehicle and I have been given false assurances again and again. Such type of behavior is not expected from the representatives of the Mahindra company.

                    I urge that I should be given my vehicle at the earliest.

                        Hello Mahindra,

                        We bought a car in last year march 2022. and we followed the service records as per manual.at M&N Rajahmundry. We live in overseas and recently we had our service on mid November to December (Not sure about date). We are back to India and when we went for off-road, we noticed that 4 wheel was engaging but it was not displaying on the display screen when we are engaging it. I checked with my parents and they said that they didn't noticed the display. So I gave the car to M & N motors Rajahmundry and asked to fix the problem .When I'm on my way to collect my car they said that they lost the car keys, and the Issue for what I gave my car not resolved, and they said that we need to book a online session to Mahindra and the Tech Guys will resolve it online and asked us to wait for 2 days, Anyways they are good at that time and they said they'll replace the lockset for free as it was their mistake. They said that they'll order one for us and intimate us when it was delivered. We waited for more than a month and they are postponing. We went back overseas and asked my brother to give the car to them ask fox the issue and the lockset.
                        Apart from that, The only purpose I gave my car is for the 4 wheel engagement(and later lockset). We left the car for almost 4 days, later they called us and said it was done and you collect your car. We went there and the lockset hasn't been replaced and the bill they gave us was almost 18000$ . When my brother asked what was the reason for 18000$ bill, they replied saying that we did the service which needs to be done at 30K KMS, and changed disks/brake pads/ and etc. etc. My ONLY Question was, do you guys intimate before you are changing the brake pads/oil/and all general service or you simply do the service what ever you need and submitting a bill to the customers face? I gave my car for the 4 wheel issue and lockset. They fixed one issue which took very long for them to resolve(That's alright as it was resolved finally) but without intimating us why did they do the service?? . It's been only 3 months we had a service and again they did another one. We paid money and it's all done.. But assume people who don't want their car to get serviced but needs service only for the parts that are damaged and they are not in a state to pay the bill that they didn't requested...? It's very worst that doing what ever you need without intimating the customers and providing a bill and asking to pay...

                        We used to have XUV500, and it goes to the same store for the service. Driver said that they the worst service and then he is now going to another Service Center (Vijayawada).

                        Hope you'll look into this and issue and do us the needful.

                          Hi, i bought a scorpion n z4 and took the delivery on 16-Mar-23. the clutch has stopped working. i was able to put it in to neutral before it finally stopped responding, so i could manually push it into parking lot. not expected from a 2 week old vehicle. it is very disturbing, since i had planned a long trip i cannot imaging the plight with my elderly mother onboard in such situation.

                          thank God, it did not stop near the traffic lights, otherwise, the experience would be worse than what I feel now, also, now this has put an element of fear in my mind to travel outside the city limits, what if it stops in the middle of nowhere. can I put my faith and go for a long drive with my family without any fear like was doing in my earlier car (Honda)?
                          now the issue has been diagnosed, and the spare is not available. with new vehicle in service station, nice way to go,

                              I have given my vehicle to service and explained the problem, since I purchased the vehicle there is steering noise in vehicle and the same I have reported since my 10000km service. From that point at every service I been informed that part not available and we are placing the part on order and we will inform you.
                              On 48k service I again complained the steering noise and I have been told there is issue with steering Rack we need to replace the part, but as of now part not available we are putting on order we will call you in week time
                              After several chasing no one from VVC has responded and the service advisor who supposed to Handle my service has left VVC. When I called to CRM to know whether the part has came or not then they had texted me stores person contact number and asked me to get known my self. This is how VVC has treated

                              On recent service at 68k service I repeated the same steering Noise then, the service advisor told me that I have missed one service due to which the part cannot be replaced on warranty. I further asked an explanation how the part cannot be covered in warranty when the same issue is since 10k service, moreover if I have skipped service I.e change of oil then engine warranty should be void but how steering part is connected, then the service advisor and service manager told that as the issue is from the beginning this would be in warranty however we should write to Mahindra.

                              From 17/3/23 till today Iam every day calling to VVC to ask update on my part order in order to replace it. Even now there is no response from VVC

                              It’s very bad experience with VVC Mahindra motors, I would like to take this far further if issue is not resolved on priority

                                I was facing issue of gear as it was getting hard when the car becomes hot so Mahalaxmi Automobiles executive told me that problem is in gear cylinder and maybe in clutch plates
                                After changing gear cylinder the car gear was running smoothly for 2 months. After 2 months the problem started again and I raise this issue to manager he told me that there is one more cylinder inside which might makes an issue.

                                My question is if it's working 2 months correctly why the issue is again? It clearly shows you didn't check the gear cylinder and replace it without taking care if it is really working properly or not or the issue is in second inside gear.

                                If a person place a car it's Automobile responsibility that they should check and after that they should assure customer that the problem is raise we will look into it without any cost. I already replaced one and now another gear so that means my first gear cylinder was perfect and they just charged money without having any problem.

                                Really dissatisfied with the Mahindra car and service centre. I am constantly making complaint but no one is responding to this complaint

                                  With respect to above mentioned subject, I had booked my Mahindra THAR 2WD vehicle on Jan 2023 from Shireesh Auto, Yelhanka. During the time of booking they had promised me to get the vehicle delivered within 3 months. Since I was booking the vehicle for my marriage I had asked them several times regarding the delivery but they promised me the delivery within 3 months. But now they are telling they will not be able to delivery the vehicle and the expected delivery date is April 2024. Now tell me from April 2023 they have shifted to April 2024, is this fare ? If its a normal occasion I would have still accepted but for marriage I had booked and they have completely deceived me. I request you to take necessary action and get the vehicle delivered as promised.

It’s been Eight months and I haven’t received any legal information regarding the car delivery. The company executives do not clarify the postpone details and this has been a very rude behaviour from your company executives. I would like to know that what will be the final date of delivery of the car

                                        Even though there are many glitches in the XUV 500 Car yet the most disturbing is, there's no help for any upgrades for the older models of this Car.

                                        Even the service center too does not support if any query...
